Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. Restaurant was excellent, they were so good with my special dietary needs. Wheelchair friendly room, parking space and Restaurant access. We will be back.

Property is a Tudor/Jacobean Manor House which has been well modernised quite recently. Everything is new and clean. Bedrooms are not huge but nicely appointed with nice bathrooms. Public areas and restaurant all comfortable, well designed and tasteful. Location is great in the village and easy walk to the castle and railway station. Food is good - well up to two rosette standard. Overall a good experience.

A lovely hotel in a fabulous area, so convenient for exploring the surroundings. We walked lots and would have loved a sauna or hot tub to return to…that would make it even more special!

High quality furnishings and excellent decorations . Staff were attentive but breakfast on our last day , 090825 was a shambles . Maybe a staff shortage, but we ordered our cooked breakfast, and had to refuse 3 incorrect orders. We were not the only guests either. Hotel did not offer any reason why , nor any compensation.

Mortons Manor is an elegant, under-stated hotel with good amenities in the heart of iconic Corfe Castle and excellently situated for the Isle of Purbeck. Great service from all staff. Good bar, lounge, and breakfasts.

This is a hotel of very good quality. The food was very good indeed, the rooms sparkling and neat, the staff friendly and approachable. The only slight misgiving would be that the lounge armchairs are too low for older people. We would heartily recommend this hotel. Well done!

This is a lovely hotel, in a beautiful location. Step outside and you have a wonderful view of Corfe Castle and, looking around, a pretty good idea of where those missing castle stones ended up. The room was comfortable and well-lit (always important). I found convenient power points, too. My only problem concerned the number of candles distributed around the restaurant. The food was truly excellent, but I started to feel ill and I believe the candles were responsible. I may have an allergy to that kind of candle.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in, the staff so helpful and friendly. Although no lift they offered to take our cases up stairs- we are over 70!. Hotel full of atmosphere. Just a couple of minutes walk form the Castle!

Nice location, very clean and comfortable beds. I found out that we paid 40 pounds per night more than our friends who booked directly with the hotel. The breakfast was good, but burned toast and salty hot cooked meal. We were not able to book a table for dinner as they were full. A warm welcome greeting as you check in, can live in your imagination. No, “welcome to….”, “how was your journey here?”, “did you travel far to get here?”, “would you like a glass of water?”, “would you like a tour of the property?”….you greet them, fill up a form, are given a key and off you go.

Morton's Manor was fabulous, from when we arrived to when we left. The room was quiet, bed and linen to the highest quality. Breakfast delicious and hot. Staff were on hand, happy and friendly. Beautiful Manor and surrounding area and right in the middle of Corfe Castle so easy access to everything on offer. Would definitely be staying again. Thank you.

Lovely old manor house which is tastefully decorated if quirky. Stayed in summer but noticed windows not double glazed so may not be quite so comfortable in winter. Dinner was excellent

Wonderful Hotel, Staff and restaurant. Morton’s Manor is a haven of peace and tranquility where, you feel relaxed from the moment you enter the Hotel. Its position is perfect to explore the village of Corfe Castle and the surrounding area. The food was simply excellent so much so, we cancelled our other dinner bookings to eat our way through the Hotels menu. We will definitely be returning.

Property is a Tudor/Jacobean Manor House which has been well modernised quite recently. Everything is new and clean. Bedrooms are not huge but nicely appointed with nice bathrooms. Public areas and restaurant all comfortable, well designed and tasteful. Location is great in the village and easy walk to the castle and railway station. Food is good - well up to two rosette standard. Overall a good experience.

A lovely hotel in a fabulous area, so convenient for exploring the surroundings. We walked lots and would have loved a sauna or hot tub to return to…that would make it even more special!

Morton's Manor was fabulous, from when we arrived to when we left. The room was quiet, bed and linen to the highest quality. Breakfast delicious and hot. Staff were on hand, happy and friendly. Beautiful Manor and surrounding area and right in the middle of Corfe Castle so easy access to everything on offer. Would definitely be staying again. Thank you.

Mortons Manor is an elegant, under-stated hotel with good amenities in the heart of iconic Corfe Castle and excellently situated for the Isle of Purbeck. Great service from all staff. Good bar, lounge, and breakfasts.

This is a lovely hotel, in a beautiful location. Step outside and you have a wonderful view of Corfe Castle and, looking around, a pretty good idea of where those missing castle stones ended up. The room was comfortable and well-lit (always important). I found convenient power points, too. My only problem concerned the number of candles distributed around the restaurant. The food was truly excellent, but I started to feel ill and I believe the candles were responsible. I may have an allergy to that kind of candle.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in, the staff so helpful and friendly. Although no lift they offered to take our cases up stairs- we are over 70!. Hotel full of atmosphere. Just a couple of minutes walk form the Castle!

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. Restaurant was excellent, they were so good with my special dietary needs. Wheelchair friendly room, parking space and Restaurant access. We will be back.

Nice location, very clean and comfortable beds. I found out that we paid 40 pounds per night more than our friends who booked directly with the hotel. The breakfast was good, but burned toast and salty hot cooked meal. We were not able to book a table for dinner as they were full. A warm welcome greeting as you check in, can live in your imagination. No, “welcome to….”, “how was your journey here?”, “did you travel far to get here?”, “would you like a glass of water?”, “would you like a tour of the property?”….you greet them, fill up a form, are given a key and off you go.

Wonderful Hotel, Staff and restaurant. Morton’s Manor is a haven of peace and tranquility where, you feel relaxed from the moment you enter the Hotel. Its position is perfect to explore the village of Corfe Castle and the surrounding area. The food was simply excellent so much so, we cancelled our other dinner bookings to eat our way through the Hotels menu. We will definitely be returning.

High quality furnishings and excellent decorations . Staff were attentive but breakfast on our last day , 090825 was a shambles . Maybe a staff shortage, but we ordered our cooked breakfast, and had to refuse 3 incorrect orders. We were not the only guests either. Hotel did not offer any reason why , nor any compensation.

So in Corfe property is very expensive, so Morton Manor Hotel sits in this environment. The stay is on the top end of cost and for what you pay for our stay was okay. Value for money.... probably not... the rooms require subtle AirCon... small fridge and room safe perhaps... the staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is very well situated for Corfe Castle, Swanage Steam Railway, quaint village. Studland, Swanage all in close distance with regular bus service and car accessibility. Monkey World,Bovingdon Tank Museum, Lulworth Cove Durdle Door and Blue Pool close proximity by car. With some improvement Morton Manor could regain its value for money and maintain its prominence as the place to stay. Up to you Morton Manor.
