Our window facing the water was extremely cloudy…the thermopane seal had leaked. Ice makers on first, second and third floors were not working or didn’t exist.

This property had a private beach in the rear of the building with gazebos! Loved this feature and of course the free breakfast, which is always a plus!

A lot smaller than expected, entire building needs a much deeper clean. The water fountain to refill water jugs was full of dust, webs, and dead flies. The “beach” is a nice scenic view but that’s it. Please note, there’s NO POOL. A lot of people thought there was a pool, NOPE. The gym is a small bedroom size with like 4 machines. Hallways and elevators have a bad smell. It says it’s a non smoking facility and yet the front desk worker was vaping in the office area (with open doors). Staff was nice, the breakfast is pretty good, not a terribly awful stay, but definitely needs some work. Hence my 3-star rating.

This is a great place if you are driving in and out from The Boardwalk. The room has a mini fridge and microwave. It also has a decent shower. Free breakfast and a free coffee station 24 hrs.

Rooms were refreshed. Breakfast was provided. No pool but there is access to the bay.

Air conditioning in the room did not work, only the fan. The lobby was also quite warm but attributed that to the door being open often. The beach was very close & that was nice but was full of weeds.

Building exterior has a nice modern look. Plenty of well lit parking. Rooms are fair sized and beds very comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Initially got a room with a defective air conditioner but they addressed it immediately amd moved me. Hallways could be better maintained. Carpets had visible stains and some areas had debris on top.

Nicely located on the shore in the bay. Back of the property had nice relaxing area. Bay view from the breakfast room area.

Rooms were clean, Breakfast was really good as well. There is a lot of parking onsite and super close to boardwalk. We will stay again!

This hotel was definitely misrepresented on the Travelocity site. The pictures made it look like a newer hotel with beautiful decor and well taken care of. It was anything but! Here are the things you will see there: - dirty floors - dirty elevators, doors, food tables - not enough breakfast food - everything practically gone when we arrived and nothing replenished - food that was there was burnt - orange juice was NOT orange juice - came out a light yellow watery mess - no creamers available or replenished for coffee - not enough parking - completely full when we got there - pubic hair on my bedspread - walls soooo thin you could hear every word of every conversation of the others in the rooms next to you - beach area was ridiculously tiny - don\'t expect to lay out or go swimming - cable channels very limited and it took at least 15 seconds for each channel to load as you go through each one - windows were cloudy and disgusting - fan in the bathroom super loud - not worth the money they charge even if it is cheaper than other hotels near the casino The only "pleasant" part of this stay was the front desk clerk who checked us in. He was really nice and friendly. Also, the cleaning crew on our floor were very polite.

The cleanliness of a hotel is most important and this hotel was very clean.

I was in a room with dirty carpet red strains toilet lid was cracked Bathroom had stains And we had a room that was right next the dirty roof where all the birds come to and attached to the AC. My husband ask housekeeping for clean towels the lady never wanted to give him any so he had to take them

I LOVED EVERYTHING about this property - the staff, the EXTREME cleanliness, the outdoor patio area is DREAMY!!!

Our room was smelling and carpet was wet. When we walked our feet got wet from walking on the carpet. Room was on the first floor. At check out time, no one asked how was your stay. Just took our keys and did not say thank you for staying at their location.

The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast was satisfying and there was no shortage of hot water. The bay view was an added delight.

Felt the room could have been cleaner . The bath towels didn't looks clean and the bed sheets didn't look fresh .

The pictures don’t describe the property accordingly. Breakfast is terrible, the orange juice of the machine was undrinkable. There was a bunch of hair in the tub, the carpets don’t look too clean. They spray perfume to cover it up a bit but it is not too clean. We had a reservation for 3 adults and 1 kid and had towels for 2 people in the room.

Nice typical hotel room. Paid a little extra to have a waterfront view. The main issue was the AC unit which was at 62F. It was like living in an icebox after coming from the humid 80F temps outside. The hallway was also chilly. I raised the thermostat to 70 but it still blew cold. I found you could open a window, but that let in the gnats since there was no screen. Eventually the unit turned off and after a couple hours, the room actually warmed up to a normal 68-70 degrees.

First of all there was no sound barrier ... people were out in the hall all hrs of the night...the elevator was right outside our door ...and just so loud

There was rain at night, when we woke up at 7am my son was scared when he approached through the window, a lot of water had entered there, they should repair the windows

Our room had a view of the beach and the beach was right next to the property. Room was clean and updated. Hot breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

I liked the view of the beach. Our double queen room was small. We couldn't open the bathroom door all the way because it would hit the side of the bed. We also didn't have towels or wash cloth so we went to the front desk to get them. The room was clean though.

Property is in good condition. Blinds in my room was not working as the string to close was missing other than that room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Rooms are decent but can use a little upgrade. Bed is comfortable. Shades in my room didn’t work. My room had a little odor.

The hitel allows guests to sit and get drunk in large groups at the front desk area where the computer are located. The staff cant assist with parking as they over book the hotel and don't have parking for every guest!! The front deak guy says it's not his problem just figure it out for yourself!! VERY LOUD AND NOISY. THE FRONT DESK GUY STANDS OUTSIDE THE MAIN ENTRANCE SMOKING WEED WITH OTHER GUESTS!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LOUD AND RAN BUY A BUNCH IDIOTS WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL!! AVOID IF YOU CAN!!

