We loved the complete amenities of this immaculate place, i.e., available washer & dryer, elevator to our floor, relatively small hotel, friendly and competent staff, comfy bed, tv, 2 blocks from wide variety of restaurants and historical sites, huge benefit of kitchen in the room, so we could prepare our meals as wanted! Thank you!

Clean building, clean rooms, and very nice staff. Good location in Waltham. Walkable to Moody St that has lots of restaurants. Seems like they have enough parking spots for everyone. Spacious room, and everything was working well in the room. Very helpful manager and I will stay here again when back in Boston.

This place was great. Right in the middle of a beautiful residential neighborhood along the Charles River. Walking distance to a quaint shopping district with many restaurants. Also walking distance to a commuter train into downtown Boston. Large rooms and very clean. Plenty of parking for guests. We’re not big city people and were a little apprehensive about a trip into Boston but little gem of a hotel made it worth it.

Crescent Suites is our go-to when visiting our daughter at BC. Dana at the desk goes out of his way to make every visit seamless. Suites are impeccably clean, Charles river right out back, perfect for walking pup, running. Small gym upstairs gets the job done in inclement weather. Great property!

The front check-in guy was so nice and pointed out all of the spots nearby. There are so many restaurants within walking distance and it was a great time. Plus, the DVD collection was spot on.

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet area within safe walkable distance to several good places to eat. There is plenty of free parking for hotel guests and the rooms are exceptionally clean and fresh. I loved the ease of check-in after hours, the room was spacious with built-in kitchen and plenty of amenities. The gym on the 4th floor looked nice, as was the DVD library in the lobby - however my trip was a quick one so we didn't get to take advantage of these this time. I will definitely be back! Thank you Cresent Suites Hotel for a wonderful stay.

Honestly I did not imagine this hotel in residential area, so when we arrive my family was like is this a hotel or a house. Then Dana came with warm welcome and inside hotel and the room we got was so spacious, with well equipped kitchen. Neat and clean everything well supplied in kitchen and bathroom We all want to come back and book this hotel every time we visit. My daughters loved it. It’s safe that no one can enter without key. Thanks Dana

This place is located in a quiet neighborhood; not at all in an area where you would expect a hotel to be located. It’s a bunch of houses and a hotel. Not a high-end hotel but it is definitely perfect if you just need a place to lay your head. Cleanliness is huge for me, and it was definitely clean. Nice kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Big spacious room. Nice bathroom. Quiet area. We would definitely stay here again. Dana is a cool dude. He gives you enough details that you feel comfortable. One thing I was not happy about was being in room 41, which at the time we were given the room, we did not know it was right next door to the gym. I finally had an opportunity to sleep in, but someone decided they wanted to work out at 6:55am. You can hear everything going on in that gym from room 41. Would definitely stay here again, but not in room 41. Hotel was worth it! Thank you, Dana!

I grew up in Waltham, and was very happy to find a hotel in town, near all the great restaurants on Moody Street and the Charles River Trail. Plenty of parking, secure building, very quiet at night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was a full kitchen, though we just ate out. Short walk to buses. I would stay there again when I come back to visit family.

This is a perfect small apartment. Carpetting a bit dated and stained but otherwise well done. No one on duty at the desk most times, no housekeeping, breakfast no longer served. It was perfect for 2 for a week.

This property was fine, check in was easy and the man at the desk was nice and gave us recommendations for what to do during our stay. However the common areas smelled strange and our room itself was dirty. The main things were cleaned like the bed & bathroom but every other surface was covered in a thick layer of dust which made me think it had not been cleaned properly in a long time, which is disappointing because this hotel is still using covid as an excuse for staffing issues & not serving breakfast. If you would think they were so concerned with health and safety they would be properly cleaning the rooms. It isn’t the worst I’ve stayed in, it’s okay in a pinch, but I definitely think you can find better for the amount of money it cost to stay here.

The Crescent Suites were a wonderful surprise! Our room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We didn’t realize that the hotel was located on the Charles River, and we enjoyed a lovely hour walk along the river in the morning. We will definitely be back!

It was better than what I expected. The cozy room/studio was clean, bright, and furnished well. It was roomy and provided for my needs. There’s a mart a few steps next door which was a nice surprise as well. When I messaged to ask a question, I received a prompt reply. I really enjoyed my stay and will make it a point to stay when I visit. The only con is the walls are thin but I just turned the fan on and it was totally fine.

