Spacious Luxury Retreat: Ideal for Groups, Families & Couples Seeking Serenity

Great stay - highly recommend

Positives:- Management company did the best they could with what they are working with- House and view are great- Hotel quality linens were appreciatedCould be better:- Kitchen is not equipped to cook. Pots and pans are pretty shoddy- Driveway is no joke. Do not even attempt it unless you have perfect control of an EV all wheel drive- Internet was lacking (they use t mobile towers for it). Luckily we traveled with our Starlink- Work set up lacking (there is a small desk in one of the rooms)- No wine or bar glasses and broken coffee machines- We wanted to rent a boat and dock it, but were not allowed to- All neighbor houses are getting built, so tons of construction sounds and work trucks take over the road and driveway

Large, spacious, modern, well-decorated, great views all around. We counted 109 well-maintained stairs from the lower level down to the dock. You'll also want to park at the top of the driveway, as it is a steep, windy walk down. Very manageable for an able-bodied adult or child, and totally worth the extra effort for the hilltop views. Very large TVs in numerous rooms on 3 levels. For a family of 3 it made for a pretty decadent stay - we had more than enough room to spread out on the top floor; a large group could have a blast and take better advantage of the space. Bedrooms had fantastic bedding and were tastefully decorated. We cooked and grilled most nights in the excellent kitchen with huge island. Lovely selection of bar glasses and you might find some common cocktail ingredients like simple syrup, bitters, etc. (Notes - The disposal switch is hidden under the counter on the left side. The modem/router work better if you move them onto the balcony or closer to windows.)

The amenities were absolutely perfect. The location was spectacular. The amenities were spot on. The customer service was great. When I called, I always had someone answer.
