La habitación era muy simple, nada que objetar. En el desayuno, las mesas estaban pegajosas, si apoyabas los brazo te costaba despegarlos, todo el restaurante estaba bastante sucio. Estuve alojado 2 noches, cuando regrese a las 18hs al hotel para volver a mi habitación en el segundo día de estadía, la habitación no estaba hecha, no habían limpiado, ni cambiado las toallas. Cuando se lo mencione a la persona que estaba en recepción me pregunto si yo lo había pedido. ES LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE ME PASA QUE EN UN HOTEL TIENES QUE PEDIR QUE TE ARREGLEN LA HABITACION!!. Es como pedir que mantenga limpios los pasillos, o la entrada del hotel, etc. Increíble!!! La unica ventaja que tiene el hotel es la ubicación, por lo demás es mejor evitarlo, no merece la pena. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

We had another wonderful stay. It’s in a great spot with Meadowhall across the road, off the M1 and only a 20 minute drive (if that) from the town centre. The staff were fabulous, especially Rachel and Anthony. If we come back to Sheffield, we would stay again.

Our second night was just as good as the first. Staff were very helpful and remembered my allergy when eating dinner. Food was delicious, room was comfy and spacious. The hotel is directly across from the shopping mall and is a quick walk across. I will be back.

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful and courteous, There was some contradiction with our booking via Expedia and the room that was booked, however the front desk went out of their way to make sure we received the number of beds and accommodation required, Every staff member that we encountered was 100% brilliant.

We are very happy with this hotel. Welcoming staff on arrival who was very helpful. The room is big, clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed an extra night and when we come back next week, we are staying here again, which I am happy about. It is conveniently across from Meadowhall shopping centre and close to the motorway.
