Likes: Made to order full English breakfast and the eggs whether fried, scrambled, or poached were cooked perfectly every time. The rain shower head was nice with plenty of hot water. They will allow you to drop off and hold your luggage for free if you arrive early. Dislikes: No elevator, only 1 room key and it was hard to use in the front door (needs WD40 or other lubricant sprayed in the lock to remedy this).

The hotel is very comfortable and cozy. Friendly and nice staff. Very good and complete breakfast - if you are thinking about including or not, please do. My room was a single room, small but comfortable and with enough space for all my luggage (I had a lot). Excellent shower and hairdryer. Very good location, close to different metro lines and bus in a walking distance, also to touristic places, supermarket and stores. 15-20min walking to a station with elevator and goes to the airport (Piccadilly line), if needed for bags. There is no elevator in the building - not a big deal for me even with 2 heavy bags, just as a comment.

A really quirky, unique townhouse in a great location - close to park areas but on your doorstep for the West End and mainline train stations. A lovely welcome greeted us when we arrived and we spent a pleasant hour in the garden before heading into the West End. A hotel for those who want character and want to avoid bland chain hotels.

Great location (close to most underground lines) and price. Breakfast is well worth the price too. Staff really friendly. When too warm at night (heat wave), kindly provided an additional fan. The area can be quite noisy at night - can’t hear it when windows are closed.

The pictures that Expedia shows of the property is Westminster Abby not the hotel. The Library is a book store across the street which has excellent coffee. The rooms are clean but very small. You have to carry your bags up and down flights of stairs so make sure you’re able bodied.

Very good location and spotlessly clean. The bathroom in Room 6 appeared to be brand new! No air conditioning, as is common in older hotels in London, but the ceiling fan helped considerably. Our room faced Gower Street but was extremely quiet. There is a small garden in the back of the hotel, which was a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the summer evening.

Single room was good. Very clean with a comfortable bed. But the bathroom was so tiny it was a challenge using it. The breakfast was good, although could have been hotter. I think it cooled off while being carried up from the kitchen. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both Euston station and also the Tottenham Court Rd station (where you can catch the Elizabeth line to Heathrow).I would stay here again, although not for more than one night because of the tiny bathroom

Bugs found in bed. Asked for non-diary milk and was given a carton of almond milk that had expired 2 months ago. Bath mat was dirty on arrival, paper thin walls. Staff was nice but doesn't compensate the overall experience. Definitely not worth the money.

The location - amazing. The room was quite small, but comfortable and really enough. The only thing that bothered me - is that you can hear everything that's going on in the corridor, so when other guests are opening their rooms, it sounds like someone is opening the door to your room, that was somewhat stressful for a solo female traveller. Not only that, but you can hear everything that's going on in the neighbouring room, also if it's a quiet chat.

The room was small but extremely charming. High level of aesthetic. I'm mildly uncomfortable with small spaces, but despite the narrow width of the room I never found the place uncomfortable. Initially I had some issues with getting some of the lights on, but when I asked – the girl came up and showed me how they worked. Overall, a very pleasant place and I'd definitely stay there again. I noticed that some rooms have more character than others. I was in #9. I also liked #7 where my friend stayed. Visually, they were interesting.

Great location in Bloomsbury and only a short walk to places of interest and shopping. We were put in a room at the top of the hotel which was very small with the bed under the window. There was very little room at the sides and end of the bed. Everything was very clean but the rain shower didn’t work very well. As we didn’t have much time before we went out we didn’t ask for this to be improved.

Great little hotel, in a great location. My room faced the back garden, so was very quiet. Points deducted for the lumpy mattress that tilted to one side and the toilet seat that wasn’t attached properly and kept coming loose. Otherwise, clean and friendly.

This was a surprisingly ok hotel ; not much from the outside and a room which was clearly a larger room cut in half ; but all was neat tidy, clean and worked and I was really just sleeping there. If you were staying any length of time in your room , it was tiny. Breakfast was good ; a small struggle with gluten free but we got there. Staff were nice and friendly

As we arrived the lady at so called reception was very blunt and cold. She gave us a tiny little room. The room had a double bed in it and we had no room to move, the smallest bedroom ever that we have ever stayed in. As for the bathroom once again rediculas. Will not recommend this place to anyone. What a waste of our time and money.

Wonderful! Room ready at lunch time when we arrived. Delicious breakfast. Florian at the reception very kind. Closer to subway station. We were allowed to drop our carry on in the departure day in the morning and picking up at the evening.

Needed an overnight before an early start for onward travel. All fine. Positives: location (around UCL, but just minutes from Euston Rd), helpful person at check in (even offered to help with luggage), room had all necessary requirements. Negatives: no lift (we were 3 floors up), room was too warm and no means to reduce the heating, breakfast was included but only from 0700 which sadly didn’t work for us, and reception wasn’t staffed overnight.

