Excellent warm welcome during late checkin. Very friendly . Breakfast service excellent. Check good. All staff brilliant . Entry from the main road is a bus lane which you can’t go through , but Sat nav of which unused two different types sadly didn’t pick that up so when through and I think captured on the camera😔. Not the hotels fault . Be weary

Hotel: the building is under renovation and one can see signs of this all around. The reception for example was hidden in a corner of the cafe. It didn't bother though. Room: we had a newly renovated room and it was very nice looking. It included a water boiler, tea, coffee and a refrigerator (bigger than a minibar). The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had some omissions: there was no place to hang towels, no wall socket, no toilet roll holder. Cleaning was done daily and properly. Cafe: Looks are deceptive in this case. It will probably the last phase of the renovation so not much attention was given to the interior and furniture. But the food was great and very nicely priced! Kitchen open until 20:00 on working days, but closed on weekends except for breakfast. Breakfast can be compiled from some available option or chosen from 4 different ready menus. Drinks & ready snacks were available 24/7 provided by the night guard. Staff: All the the personnel we have met were absolutely great to be with, social and helpful. We will never forget them! Location: A bit away from the center in a mainly commercial area. Stonebridge Park station at approx. 15min walking distance, Harlesden station at 1,8km walking over the path along the canal adjacent to the hotel. Both stations on the Jubilee line which takes you straight into the city in about 20-25min. The Wembley Station is very near, approx. 3,5km walking. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we come again to London.

Location access to OVO arena was good with a bus stop outside. Tiniest double room ever. Very average bed. Just done hangers but no storage space for clothes. Bathroom , no toilet roll holder, no towel rail. TV very laggy on app & Freeview. Breakfast was good , better first day, stingy on hash browns on second. Worst thing was price of parking £15 per day.

Great place to stay, good location and as stayed Saturday, nice and quiet on Sunday morning. Good breakfast and all staff very friendly and chatty. Room facing the canal so in the shade and great view North with Wembley Stadium the biggest feature. Did not mark hotel as excellent as there are works still in progress although they did not affect the stay. Will be fantastic when finished.

Working in the area, the Abbey Point suited my needs. Accessing the hotel was tricky. Sat nav got me to the location but had to follow map to get in around the one way streets in the area. Parking at hotel very limited - 5 spaces or on street and felt dodgy to park my week old car. Was a bit nervous but didn’t have any problems. Check in was at the cafe which was about to close when I arrived at about 8pm - not sure what happens if you are any later? Luckily managed to get a takeaway meal from the cafe - lasagna - tasty and good portion, but it is cafe food in a polystyrene box and disposable cutlery! No problem, but don’t expect a restaurant! Some building work ongoing in the hotel at the time but room was very nice, warm and comfortable. Free cooked breakfast at the cafe. Friendly staff at check in and check out. Hotel was fine but don’t expect Premier Inn standards.

The property was still in construction which was a safety hazard as there were wires hanging out of ceilings, the lift had a massive gap between the door and the floor, had no windows to be able to open and have fresh air, air con control was fake and didn’t work. Sensor lights in bathroom which would cut out half way through shower, no proper parking but claimed they had a car park. Reception was in the middle of a cafe, very noisy throughout day as they were still doing construction

Abit awkward to drive to, limited parking area but excellent in cleanliness, spotless modern room and staff very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again and also recommend to friends and family.

Nice hotel not a lot of parking but there is plenty of street parking int he area that’s free on the industrial estate facing and the road leading round to hotel so not the end of the world friendly Staff and good prices for bar drinks couldn’t fault it if I’m Honest

Great staff and for the price and location near Wembley it was great. Unfortunately I had hair on my pillow and the microwave plate was dirty.

It was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the tv was huge, and the bed and bathroom were a good size. No complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend it. 10/10.

The guy was very pleasant. The staff were very nice and welcoming too. The rooms were clean but there were these little bugs coming out the pillow and crawling on you. They need to fix that. Apart from that it wasn’t a bad stay.

It had a small fridge, a microwave and a kettle with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The bathroom was great, with a decent shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The room had a good TV, and even air conditioning. The bed was really comfortable, and both pillows were plump and not at all floppy. The café/bar was great, serving a great selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Portion sizes were generous, too. I had lasagne and chips in the evening, and it was delicious. The breakfast options were varied, and also really nice! I opted for the special fry-up, which came with a choice of coffee or tea, and I was very happy indeed. The staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out were very quick and simple. There is a huge Asda superstore a short walk (10 - 15 mins) from the hotel. It is also very close to Central Middlesex Hospital. Abbey Point is a gem, and I will definitely be very happy to stay again!

At first it felt like a nice place, clean, great guy at reception who was helpful and friendly, room was spacious with decent sized bed, a kitchenette with kettle, fridge freezer, microwave. Nice size shower cubicle. But…. No hair dryer No sink plug No place to put your clothes in bathroom Noise was unbelievably loud from the outside Airconditioning was fixed at 24o so kind of heating only- pointless But all that was beaten by the extremely loud fire alarm that triggered every night!!!! We nearly had a heart attack being deep asleep and woken up by such loud noise above the bed. Not worth.

The hotel was nothing like it looked in the pictures. We got a room where the light made a noise every time we turned it on, and the windows wouldn’t close, so we could hear the traffic very loudly at night. When we contacted the reception, the lady told us to wait for the owner to come, but he never showed up.

