Spotlessly clean room and facilities, staff all very friendly and want to go the extra mile to ensure a great customer experience. As well as the hotel's facilities, we could also use the rooftop pool and bar area of the adjacent Taj hotel.

We are very happy that we booked this hotel for our stay in Goa. It is centrally located on the coast and had easy access to the beach 24X7. The hotel property, lawns, restaurants, bathrooms, health spa and gymnasium all were very clean and very well maintained, modern and upto date!!! The staff is extremely professional and almost always went an extra mile and out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and made our stay extra enjoyable. I would like to recognize the Laranja manager Rahool and front desk attendant Fiona. They both were very kind and deserve this recognition. You all have set the bar high and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Cidade de Goa team!! You all rock!!!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Goa and had an amazing time. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and charm of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were knowledgeable about the local area and gave me great recommendations for places to see and things to do. The hotel is located on the beach, which was simply stunning. I also enjoyed trying out some of the water activities, such as the Jet Ski, which were well-maintained and enjoyable. The food was fantastic, with a good selection for breakfast, and the restaurant and bar offered delicious drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Had an amazing time at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. the property is amazing and staff are incredible. There was a big food selection around the property. Pool and pool area was clean and also have staff around to assist. There is a private beach located on property that you can walk on and have many water activates to enjoy. our Room was clean and there was also one everyday to clean and provide clean towels. The staff was super fully and helped make the stay very comfortable. Would recommend the resort for families or even a calm couples getaway. was super impressed with my experience. Would defiantly recommend or go again.

Taj Heritage has such attentive staff, wonderful food and drinks, and probably the best hidden beach in Goa. The facilities are just picturesque perfection. I took pictures from each angle of the facility and I don’t know which is best. If for no other reason, I will return just for the open air sitting deck’s stunning view - I could sit there and read all day. The grounds are immaculately kept, the swimming pool well maintained, and my room had an incredible view of the water. The facility’s security is always present yet not intrusive, if you are a family and want peace of mind. The dining options - in and outside of the room - are quality, and they’re diverse, whether barbecue, traditional Indian, or Portuguese-Goan fusion. While in Goa, I visited other nearby upscale resorts for dinners and meetings - these shared Taj’s convenient proximity to downtown, facilities, dining options, and security. The two assets that separate Taj Heritage are it’s naturally secluded beach and it’s warm and attentive staff. A local businessman was who told me about the hotel and it’s beach - he and his son visit it often. But I was even more impressed by the staff. Goans are special people with a reputation for friendliness. At Taj, I felt like the hotel used this natural resource better than elsewhere. Staff were always politely inquiring if I needed anything, making a local’s suggestions, and just talking with me about this or that. They felt genuinely engaged with the patrons.

This is one of the better stays I have had in India and kudos to the Taj Hospitality team to convert my trip from ordinary to special. Breakfast experience was just about ok on both days and team needs to work had to live up to the brand name of Taj Hospitality. Lunch experience on the 2nd day was very dissappointing but post my feedback Executive Chef Balaji and his team did an awesome job to make us feel special and this experience made my visit memorable. The location to the property is unbeatable with massive open spaces to walk around and relax. The pool area is excellent and one can spend the full day hanging around there. The range of restaurant options is excellent and one need not worry to step out of the resort if not needed. Once again I thank Balaji and his team for looking after us.

Hôtel 3 étoiles au mieux (vieillot, chambre petite, plafond bas, draps de mauvaise qualité et en plus sales). Le balcon est minuscule et est vite inondé lorsqu’il pleut. Petit-déjeuner (gargantuesque mais de mauvaise qualité) servi dans une salle bruyante. Filets anti-oiseaux sur la terrasse qui est équipée de souffleries assourdissantes. Plage sale comme partout en Inde. À oublier vite

Hôtel 3 étoiles au mieux (vieillot, chambre petite, plafond bas, draps de mauvaise qualité et en plus sales). Le balcon est minuscule et est vite inondé lorsqu’il pleut. Petit-déjeuner (gargantuesque mais de mauvaise qualité) servi dans une salle bruyante. Filets anti-oiseaux sur la terrasse qui est équipée de souffleries assourdissantes. Plage sale comme partout en Inde. À oublier vite

Riya and Nikita were stars for the whole stay and helped us with information and any requests we had. Deepak, Nitin, Malick and Thulsi were exceptional in the café/restaurant and always very attentive and served with a smile. Chef Vidhya was another star who even cooked special meals to allow us to taste some of her great food. Dattaram ensured we were looked after throughout our stay. The property has a great vibe and resort feel with lovely open areas and uses fans more than air conditioning, which provides that more traditional experience. The room we had was spacious and had a good view. The high tea is wonderful and has plenty of choices which vary daily. It was hard to fault this hotel and our stay except that we should have stayed longer!

