Such wonderful stay at this beautiful private hotel . Stunning views . Delicious food and amazing service. The only complaint is that pool was closed and they didn’t mention that on their website as we were ready to go swimming. They open it only at certain months of the year

If you’re coming from Florence or Siena, make sure to come into the property from the highway with only 1km of pleasant unpaved road instead of driving 5km of a crazy unpaved pathway like I did.

The only thing I would’ve liked is more activities—there’s no spa and not much nearby—but they do offer wine tastings and a charming picnic in the vineyards. As an interior designer, I was so impressed by how thoughtfully everything was designed, with every detail beautifully connected. Plus, the view from our room was just fabulous!

I checked in late, and even though the housekeeping team was no longer available, I was very impressed by Lorenzo, who promptly took care of my request. I was also extremely satisfied with the service provided by Tilac. I truly appreciate their help and would like to thank them both sincerely.

Everyone was really nice to us, it was just horrible service. They made us move tables because someone apparently reserved the one they sat us at, which is fine. But the people showed up 20 minutes after us and still had their order taken before us. The wine tour guide was nice and knowledgeable, but he kept disappearing. Us and the other people were just sitting there with empty glasses and no snacks. The other people even got up and walked around to look for him. I feel we became more frustrated then relaxed at a wine resort, which is sad.

Getting to this property is a mission. The roads are gravel and horrible to drive through. There’s nothing to do outside this property and the property gets really dark at night so you have to be in your room by 8pm because there’s nothing else to do. Also, the food selection at the restaurant was not good. Barely any options for vegetarians and overly priced.

Almost never write reviews but this visit was something extraordinary! Dievole Wine Resort is really heaven on earth. Super friendly staff, amazing environment with breathtaking views, great breakfast and dinner. I strongly recommend the wine tour, really interesting to see the cellar, taste great wine and the staff was super competent. We took the early tour and were lucky enough to get private tour. Already thinking about going back 😊
