Room was clean and well appointed for a one nights stay. We paid for breakfast at the hotel the next morning and it was convenient. Only issue at breakfast was coffee machine was being cleaned and took about 15-20 minutes and we were finished eating but had our coffee after.

Vi fick ett handikappanpassat rum (det var inget vi hade beställt). Dörren var en sliding door, men den var trasig, så den gick inte att stänga ordentligt. Handfatet var dessutom lägre än standard (beror väl på att det var handikappanpassat). Incheckning kunde bara göras efter exakt 15:00, så flera stod o väntade vid automatiska maskiner tills klockan blev exakt 15:00. Men flera av oss som hade bokat online kunde inte checka in via maskinerna o fick manuell incheckning, så systemet är bara dumt o inte genomtänkt.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Il est idéalement placé près du centre historique et des restaurants. Le personnel a été très attentionné. La literie était bonne.

Generally, we had an excellent stay. I recommend if you're staying in Durham. However, two notes. 1) if you want your room cleaned, make sure the staff follow through. 2) they say "kids eat free all day," but that's only off the kids menu
