Very clean, very friendly and quiet with good parking. Green, off road location. Very good breakfast. Would recommend.

Absolutely lovely location although you need to be a walker to climb that hill from the front every night! Nice and quiet and lovely gardens too. The owners are lovely people, made us feel very welcome. The breakfast each morning was delicious and very well cooked.The room we stayed in wasn't en-suite but across from the bedroom so not a problem although I think the other rooms are en-suite. The only 2 things I would say that stopped me from giving 5 stars were the shower, it was very old fashioned and loud, and the bed was very hard so after a long day of walking miles, it wasn't the most comfortable place to relax and have a good sleep. I think a decent mattress topper would make a huge difference. Aside from these 2 small things, I would thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay and we would go back again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and Fiona and Ian were great hosts. Would recommend.