Fantastic location. Lovely building high ceilings very traditional. Tea coffee in the room, however only one packet of bicuits(contains 2 biscuits) for a family room, there were 3 of us, and one hot chocolate sachet. I went to ask staff for another packet of biscuits so we could least have one each to be told NO, only one packet per room , I did explain we only have 2 biscuits for 3 people still NO!!!! The shower needs updating. Bedding very clean and comfy. Breakfast very nice, and the staff that day were lovely. However the staff on arrival could have been more pleasant/accomadating. The last day staff Allowed us to leave luggage while we shopped which was great x

On arrival, we were greeted and welcomed into the property. Even though we were early for check in we were given the option of leaving our luggage or sitting in the outside courtyard. The staff were lovely and attentive and the hotel/room was clean. Breakfast was cooked fresh and was very tasty. It was about 5 min walk from the tube station and was easy to find. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Single room was good. Very clean with a comfortable bed. But the bathroom was so tiny it was a challenge using it. The breakfast was good, although could have been hotter. I think it cooled off while being carried up from the kitchen. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both Euston station and also the Tottenham Court Rd station (where you can catch the Elizabeth line to Heathrow).I would stay here again, although not for more than one night because of the tiny bathroom

Wonderful location close to Goodge Street tube station with convenient access to the Northern Line. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and filling and was a great way to start our day before exploring London. The room was fairly small for our family of 4 but we made it work. Great value for the price!

Great location (close to most underground lines) and price. Breakfast is well worth the price too. Staff really friendly. When too warm at night (heat wave), kindly provided an additional fan. The area can be quite noisy at night - can’t hear it when windows are closed.

Very good location and spotlessly clean. The bathroom in Room 6 appeared to be brand new! No air conditioning, as is common in older hotels in London, but the ceiling fan helped considerably. Our room faced Gower Street but was extremely quiet. There is a small garden in the back of the hotel, which was a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the summer evening.

Nice people. Comfortable bed. Room was small but bathroom was fine. Hot modern shower. Near to lots of sites and restaurants. Walked through theater district and to Trafalgar Square. Breakfast was good and plentiful at hotel. It is an older facility, so don’t expect the Ritz.

Likes: Made to order full English breakfast and the eggs whether fried, scrambled, or poached were cooked perfectly every time. The rain shower head was nice with plenty of hot water. They will allow you to drop off and hold your luggage for free if you arrive early. Dislikes: No elevator, only 1 room key and it was hard to use in the front door (needs WD40 or other lubricant sprayed in the lock to remedy this).

This was a surprisingly ok hotel ; not much from the outside and a room which was clearly a larger room cut in half ; but all was neat tidy, clean and worked and I was really just sleeping there. If you were staying any length of time in your room , it was tiny. Breakfast was good ; a small struggle with gluten free but we got there. Staff were nice and friendly

Location near to Euston Station and tube is excellent. Rooms are clean if a little small. I felt that the whole interior of the property was in need of a bit of a makeover. Breakfast cereal and fruit options were very good, however I felt that the cooked breakfast was only average.

Arosfa Hotel in London feels like a bed & breakfast which we really loved! Our room on the ground floor looked into the courtyard and it was beautifully decorated. We were able to make a cup of coffee in the room before we went to breakfast which was fabulous! There is a buffet but also you can order to have your eggs and sausages cooked the way you like them. The hotel is just a few blocks from the metro and it was very easy to move around to see all the major attractions. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others! Our stay was for 2 nights.

Check in was a breeze, staff were really helpful and the place is spotless. Location is great, just 5 min walk to Euston station (tube). Breakfast was good, had the continental and choice is basic but enough. My room was compact but to be fair I booked the single room so can't complain. The only thing is that my bed was really uncomfortable so didn't sleep well plus the street was noisy due to ambulance and noisy big engine cars.

This is in a nice location. The breakfast was good. The rooms are pretty small and I was there during a heatwave. No air conditioning which was tough in a small room with a small window.. I would recommend this hotel for a time when it’s not too hot outside.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are small, bit cramped if you’re sharing with someone. Stayed on a warm June day and the room doesn’t have AC, only a ceiling fan, so room gets very warm without much respite. Beds are standard doubles, so again, not a lot of space if you’re sharing a bed. Relatively clean, but the shower had quite a bit of mould. Does the job for a brief overnight stay, but I’d recommend an alternative hotel if it’s the middle of summer.

L’hôtel a besoin d’un rafraîchissement autant dans son entretien que dans son personnel dont l’amabilité et le sens du service n’est pas la qualité première. La chambre double dans laquelle nous avons séjourné avait le store d’abîmé, ce qui ne permettait donc pas d’être dans le noir complet. Le lit n’est pas un 140 mais un 120 ce qui ne correspond pas à un queen size comme annoncé, et n’est pas confortable pour deux adultes. Les ventilateurs mis à disposition ne permettaient pas d’amener de l’air et de la fraîcheur malgré le fait qu’il ne faisait que 25 degrés en journée. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du petit-déjeuner : il est annoncé être servi jusqu’à 10h le week-end alors que 10h a été l’heure de fin du nettoyage. Il ne nous a pas été proposé de prendre des choses à emporter en compensation.

For a moderately priced hotel near the centre of the city the Arosfa is lovely and I would recommend it and use again. The room I was in (14) was small but fine for a single occupant. Loved the decor but it was tired and could do with some attention. Some fresh paint and check outlets are needed as not all were working and the signal for the tv was extremely poor. Was also hot being on top floor but on arrival there were 2 fans in the room and switched on ready for me. I also wasn’t able to get any cold water from the tap at all times. On 3 occasions (always morning) I had to run the tap for 20 minutes in order to get cold water for a drink.
