This Hotel is quite modern. Check-in was seamless and very efficient. The lack of a restaurant was a problem for us on the Saturday night. It is only services next door so we had to drive into Wetherby. Air-con is perhaps the only criticism but reception did give us a fan. The bar area does have aircon and this was a boon.

Perfect spot to visit York and surroundings. Place is useful. Parking plenty of EV pods. A shopping centre close to the hotel allows all food breaks.

This a perfect stop off point .the only fault is as the rooms have no air con ,they need to a fan in the rooms ,as you can't open the window properly.it was very uncomfortable in the room .in cooler weather not a problem

Overall it's clean and the presentation of the rooms and hotel are surprisingly good. The negatives left a bad taste in terms of the quite blunt and unwelcoming manager on duty in the evening. I got the impression he's not happy in his job. Had to change rooms as they weren't set for family correctly. The rooms are nice but very hot and there is no air con. Declined to have breakfast as it was on the pricey side for a budget hotel of this type at £12, and I looked at it in the morning and it wasnt very appealing ( cheap looking sausages etc.) so glad I skipped it. Alcohol in the bar was very pricey. e.g. a small can of Campden IPA was £5.10. There is a Greggs right outside so just do that instead for breakfast and if you want alcohol you can get it from WH Smith more affordably and drink in your room. No alcohol allowed from off premises in hotel lobby. Good that parking is free.

The staff are always excellent. The bathrooms, for this visit, and the last, aren’t quite clean enough. Last night there was some sort of drippy greasy stuff on the bathroom counters that hadn’t been wiped down. Don’t know what it was….

First time stay with days inns was well impressed better than I was expecting walk in shower excellent there was no issues with being on a services only downside in room 211 there was cobwebs around window and quite thick dust on lights by the bed also window catch was missing cap so window didn't shut properly leaving draft through holes where cap should have been and allows noise from outside come into room

For the price and just for an over night stay it did the job. Bed was comfy, staff were helpful. Shower was good and bathroom was clean. Room needed dusting about three or four weeks ago but free parking a bonus.

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions as convenient, good price and, rooms all ways clean and tidy and spacious, WIFI decent, the noise from upstairs was unbearable at times, most heavy footed person I have ever heard sounds like they had a dog running around to early hours. not a great night sleep.

The room are fine for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable but the rooms were very hot and no fans etc supplied. The curtains looked like they had blood stains on. Breakfast was adequate

Stayed for one night on a family trip. Hotel was very clean with friendly staff. Room is spacious with a good walk-in shower, only down side was the bed. It was soft and very bouncy. If there are 2 in the bed and 1 needed to move it woke the other person up, it felt like I was sleeping on a bouncy castle. ☹️

Comfortable stay, room had everything needed and was clean enough. Room was on first floor and the room overhead I could hear the person snoring and they had very noise feet. I’d ask for a room on the second floor if I was to stay again. Didn’t eat breakfast there as found grab and go on the services for much cheaper.

Check was simple enough, though reception staff were in the back off and came out in their coat as though ready to go home. Had no soap or shower gel the dispensers were empty to had to go and ask for those. Room was relatively clean though plastic bits left in the sink.

When I first arrived i was greeted by a friendly team, I was given room key, and went up to room which had an unmade bed and dirty pots and towels, was quickly reallocated another room on ground floor, however the second day i left card on door at 06.50 for cleaning mainly just cups and for housekeeping to replenish coffee and milk, I arrived back at 20.30 after a 13 hour shift in hospital, and room.had not been attended to, sonlong walk back to reception to be told when i asked for clean cups and coffee i was pushing my luck.

Right on the motorway so very convenient. Although close to the motorway it was quiet. Rooms are a good size. Shower rooms really nice with good shower and lovely toiletries. Beds were comfortable, nice linen, lovely big towels. Comfortable lounge in reception. Quick check in. Good WiFi. The services have numerous outlets for food, drinks and snacks. Plenty of parking. Nothing at all to fault.

We had a pleasant stay. No issues at all for a one night stop. Convenient location just off the a1, surprisingly quiet considering it’s in a service area. Clean and well maintained to a good standard.

Having made a late booking for the Wetherby Arts festival this hotel was the only accommodation at a reasonable price we could get in. Absolutely no disappointments. Very clean rooms comfortable beds, tea coffee etc, toiletries provided in the spacious bathroom with walk in shower. The location was the only concern to us because we needed to be in Wetherby on two evenings. Having made a late booking for the Wetherby Arts festival this hotel was the only accommodation at a reasonable price we could get in. Absolutely no disappointments. Very clean rooms comfortable beds, tea coffee etc, toiletries provided in the spacious bathroom with walk in shower. The location was the only concern to us because we needed to be in Wetherby on two evenings. The weather was horrendous due to storm Darragh! Granted we were slightly early to arrive but no info on whether room would be available before just "well check in isnt till2!". It was a little abrupt. We were advised it was 1.5 miles to town centre and that it could be walked. However when we attempted there were no footpaths and you had to go over motorway very dangerous also was more like 3 miles to centre ended up getting a taxi.

This Hotel is quite modern. Check-in was seamless and very efficient. The lack of a restaurant was a problem for us on the Saturday night. It is only services next door so we had to drive into Wetherby. Air-con is perhaps the only criticism but reception did give us a fan. The bar area does have aircon and this was a boon.

The hotel room provided was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is provided in the mornings, however thete is no hotel restaurant. There are the usual fast food outlets as with most motorway service stations, available in the food court.

Very affordable hotel at a motorway service station. Comfortable bed, clean, a good breakfast and a bar open until midnight. Perfect for exploring Wetherby, Harewood House and Harrogate. Would definitely return!

Overall it's clean and the presentation of the rooms and hotel are surprisingly good. The negatives left a bad taste in terms of the quite blunt and unwelcoming manager on duty in the evening. I got the impression he's not happy in his job. Had to change rooms as they weren't set for family correctly. The rooms are nice but very hot and there is no air con. Declined to have breakfast as it was on the pricey side for a budget hotel of this type at £12, and I looked at it in the morning and it wasnt very appealing ( cheap looking sausages etc.) so glad I skipped it. Alcohol in the bar was very pricey. e.g. a small can of Campden IPA was £5.10. There is a Greggs right outside so just do that instead for breakfast and if you want alcohol you can get it from WH Smith more affordably and drink in your room. No alcohol allowed from off premises in hotel lobby. Good that parking is free.

It’s a service station hotel, so did not have high expectations. However, it was well kept and convenient. Breakfast wasn’t the best I’d seen at a hotel but it was suffice. Overall a decent stay.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was so comfortable. Warm when I was there however, a new desk fan in the room was welcomed and did the job. Lovely bathroom with roomy shower. Rooms look as though they have had a good makeover. Easy check-in with pleasant staff. Excellent location in Wetherby Services station. Highly recommended.

Check in was seamless , room was ok , very warm had to utilise the fan , the hairdryer didn't work as didn't the usb charger at the side of the bed , breakfast was busy , no bacon egg or sausages when we went in although these were soon replenished, no cutlery has to wait for knives and forks before we were able to butter the toast. No cups to get a coffee. Nothing worse than getting your breakfast then waiting fives to ten minutes until cutlery arrived , breakfast then cold .

Simple solution next to the motorway, clean, easy check in and check out, nice bar. Staff was kind and helpful. Next to plenty of shops. You can visit the near town or go to York in 40 minutes.
