This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel. It truly felt like a 5 star hotel experience. The facilities are extremely clean, rooms are spacious, and the staff are incredibly professional. The breakfast buffet and restaurant are a must. We would definitely stay here again!

It's an older hotel that needs a lof of TLC. The checkin staff who actually helped us was good. However, the lady next to her was very pushy and just wanted to sell. She was giving a discount for the afternoon travel/car. Lady, we just flew in - give us a break. And then she was the one who assigned us a room in a corner facing garbage dumps. Asked for a another room and was promised half an hour. Then the drama and it was after 2 hours later that we finally got that room. The food was all right but the restaurant staff needs to be more attentive. A dude just simply picked up some food with his fingers and started eating there as he was talking to staff. Then he picks another item from a different tray while the staff is looking at this as its happening. Mentioned it to management for whatever its worth. Luckily, that day we had ordered the food and not ate the buffet. Not only is it bad habbit BUT the cross contamination! That is just just hazardous as others are going to consume that same food. Not worth the money this place charges.

Fabulous pool and staff. Prakash was very helpful and as were all the dining staff. Udai was most helpful in the restaurant - Omprakash and Khushboo went the extra mile to help out. Just fab and difficult to find issues with the place.

Our stay at the Vivanta Miramar was truly enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was good both at the buffet breakfast and the in room dining. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the food as they were missing their good ole pizzas :) All up this place is perfectly located and has the best amenities and service one could hope for to enjoy a relaxed vacation

We were unhappy the first night due to the condition of the room. However after we complained the next morning we were upgraded and were happy. It is a business hotel, while very nice, not quite a resort. One downside is transport availability.

A truly top notch experience all around. I’m so glad I picked this place. It’s just 10mn walk to the beach and is immaculately clean. Staff are super efficient and attend to every request including setting up a surprise birthday bash in the room for us while we were out. Absolutely highly recommend.

Stayed at this property 2 weeks ago and returned for another week. Great Taj hospitality. Competitive pricing , Beach front, minutes to Panjim, make it an ideal vacation or businesses spot. After complaining about the reception area fragrance odor they did make changes to where it is pleasant now. Kudos to management for paying attention to the small details.

My family enjoyed our stay at Vivanta Miramar. Most of all because of the high quality of staff, in all areas - reception, restaurant, parking, security, room service and pool. The property itself is neither too far out nor too close to the city centre. The room was fairly spacious (not large but just right for three adults) and well furnished, including a tub in the bathroom. Our room also had an excellent view of the sea. The restaurant was well manged and the food was good. Especially the Goan dishes which tasted authentic (my family is Goan).

We had plan for 3 nights and 4 days - stayed at 310 and then extended - very good customer service - today is our last day and we had a wonderful experience here. Very good food , very good staff. Thanks Vivanta.

Had an issue with slow service initially and stale cup of tea but after mentioning the staff went over board and did everything they could to make our stay very pleasant. Including a cake and flowers on birthday and arranging taxis for us etc

It's an older hotel that needs a lof of TLC. The checkin staff who actually helped us was good. However, the lady next to her was very pushy and just wanted to sell. She was giving a discount for the afternoon travel/car. Lady, we just flew in - give us a break. And then she was the one who assigned us a room in a corner facing garbage dumps. Asked for a another room and was promised half an hour. Then the drama and it was after 2 hours later that we finally got that room. The food was all right but the restaurant staff needs to be more attentive. A dude just simply picked up some food with his fingers and started eating there as he was talking to staff. Then he picks another item from a different tray while the staff is looking at this as its happening. Mentioned it to management for whatever its worth. Luckily, that day we had ordered the food and not ate the buffet. Not only is it bad habbit BUT the cross contamination! That is just just hazardous as others are going to consume that same food. Not worth the money this place charges.

Fabulous pool and staff. Prakash was very helpful and as were all the dining staff. Udai was most helpful in the restaurant - Omprakash and Khushboo went the extra mile to help out. Just fab and difficult to find issues with the place.

Nice property close the beach. Exceptional service especially by Prashant & how he welcomed us & addressed our concerns. Hence we ended up staying there for 4nights. Suyash & Sambhaji sincerely / kindly looked after us during breakfast. All in all a great team with a GM like Mr. Bose who gave us his time as well. Thanks everyone at Taj Miramar for taking care of us.

We were unhappy the first night due to the condition of the room. However after we complained the next morning we were upgraded and were happy. It is a business hotel, while very nice, not quite a resort. One downside is transport availability.

A truly top notch experience all around. I’m so glad I picked this place. It’s just 10mn walk to the beach and is immaculately clean. Staff are super efficient and attend to every request including setting up a surprise birthday bash in the room for us while we were out. Absolutely highly recommend.

This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended.

The property itself is neither too far out nor too close to the city centre. The restaurant was well manged and the food was good. Especially the Goan dishes which tasted authentic (my family is Goan).

The hotel itself is ok, breakfast is good. It’s not really a beach hotel. You have to step in open sewage to reach the “beach”, which is also dirty and has no amenities. Location not convenient.

Stayed at this property 2 weeks ago and returned for another week. Great Taj hospitality. Competitive pricing , Beach front, minutes to Panjim, make it an ideal vacation or businesses spot. After complaining about the reception area fragrance odor they did make changes to where it is pleasant now. Kudos to management for paying attention to the small details.

Our stay at the Vivanta Miramar was truly enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was good both at the buffet breakfast and the in room dining. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the food as they were missing their good ole pizzas :) All up this place is perfectly located and has the best amenities and service one could hope for to enjoy a relaxed vacation

We had plan for 3 nights and 4 days - stayed at 310 and then extended - very good customer service - today is our last day and we had a wonderful experience here. Very good food , very good staff. Thanks Vivanta.

Had an issue with slow service initially and stale cup of tea but after mentioning the staff went over board and did everything they could to make our stay very pleasant. Including a cake and flowers on birthday and arranging taxis for us etc

I highly recommend this hotel. It truly felt like a 5 star hotel experience. The facilities are extremely clean, rooms are spacious, and the staff are incredibly professional. The breakfast buffet and restaurant are a must. We would definitely stay here again!

The property itself was well maintained, but our room had dirty floors. Bathrooms were clean and bedding was also clean. However, in a triple occupancy room with three adults and a child, we were only provided two towels and one small hand napkin. I would’ve expected at least four towels and 3 to 4 hand napkins. The snack and mini bar were stocked well. The staff was very cooperative though and answered all our questions and provided really good suggestions for food and transportation. They also helped upgrade our rooms since there was availability. The location of the hotel is fantastic with amazing ocean views. Overall, the location, the views, the staff and the food made our experience good.

The staff at the reception (Supriya, Dipti and Aman) were extremely hostile and did absolutely nothing for our early check-in request. Infact they did not give us the room at 2 pm also which was the promised time. This added to our troubles. The checkin was a nightmare especially because of rude unprofessional and hostile behaviour of Supriya Baghi. She should be fired immediately if you really want to save the Taj brand faith. The lazy staff even went to extent of asking us to leave and check in another hotel. This is Unacceptable. I will never ever stay at a Taj property again.
