Also ja, die Umgebung ist schön, ja, der Speisesaal ist geräumig und gemütlich und ja, der Besitzer und seine Familie sind super nett. ABER: WI-FI ist praktisch nicht vorhanden (untere Etage). Das Zimmer roch nach kaltem Tabak, selbst nachdem man großzügig gelüftet und eine Nacht darin verbracht hat. Der Boden im Zimmer war schmutzig. Die Terrasse ist zum Heulen traurig: veraltete Möbel, keine Abtrennung zwischen den verschiedenen Terrassen der Zimmer auf derselben Ebene. Dass es in den Gemeinschaftsräumen Musik gibt, ist in Ordnung, aber Südtirol Radio mit voller Lautstärke zu jeder Tageszeit (einschließlich des Speisesaals) ist ein bisschen too much. Das Hotel ist zu diesem Preis ein Witz.

A good choice, the hotel was well located with plenty of parking and a very warm welcome There were a lot of people looking after us from checking in, to eating in the restaurant through to breakfast. There was a bit of noise from guests late at night which echoed up the stairs but it didn't detract too much from a great stay during our tour

Find somewhere else. I have stayed in abt 15 hotels in this european trip of approx $200/night. Worst experience here. Took abt 15 mins to find someone to check in, place is cluttered to the point of hoarding, not maintained, shower needs major scrubbing, no AC and lots of flies in the room, couple hosting doesn’t speak english so no help asking questions abt the area but they do pressure you when it comes to buy from the restaurant menu without even understanding what you want, WiFi is intermittent but mostly out the whole time, tv cable/antenna also mostly out. Find somewhere else. Not worth the experience.

Purtroppo non è stata una bella esperienza. Vista molto bella, ma per il resto davvero pessimo. Mosche ovunque, appena si entra, in camera e per non parlare del buffet della colazione, non c’era niente di coperto e quindi a fare colazione erano solo le mosche. Noi purtroppo non ne abbiamo usufruito, pur avendola pagata. In camera non c’era l’aria condizionata, lenzuola sintetiche, facevi la sauna. Unico lato positivo il balconcino in camera con vista.

On a passé un très beau séjour avec vue sur la montagne. Un plaisir immense de se poser et regarder la ferme juste en face avec vaches et poules. Le personnel au top, faisant un effort pour être agréable dans notre langue. La piscine, le resto, les aires de jeu pour enfant, le champs de pommes pour se promener, c’est un très bel endroit. Je le recommande. Le resto était très bon, pas très cher. Effectivement les chambres sont un peu petites et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Mais le personnel nous a aussitôt donné un autre. C’est chaleureux l’ambiance. C’est reposant. Très reposant. Un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai été en Italie. Gracié…

Good location, nice terrace, step in and out shower was borderline dangerous, AC did not cool the room very well, breakfast needs work as they need to add fruit and coffee to the menu. The music in the bar at night was loud and pretty bad with a pre/recorded dance track and a singer on piano that was more like karaoke than a live musician

Malissimo da ogni punto di vista dal check in (il proprietario ci ha fatto aspettare forse 15 minuti perché doveva finire le chiacchiere con i clienti al bar e quando sono andata a chiamarlo mi a risposto anche brutto),alla camera stretta con un bagno piccolissimo e sporchissimo senza bidè, la colazione lasciamo perdere , con dei cornetti del giorno prima, poca roba comunque. La cosa che ci a più schifato e che era pieno di mosche vive e morte dappertutto nella sala colazione, nel ristorante, ti si voltava lo stomaco. Purtroppo una brutta esperienza 😞

Struttura vecchia e bisognosa di manutenzioni e ristrutturazioni, il bagno anni 60/70 senza finestra e bidet con tavoletta del wc poggiata e non fissata, il piatto doccia ad un’altezza di circa 25 cm. sicuramente non a norma come l’impianto elettrico con derivazioni volanti nella scatola della presa a fianco al lavandino. Polvere ovunque nella testata del letto e sotto il, nessun cuscino normale e niente lenzuola “alla francese” ha detto il personale, lo stesso che alle 20:50 ci ha cacciato dal ristorante perché le cucine erano chiuse lasciandoci senza cena. La colazione appena sufficiente. Ultima cosa il prezzo, 140€ non adeguato a ciò che offre la struttura

Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend! Da merkt man die Eigenschaften eines Familienbetriebes. Wirklich ausgezeichnet. Auch die Lage des Hofes ist herrlich! Unser Zimmer war ziemlich eng und klein und teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht die allerbeste, aber da konnten wir drüber hinweg sehen. Das gute Abendessen hat dann alles wieder wettgemacht :-)

The room was in the basement , with absolutely zero view with a dirty little area not taken care of. There was nowhere to put a suitcase or more than one. There was something in the building that gave me an instant allergy attack…. Not super friendly when we told them we would not be staying. Super disappointed because it was near the top of the mountain and had an amazing view.

