Nice complex with three great pools. Perfect location with a private beach. More than enough choice at the buffets, with every day a different menu. Very friendly staff. The hotel is very clean, with specious rooms. The hotel has an enthusiastic entertainment team, but also a very beautiful quiet pool. And for the (rare) cloudy days, there is an indoor pool. The grounds are very green and well kept. It’s also an excellent base for exploring the beautiful sights of Tunisia, such as Sousse, Kairouan, or Monastir. Port El Kantaoui is within walking distance, especially if you go along the beach.

This hotel gave us so much more than what we expected. It was all-inclusive, excellent food, and by the way 3 padel courts where we had so much fun playing with some of the locals and other guests. We did some horseriding along the beach and on the countryside, and it's a short stroll from El Kantaoui harbour. We may come back for the service, the sun, the padel courts and the food. Food in the restaurant was excellent and staff was so nice.

De passage a sousse, 1 nuit d hôtel, accueil chalereux , au niveau restaurant moyen, confort de la chambre moyen, par contre le spa est top et le prix est plus que correcte avec un personnel tres competent.

Très agréable séjour.l hôtel est bien situé à 15 minutes à pied de la marina de port El kantaoui.les repas sont bon et très variés.des spectacles le soir pour terminer la soirée avec une charmante équipe d animation.nombreux endroits pour se poser au calme.un spa magnifique avec des masseuses expertes pour une détente maximale

I had very high expectations for this hotel, especially as it’s rated 4.5 stars, but unfortunately the service and facilities inside the hotel were a huge let-down. I asked for towels and didn’t receive any until I practically begged for them. Housekeeping only came to clean the room twice, even when the “please clean” sign was up. There were ants in the room, the air conditioning didn’t work at all, and the food was served cold every time. The room itself — including the shower and other amenities — was extremely disappointing and far from what I would expect from a hotel with this rating. However, I will say the outside of the hotel, including the pools and surrounding areas, was beautiful and well maintained. Sadly, the poor service and state of the rooms completely overshadowed that. I would not stay here again.

A beautiful resort located on the beach with the numberus swimming pools, spa, tennis courts and golf. Resort offers the unforgettable water, entertainment and cuisine experience. Will definitely will go back.

Propre tranquille bon repas

Also fast 300 € für 2 Nächte (2P) mit all inclusive bei diesem "vier" Sterne Hotel ist total unverhältnismäßig. Klima war überwiegend ausgeschalten obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand. Lobby Toilette ist eine Katastrophe, alles ist sehr veraltet und sanierungsbedürftig, nirgendwo gibt es im Hotel Orientierungsschilder weshalb man sich ständig verläuft.. die Liste ist echt lange. Eigentlich hat das Hotel ja echt Potenzial, aber der Eigentümer hat offenbar kein Interesse daran, seine Einnahmen zu reinvestieren. Hier muss ich wirklich nicht wieder nächtigen.

Propreté horrible, toile d’araignée dans les chambres poussière en dessous des lits, piscine trouble et j’en passe… Le seul point positif c’est les repas qui sont très bon.

L’hôtel est magnifique l’accueil est au top les gens sont au petit soin et bienveillants . Si vous venez prenez l’offre tout compris elle vaut vraiment le coup . Un 4 étoiles qui mérite sa 5eme .

Hotel in general is great. Yhe things that I didn't like about it are 1) We stayed during Eid Al-Adha days, the hotel didn't ofer and animation or anything for fun after supper. 2) Restaurant food vas good, however, not once did they offer well cooked meat. There is plenty of meat beef, lamb, and fish. Only fish filets were well prepared.

J ai aimé le cadre et le calme et la gentillesse du personnel. Les soins du SPA très professionnels. La restauration est bien mais je n ai pas aimé le vin qui était de mauvaise qualité et difficulté de trouver cuillère et petites cuillères. Le restaurant gastro n'était pas là la hauteur de nos espérances : service et nourriture; Pour le reste c'était tres bien.
