Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Ardmore by IHG

Front desk clerk didn’t seem very friendly. After I received my key cards he didn’t say a word but got back on his phone. Never asked for a credit card which I thought was unusual. Room was nice enough, though the bathroom sink water pressure was very low. Shower as good. The breakfast as lacking as the turkey sausage was very dry, they ran out of cinnamon rolls and oatmeal. But the attendant was nice.

Solid OK experience. Dimly lit room that had a weird smell (like bug spray). The fitness room was dingy and the hot tub water was green. Toilet didn't work well, had to hold down the handle for it to flush. Was ok for the night but I will pick a different hotel if I'm in the area again.

The pool needed attention. Every time we used the blow dryer our electricity went out. Maintenance fixed it immediately but I felt it shouldn't have happened. The room was very clean. They served good hot breakfast

Beds were comfortable, but not super clean

I booked with Hotel.com on February 4 pay at the hotel when checking in for two nights on February 20 and 21 for two queen bed up on arrival they got me king size bed. Once I saw this mistake I inquired about it then found they were charge one of my credit card and was denied because the credit card company saw a large suspicious charge. So I put it on another card and it was charged another out ragest price. Once I got all that straightened out we didn’t get the room I reserve we will never stay at this hotel again. Poor staff.