Nettes Personal, aber eine Reservierung lag für uns nicht vor, trotz Bestätigung durch Expedia. Nach langem Telefonat wurde uns das kleinste und lauteste Zimmer zugewiesen. Hunde musste teuer dazugebucht werden, war uns nicht bekannt. Spazierwege nur übef die stark befahrende Strasse zu erreichen. Als Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht noch erträglich, für längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Das eine Reservierung beim Hotel nicht ankommt ist ein no go und beim Wettbewerber noch nicht vorgekommen.

Quando sono arrivato, il 23 agosto, si erano dimenticati della mia prenotazione e l'hotel era pieno... ho dovuto soggiornare in altri due hotel per due notti in attesa che si liberasse una stanza... We had a couple of great days at this very welcoming place. Extremly friendly owners and staff. Good service, good food, nice garden and well filled brealfast buffé with lots of good things and good italian cappuccino. All enjoyable with a good view of the valley!! We aim to come back!

A check out ti chiedono di pagare tassa di soggiorno nonostante che l'hai già pagata e lo dimostri con la prenotazione online in nostro caso tramite Expedia, ma niente da fare, ti dicono che non vale e devi pagarlà ancora qui in locale, ti rispondono se non vuoi pagare pagano loro per te da la tasca sua. C'è una grossa incomprensione. Se mi chiedono verrei tornare in questo locale ancora una volta o no, io rispondo di NO, assolutamente. Tavoli a cena trovi sporchi di broccoli di pane e ti tocca "soffiare" e pulire da solo, a colazione una sporcizia sotto tavoli con i stuzzicadi rotti e bricioli di pane ancora da giorno precedente, evidente che non si pulisce, mosche DAPPERTUTTO! Noi avevamo la stanza completamente da l'altra parte del locale sotto dove c'era la musica accesa fino ore 23:00 più o meno e non si riusiva a dormire, specialmente se pensi di fare giorno dopo un trecking in montagna e svegliarti presto.

Malissimo da ogni punto di vista dal check in (il proprietario ci ha fatto aspettare forse 15 minuti perché doveva finire le chiacchiere con i clienti al bar e quando sono andata a chiamarlo mi a risposto anche brutto),alla camera stretta con un bagno piccolissimo e sporchissimo senza bidè, la colazione lasciamo perdere , con dei cornetti del giorno prima, poca roba comunque. La cosa che ci a più schifato e che era pieno di mosche vive e morte dappertutto nella sala colazione, nel ristorante, ti si voltava lo stomaco. Purtroppo una brutta esperienza 😞

A good choice, the hotel was well located with plenty of parking and a very warm welcome There were a lot of people looking after us from checking in, to eating in the restaurant through to breakfast. There was a bit of noise from guests late at night which echoed up the stairs but it didn't detract too much from a great stay during our tour

Purtroppo non è stata una bella esperienza. Vista molto bella, ma per il resto davvero pessimo. Mosche ovunque, appena si entra, in camera e per non parlare del buffet della colazione, non c’era niente di coperto e quindi a fare colazione erano solo le mosche. Noi purtroppo non ne abbiamo usufruito, pur avendola pagata. In camera non c’era l’aria condizionata, lenzuola sintetiche, facevi la sauna. Unico lato positivo il balconcino in camera con vista.
Purtroppo non è stata una bella esperienza. Vista molto bella, ma per il resto davvero pessimo. Mosche ovunque, appena si entra, in camera e per non parlare del buffet della colazione, non c’era niente di coperto e quindi a fare colazione erano solo le mosche. Noi purtroppo non ne abbiamo usufruito, pur avendola pagata. In camera non c’era l’aria condizionata, lenzuola sintetiche, facevi la sauna. Unico lato positivo il balconcino in camera con vista.

Vi hade en undebar vistelse på detta hotel. De va verkligen en familjär stämning och god service. T.ex frågade vi om de hade lunch på hotellet då vi bara hänge vid poolen och dom hade egentligen inte de men så klart löste de carbonara till oss utan problem. De hade god pizza också och de va verkligne lyx att få cappuccino serverat på frukosten utan extar kostnad. De va inte någon tråkig maskin cappuccino utan som gjordes av ägaren själv. Mycket god och smakade ordentligt med kaffe som de ska göra! Stort tack!

Polvere ovunque nella testata del letto e sotto il, nessun cuscino normale e niente lenzuola “alla francese” ha detto il personale, lo stesso che alle 20:50 ci ha cacciato dal ristorante perché le cucine erano chiuse lasciandoci senza cena. La colazione appena sufficiente. Ultima cosa il prezzo, 140€ non adeguato a ciò che offre la struttura

The room was in the basement , with absolutely zero view with a dirty little area not taken care of. There was nowhere to put a suitcase or more than one. There was something in the building that gave me an instant allergy attack…. Not super friendly when we told them we would not be staying. Super disappointed because it was near the top of the mountain and had an amazing view.