Good property but far from key spots and beaches although the property has a quiet beach. Rooms are ok but a bit crammed for 3 people. The breakfast was amazing. A little pricey though.

We stayed at three hotels during our recent visit to India and this was our worst stay. The staff was indifferent to my wife being sick. We also needed to change our stay and they said Expedia wouldn’t allow it but when we requested through Expedia, they said the hotel rejected the request. They said there was a doctor around but too busy to actually make it to see my wife. Our hotel room was in a location where the internet didn’t work Room 108. Just too many issues.

The most beautiful place I have been in a loong time. We woke up to the sound of waves, perfect rooms, beds and comfort everywhere. Delicious breakfast and nice food in the restaurants. We tried the buffee for lunch and it was luxurious and delicious. All the staff working in all the different services were so kind and helpful. We left for another hotel we had planned but miss this hotel already....

Typical Portuguese style hotel built 30 years ago. Now a Taj property. Service not upto Taj standard especially Reception staff. Bit slow. Nice ambiance. Rooms are real heritage type n big. Portico u hv to squeeze your self. High tea horrible. At least they gave nice dosa. Cold tea. One small not so exciting bar. Food ok not super. The adjacent property Horizon is supposed to be modern with great view of the sea, The Heritage is closer to sea n few steps away. The beach is black sand . Bit muddy to have a dip. Good enough for a morning or evening walk. Half Taj standard property.

i recently stayed in a sea facing room which was excellent, almost on sea front.. My booking was with all meals. On check-in i was told to use GRAND SALA venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner., It was difficult to locate this venue almost underground , a big hall with no windows , ventilators and natural light. It had long rows of tables .atmosphere here was very depressing.,.. after the dinner i told them of my bad experience, and only then they told me that i can go to two other restaurants at the property, which they dint tell me on check-in.

Spotlessly clean room and facilities, staff all very friendly and want to go the extra mile to ensure a great customer experience. As well as the hotel's facilities, we could also use the rooftop pool and bar area of the adjacent Taj hotel.

Absolutely amazing experience. It didn't start off great. In fact, they stuffed up with a couple of things with my wife's birthday surprise and spa booking but they made up for it in ways I cannot even express. It was a delightful experience after day 1. We were there for a week and every single day felt special. Every staff member at the property makes you feel special and are very warm and courteous. I'd like to thank Muskan for her amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Despite having challenges at the airport with the indigo disruption, she managed to arrange a pick up, put us in a very good room, made my wife's birthday very special by the beach and was always available for absolutely anything and everything that we needed. While the Property is great, it's the staff that take it to the next level so keep up the great work Taj. We look forward to staying at another Taj property very soon.

The property was going thru renovation, which we were not aware of till we got there. They did give us good rooms away from the noise but had we known that we would not have paid so much to hear the drill machine going on all day I. The lobby and pool area. Don’t ever eat at their restaurant called Alfama- it is HORRIBLE and overpriced. Also, the staff at the buffet was hit or miss. The last day of checkout was bad experience, the staff member Avdesh was rude and basically refused to serve us. I was shocked. The front desk tried to charge us twice for things that were already paid for- so do check your receipt before leaving the premises. The hotel has a private beach with walk out rooms, which is the only reason we would stay again.

We are very happy that we booked this hotel for our stay in Goa. It is centrally located on the coast and had easy access to the beach 24X7. The hotel property, lawns, restaurants, bathrooms, health spa and gymnasium all were very clean and very well maintained, modern and upto date!!! The staff is extremely professional and almost always went an extra mile and out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and made our stay extra enjoyable. I would like to recognize the Laranja manager Rahool and front desk attendant Fiona. They both were very kind and deserve this recognition. You all have set the bar high and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Cidade de Goa team!! You all rock!!!