Fab place to stay for concerts at Wembley. Staff were extremely helpful. Lovely micro double room which had a lovely comfy bed, bathroom, fridge and microwave. Loved the cafe too, really reasonably priced and good quality.

My daughter and i stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were perfect, modern and clean with all the comforts we needed. View was pretty good too!

Room was nice and very clean. It was boiling though despite it only being 20 degrees outside. The 'aircon' did nothing and the fan barely made a difference. Luckily we only slept in the room for 1 night but it was very very hot. Also the door to get into the shower didnt open much and at 9 months pregnant it was a really tight squeeze to get in. Stayed to go to wembley, booked as short bus ride away. Sadly busses dont run normal route on event days (not shown on google or tfl app) so did a lot more walking than planned to avoid the tube. Not the hotels fault at all just an fyi! Has a cafe/bar attached that was cheap and cheerful. Breakfast was included. Basic but good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Really good value for money overall!

Great place for our one night stay. Large bedroom with kitchen facilities

The hotel is very easy to get to - bus 440 stops right outside which you can get outside the tube station. The breakfast choice is incredible and the level of service is excellent - better than some 4* hotels I’ve stayed out. The micro twin room was much bigger than I expected and beds were comfy. The only minor downside was the shower was temperamental with its temperature. In the rooms there was a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee which was great and another benefit that not even 4* hotels have. I would definitely stay here again.

Found this hotel by chance & couldn’t be happier with our stay. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean & comfortable… all for a very competitive price! Would definitely return & also recommend to anyone who’s looking for a short stay near Wembley. :)

The area is an industrial area and the view from our window was a yellow skip and a lot of discarded items. This would not stop me staying here again. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good and there was plenty of hot water.

The hotel was nothing like it looked in the pictures. We got a room where the light made a noise every time we turned it on, and the windows wouldn’t close, so we could hear the traffic very loudly at night. Staff very friendly, and couldn’t do more to help us with local knowledge including booking a taxi for us. Room was very clean and we will definitely come back to this hotel if we need to stay in the Wembley area. Overall, fantastic experience!

Best service ever...Great young team of people

Had a fabulous stay here. Parking was easy. Check in was quick. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The cafe is great, with a varied menu. Our breakfasts were very good. The gentleman who checked us in and was on shift all the time we were there could not have been more helpful to guests (certainly was service with a smile). He is an asset to the business. If we stay in Wembley again we would definitely stay at Abbey Point again!

Dana was excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. Went out of her way to make our stay excellent. Very good breakfast included. If it wasn't on the menu they would still make it for you if they had the ingredients. All the staff were friendly and courteous.

We booked this hotel for a concert at Wembley Stadium. No fault with the hotel at all, clean, well priced, staff were lovely. The guests were lovely. Only thing I would point out, it is on an industrial estate, about 15 minutes walk to the nearest tube and about 50 minutes walk from and to Wembley Stadium.

Acceptable accomodations, questionable location and surroundings. Close enough to walk to train stations but may be ill advised at night.

Abbey point hotel was a little different to what i was expecting, however it didn't disappoint. Downstairs is a local cafe that has a little reception to check in. The are only four parking spaces, however just a one minute walk is a row of parking spaces for the hotel. The room was spacious and extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and it had black out curtains. I would definitely stay again. We attended an event at wembley stadium, my advice to anyone doing so would be to pre order a cab/uber for pick up and drop off, as it tends to get very busy around the stadium on event days and traffic is everywhere. Our uber driver advised in the future that when booking to get to wembley, to book to go to carey way (5 min walk from wembley) rather than the stadium, as generally no one likes to be stuck in the traffic and often they dont take the booking.

Great place for attending a concert and very reasonably priced Location is a bit stange, near large trading estate stores and industrial parks but there is a bus service and we managed to walk back from Wembley stadium within 50mins (due to traffic, a taxi or bus may have taken longer) Hotel was clean and rooms are great with air-conditioning and the facilities such as fridge etc. The only thing missing was a mirror in the bedroom, near a plug socket. Welcomed bonus, breakfast was including in the price of our stay which i didnt realise we had, as it didn't say on our confirmation booking. Would definately stay here again.

The room was newly renivated and it was very nice and clean. The hotel is in a good location, its not far from Wembly Stadium.

Short solo 1 night stay. The room was compact but very clean, had a lovely bathroom and power shower, there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room and my room had air conditioning and a fan too. There was a very nice cooked breakfast with many options available. The hotel is very close to the Grand Union canal for a walk and it was a mile to the closest tube station that had links directly into the City. There was limited on site parking available and there was also additional parking 5 mins walk away. The hotel is situated near to the North Circular road with good links. A very enjoyable short stay and this property had everything that I needed at a very competitive price.

It’s obvious a great deal of care and conscientiousness has gone into this hotel. It’s spotless, the amenities are clean and tidy, it’s comfortable but best of all was the cafe and night service. The food is great, locals use the cafe and the ability to pick up some bits after hours was so helpful. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

Breakfast wasn't inclusive but we really enjoyed the food we bought from the hotel cafe.

Staff were really nice, the breakfast choice was huge, accommodating flexible, very clean and loved the bed and shower. Had a really good sleep.