Very nice, comfortable, and very clean suite. Good layout (e.g., separate bedroom with door and dedicated air conditioning unit, full dresser, TV, etc.) and full kitchen. Would gladly stay here again. Location along the river with walking trail is a bonus!

Nice room with all the essentials. Could use some cosmetic help but overall it was a nice place. TVs need to be bigger in the bedrooms... it's really unsatisfying to watch something on a small one. A person at the desk would be appreciated too. We would stay again.

It is a very basic, mediocre place. Rooms are dark, bathrooms are small. There s no housekeeping between guests. No receptionist most if the time, so you are pretty much in your own. Would not stay there again. The amenities do not justify the price.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a girls trip. Before even arriving, I had already spoken on the phone with Dana from the hotel and he was very informative since this was an unfamiliar location for us. Upon arriving, Dana greeted us at the front desk, supplied maps, and information about the area. He even went a step further and printed out info for Salem, since we had mentioned we planned to visit there the next day. Our room was very clean and spacious. We both agreed that if we had come here with our husbands and kids, it would be very comfortable for all. There is a mini grocery store next store for snacks and a regular grocery a 3 minute drive away. Also, there is a gas station nearby and many restaurants to choose from. There is a trail entrance right behind that leads to the Charles River too, which was very picturesque with the fall leaves changing color. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property manager, Dana, was exceptional with help on the local area as well as best way to get into downtown Boston (Riverside station) and what to see and do in Boston. Room was very clean, spacious, full kitchen, and bed was comfortable.

An inexpensive, clean place to lay your head, it’s run remotely, had to wait for someone to let us in as the key was not in the box as we were told. Room was great, full kitchen, king bed, dining room for 2 and updated bath. AC unit worked great, used constant fan mode for white noise. Would stay again!

Bad: There is no more breakfast offered. No full time front desk person. No.daily maid.service. Tv was small. Good: it has a full kitchen with cooking and eating.utemsils all in good.condition. refridgerator. Location is 5 nin from freeway. Id stay there again

Unconventional, but a delightful surprise. The hotel does not have good curb appeal, however the guest rooms are clean and roomy. Dana at the front desk is a treasure.

It's a great place to stay. The rooms are large and clean. Despite the fact that staff are not onsite at all times, they are very communicative. Off-street parking is safe and convenient. And, it's just a short walk to Moody Street, which has great dining options.

This place was great. Right in the middle of a beautiful residential neighborhood along the Charles River. Walking distance to a quaint shopping district with many restaurants. Also walking distance to a commuter train into downtown Boston. Large rooms and very clean. Plenty of parking for guests. We’re not big city people and were a little apprehensive about a trip into Boston but little gem of a hotel made it worth it.

At first, you feel strange because there is no one physically on site (in the evenings anyway) so it seems almost deserted. Then you see the hotel and realize it's just lovely, super clean and pretty, with comfortable beds, spacious room, great shower, good towels, and it's really quiet. Perfect location too and easy parking. The only "issue" is that unless you know what to look for it's a little bit hard to locate the place. I would absolutely stay here again.

Although it is an old property, it was very clean. They added little extras that make a difference. The room smelled fresh and clean, which I think is a challenge for some older facilities. The kitchen was stocked and the bathroom had all the essentials and then a few extras. When I signed up, they listed there was breakfast, but I guess they changed between our reservation and the time we stayed, so I felt we paid a little more than necessary. But overall, I recommend Crescent.

I was a little bit confused about breakfast because the message from them said no breakfast would be provided due to the MA guidelines (no further explanationon what the guidelines are), but i overheard that they said something about breakfast to other customers. Other than this, overall a great place to stay.

i stayed here for 2 nights, and i would stay here again if im ever in the area. of note, they don't have breakfast or a place to fill up water, but that wasn't a problem bc there are plenty of places to get water + breakfast nearby. the hotel itself was quite spacious and clean, and i loved the scent of the mini bottles of lotion they provided. also, you cannot leave your bags with the hotel until 2 pm bc that's when it opens, which wasn't a big deal for me bc i was traveling with just a backpack, but it might be a problem if you are traveling with a lot of things.