Taj Heritage has such attentive staff, wonderful food and drinks, and probably the best hidden beach in Goa. The facilities are just picturesque perfection. I took pictures from each angle of the facility and I don’t know which is best. If for no other reason, I will return just for the open air sitting deck’s stunning view - I could sit there and read all day. The grounds are immaculately kept, the swimming pool well maintained, and my room had an incredible view of the water. The facility’s security is always present yet not intrusive, if you are a family and want peace of mind. The dining options - in and outside of the room - are quality, and they’re diverse, whether barbecue, traditional Indian, or Portuguese-Goan fusion. While in Goa, I visited other nearby upscale resorts for dinners and meetings - these shared Taj’s convenient proximity to downtown, facilities, dining options, and security. The two assets that separate Taj Heritage are it’s naturally secluded beach and it’s warm and attentive staff. A local businessman was who told me about the hotel and it’s beach - he and his son visit it often. But I was even more impressed by the staff. Goans are special people with a reputation for friendliness. At Taj, I felt like the hotel used this natural resource better than elsewhere. There's just one way to describe the service here - impeccable. The property is clean, well maintained, and beautiful; with direct access to the sea. The food was great, and despite the restaurants being full at breakfast time, the staff ensured everyone got their choices, and on their table. Lot of options to eat and activities at the hotel. Highly recommended.

The most beautiful place I have been in a loong time. We woke up to the sound of waves, perfect rooms, beds and comfort everywhere. Delicious breakfast and nice food in the restaurants. We tried the buffee for lunch and it was luxurious and delicious. All the staff working in all the different services were so kind and helpful. We left for another hotel we had planned but miss this hotel already....

I recently stayed at a hotel in Goa and had an amazing time. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and charm of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were knowledgeable about the local area and gave me great recommendations for places to see and things to do. The hotel is located on the beach, which was simply stunning. I also enjoyed trying out some of the water activities, such as the Jet Ski, which were well-maintained and enjoyable. The food was fantastic, with a good selection for breakfast, and the restaurant and bar offered delicious drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Typical Portuguese style hotel built 30 years ago. Now a Taj property. Service not upto Taj standard especially Reception staff. Bit slow. Nice ambiance. Rooms are real heritage type n big. Portico u hv to squeeze your self. High tea horrible. At least they gave nice dosa. Cold tea. One small not so exciting bar. Food ok not super. The adjacent property Horizon is supposed to be modern with great view of the sea, The Heritage is closer to sea n few steps away. The beach is black sand . Bit muddy to have a dip. Good enough for a morning or evening walk. Half Taj standard property.

i recently stayed in a sea facing room which was excellent, almost on sea front.. My booking was with all meals. On check-in i was told to use GRAND SALA venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner., It was difficult to locate this venue almost underground , a big hall with no windows , ventilators and natural light. It had long rows of tables .atmosphere here was very depressing.,.. after the dinner i told them of my bad experience, and only then they told me that i can go to two other restaurants at the property, which they dint tell me on check-in.

Had an amazing time at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. the property is amazing and staff are incredible. There was a big food selection around the property. Pool and pool area was clean and also have staff around to assist. There is a private beach located on property that you can walk on and have many water activates to enjoy. our Room was clean and there was also one everyday to clean and provide clean towels. The staff was super fully and helped make the stay very comfortable. Would recommend the resort for families or even a calm couples getaway. was super impressed with my experience. Would defiantly recommend or go again.

This is one of the better stays I have had in India and kudos to the Taj Hospitality team to convert my trip from ordinary to special. Breakfast experience was just about ok on both days and team needs to work had to live up to the brand name of Taj Hospitality. Lunch experience on the 2nd day was very dissappointing but post my feedback Executive Chef Balaji and his team did an awesome job to make us feel special and this experience made my visit memorable. The location to the property is unbeatable with massive open spaces to walk around and relax. The pool area is excellent and one can spend the full day hanging around there. The range of restaurant options is excellent and one need not worry to step out of the resort if not needed. Once again I thank Balaji and his team for looking after us.

Our stay was good. Staff helped us to clean the sink which was smelly. We had to change room as there was a problem with the drainage.

Pleasant hotel but unless you are attending a wedding then little peace and quiet is to be had for the hotel is predominantly geared towards functions and large wedding parties, This results in the beach and water being rammed with jet skis and groups queuing to ride on banana boats.The resultant daily noice from the boats and jet skis together with the stench of petrol and the fim of benzene on the water makes it nigh impossible during the day to avail yourselves of the beach. There were several nice pools as an alternative . Prices of food and drink were VERY expensive compared with all other establishments around in Panjim .The Heritage section where we stayed was pleasant but at times mobbed with wedding arrivals, All very colourful, but clearly not for a tourist wanting to relax for at times it was mayhem
