An excellent example of what a high level hotel is. Beautiful and well thought out rooms and amenities and staff that knows how to anticipate your every need. A place where you check in and never worry about a thing. The location is perfect with views that are incredible ! The best experience in a hotel stay you could want!

The staff were incredibly accommodating and the service was impeccable. From the concierge and doorman coming to help get our luggage to the reception who call you by name. Could not have a more enjoyable stay!

We had a suite that was well appointed, comfortable and close to lounge. As it is a converted building, the rooms are not large, but the bed, linens, and pillows were perfect. Light switch different than in the USA, so it was a novel experience in turning on/off various lights. Being a residents' hotel, only the guest could access hotel. Never seemed crowded. The staff were amazing, attentive, kind, called us by name, remembered our preferences and overall perfect. We asked for special scotch tasting and were extremely impressed by the depth of knowledge. Convenient and worth the price.
