Für die winzige Sauna werden zusätzliche Gebühren erhoben und auch das Frühstück ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Die zentrale Lage ist ein Vorteil, der nicht unbedingt ausreichend, um das Hotel nochmals zu buchen. Bei vier Sternen erwarte ich etwas mehr.

A bit of a walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) when I arrived, as I didn't know the tram system and which top to get off. As it turned out, I could take the Number1 or 6, getting off at the same stop (Ritterstrasse) Found out and took the tram back when I let Brandenburg a.d. Havel. Front desk was not particularly helpful when I asked, particularly where to buy a ticket (Fahrkarte).

Matratzen sind sehr, Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant hervorragend, Service im Restaurant super, Service beim Frühstück schläft. Empfang könnte freundlicher sein, Zimmerausstattung alt und kalt in der Nacht.

sewer smell all over the hallways, very expensive breakfast (20 euro pp per night), we booked 2 rooms, both were not cleaned up on arrival - they offered changing them - very ran down hotel with absolute no looks of being 4 stars

Excellent central location opposite the Rathaus and convenient for walking around the town centre. We didn't have any meals when there so can't comment on the food. Beds comfortable. Ample power sockets. Wifi worked. Great views overlooking the Rathaus for us.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the Old Town of Brandenburg, in a quiet neughbourhood. After taking dinner in the hotel, we went for a pleasant stroll to the river and back. To be recommended!

Located in the Altstadt. 2 years ago I stayed in a hotel in the Neustadt. A bit of a walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) when I arrived, as I didn't know the tram system and which top to get off. As it turned out, I could take the Number1 or 6, getting off at the same stop (Ritterstrasse) Found out and took the tram back when I let Brandenburg a.d. Havel. Front desk was not particularly helpful when I asked, particularly where to buy a ticket (Fahrkarte).
