This property is a must if you are visiting London The staff was exceptional. The food was a great suprise, we dined for dinner and were treated to the most luxurious breakfast. There is no elevator as this is an old charming building, this could be tough for some people to navigate but the room was well worth the short hike. I highly recommend you relax in their tub and soak away the traveling pains in the tub in your bathroom.

Very friendly welcome into a gorgeous country, cozy pub with roaring fire in lounge. Really lovely bedroom, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable bed. Just a lovely atmosphere. Restaurant food looked amazing although we ate out as meeting family in the area. Breakfast was lovely

Es gibt ein Restaurant, eine Bar und eine Art Biergarten da, wir haben nur den letzteren ausprobiert, war aber schon kurz vor Schluss, so dass die Atmosphäre nicht mehr so richtig gepasst hat für uns. An der Bar war Leere. Das Frühstück war super, tolle Auswahl und ein freundlicher Service, Betten fein, wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei und auch das dritte Bett war vollwertig. Aber man hört naturgemäß immer mal wieder ein Auto, da das Hotel an einer zentralen Strassenverbindung liegt. Der Empfang mit ein paar feinen Cookies war sehr nett, die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer auch, ein paar andere Teebeutel als der landestypische schwarze wären noch gut gewesen, aber sonst: Prima. Und gut, um Salisbury oder Stonegenge zu erreichen.

We had a one night stay at Pembroke Arms. There is no lift and we were put on the top floor - lots of stairs. This is an old building with lovely features including air conditioning which was great as the weather was very warm. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Excellent value, good staff, lovely room and a great breakfast. The bar, lounge and dining room have the look of quality and an olde worldly feel. Nice to stay in a traditional place that oozes history, I could have stayed a lot longer.

Upgraded to a larger room and big bed! Very attractive shabby chic furnishings. Nice clean bathroom with complimentary shampoo hand wash etc Bottled water in bedroom. Breakfast was excellent. There was an option of a small Full English - I should have taken it. The full b/fast was huge! Friendly staff. Our stay was only bed and breakfast unfortunately as the dining facilities looked amazing - next time! Certainly recommend The Pembroke Arms and would go back again.

The communal areas are delightful...wood panelled rooms, squashy sofas and a huge open fire. The room was small but was advertised as such and was fine for just the 1 night. Very comfortable bed with lovely white crisp linen. The welcome brownies were also lovely. The room was only lit by lamps, so the lighting was very low that meant I was unable to read in the room. Breakfast was good. The customer service was efficient but lacked warmth...the bar staff/ waiters were fine but didn't smile or seem particularly concerned as to whether you were having a good time or not. Saying that I'd probably stay there again.

Lovely, comfortable room which had lots of extras including fresh, ground coffee, beautiful toiletries and bottled water. The brownies and fresh milk that were given to me when I checked in were also a thoughtful touch (I hate those little cartons of milk!). Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasted great. The bed was really comfortable and blackout curtains ensured I had a great night’s sleep. The key ring was definitely quirky!!

I had a reunion with some friends and the staff are so lovely. my room was just right , Ok here the thing . I checked in sorted my stuff . Knock on the door ,lovely chocolates cookies delivered. The bed was amazing . Ear plugs provided for light sleepers, what a wonderful touch , My second stay and totally recommend. Thank you .

I had a reunion with some friends and the staff are so lovely. my room was just right , Ok here the thing . I checked in sorted my stuff . Knock on the door ,lovely chocolates cookies delivered. Pembroke Pines was fantastic! Not only was it a charming and furnished country inn, with a few fireplaces, it has a fantastic restaurant. We had one of our best meals of our trip. The staff was very helpful and totally British! Would highly recommend Pembroke Arms.

A wonderful experience! Gracious, welcoming staff. Fabulous breakfast. Beautiful rooms and luxurious beds. Tea, coffee, brownies, hot chocolate in the room. Amazing antiques and history everywhere!

A great find. Staff were friendly and the hotel had great depth of character. Nice historical feel. Food offer was modern and breakfast was delicious.

The best staff ever, I give them really 5 stars, good breakfast and dining, the place is of course very old, with lots of stairs and old stuff. Shower was very good. The small double room is really small, almost no place for one luggage. Important: it is not possible to open the window, not even a little bit. We had a room to the street and the street noise was not a problem. I used their earplugs and I had a good sleep. The window nothered me more!

Everything was very clean and fresh looking. Breakfast was well presented and delicious. The staff were all helpful especially the one who helped me to work the television in order to watch Wimbledon live. Agreat stay.