Very well maintained hotel. Polite staff. Nice view on the water.

The staff was friendly. I am a veteran that’s missing multiple limbs . one leg of the fingers and they were out of their way. They made sure I was in the proper room with a shower chair and other arrangements to make sure my stay was great. Will definitely come back many many more times.

Guy in front desk was not helpfull. We are regular guest in this hotel always had a good experience with the people in front desk.. this

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Large car park and its free. Clean.

The overall stay was good, the only thing I can say were the friendliness of the male receptionists whilst on our stay, it was not like the american hospitality we have been receiving up to then, was one worded answers not very helpful and no smiles on any of them, a smile goes a long way if your in a customer facing position. Don’t like to give negative feedback and we hardly ever do but just wanted to be honest on this particular occasion.

We stayed overnight and checking in was kinda disorganized we were told to come back later to check in which was understandable because we arrived around 2:00pm and check in is at 3:00pm we were told that we could check in early but all they had were first floor rooms so we decided to wait and come back at 3:00 we came back around 3:45 and rooms still weren’t ready besides first floor we also were told we can use two cards to pay for hotel and that our card wouldn’t be charged until check out but that was inaccurate information as one card was charged at time of service and we got caught in the costal flood that affected the area we were locked out of our hotel until 4:00am so we couldn’t really get the most out of our room as we went out to dinner and couldn’t get back until early morning hours which when we came back to hotel we came back to our hotel room door being wide open so it was a scary sight and definitely surprising the area of the hotel is fair away from the city and activity have to drive 8-10 minutes to the fun that’s not bad the waterfront view was very beautiful they do serve average breakfast and the cleanliness is average it wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed but it also wasn’t terrible if you know you know I would say I would definitely need a redo of my stay because it was very chaotic but all in all the rooms and cleanliness was average is all I can say about the hotel the lobby is a bit yucky looking and musty so it can make u feel a little off

Great Location

This property is literally minutes from Atlantic City without having to pay those crazy Atlantic City prices. It was clean, convenient and reasonable in price. We will definitely be back soon!🙂

Perfect location, right on the bay. We didn’t have time on this trip, but there are water sport rentals on a private bay beach just out the back door. Nice sitting area outside, and views from the breakfast room and some of the rooms. Easy drive into Atlantic City. Check in staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is clean and the staff was nice. It's close to AC and the most reasonable priced for a last minute trip. However, there area around the hotel is pretty run down and there was no restaurants near.

It was okay. The room was clean. It is located just off the highway and is only 5 minutes from Atlantic City (not like there is anything special about that) but the building is in the middle nowhere. Let's just say you can't step out of the hotel and grab a coffee or snacks at a corner store across the street. 7-10 minute drive to a lot of restaurants like Texas Roadhouse.

Hotel is in a very isolated area,neighborhood doesn’t look very safe, is not anything like it is advertised.I did not spend the night there,I lose my money but I felt better going to another hotel.

It was close to Atlantic city and Ocean City.

A decent place for the price. Our room was clean and comfortable, though nothing extraordinary. However, the staff could have been friendlier, and the breakfast experience was disappointing. It was overcrowded, food wasn’t restocked, and the pancake machine was frustratingly slow. It would be great if adjustments were made to better accommodate large crowds and if breakfast was truly served until 10 a.m. On the bright side, the location was great—close to Atlantic City with a lovely ocean view. We might consider staying again if necessary.

Staff were friendly. Our shower had hair on the walls from the last occupant. One of the pillows had perhaps been sprayed with fragrance to make the room more inviting but it was overpowering. Breakfast was disappointing. Everything was overcooked and staff couldn’t keep the items filled resulting in lines of people waiting to eat.

There was not enough food for July 4 weekend breakfast.

The private beach was awesome. My kids and I spent time exploring the ocean. We saw fish, crabs, horseshoe crabs, and other ocean life. I would have rated my stay higher if they had better breakfast service. Both days we spent significant time waiting for the hot breakfast to be restocked. The first day we gave up waiting and went to the nearby Dunkin. If they could get breakfast together this would be a four star stay.

I rented 3 rooms, 1 for each of us- we were on a golf trip. ! of my friends, after entering his room, found the bed sheets were stained & apparently not changed, the TV did not work & the room had a nasty smell. He went down to the lobby & they gave him a new room- in this room the TV remote did not work. The other 2 rooms were average, not the cleanest but adequate for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was horrible- orange juice was watery & I asked the attendant to change it & because she was on her phone, she took her good old time. Eggs were dried out & not freshly made, the only decent thing was a warm cinnamon roll but there was only 1 ! I again asked if there were more to put out & it seemed like I was asking for the "moon!" In about 10 minutes another tray of cinnamon buns appeared on the counter, but then were left covered & not heated or warmed. After a half hour of trying to get something decent we had to leave & find breakfast elsewhere.

The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was generous, the lake view and beach were a nice perk, and the rate was great. Hotel near amazing bird sanctuary.

Everything went smoothly. The staff was pleasant, check was quick, plenty of parking in well lit area, the room was very nice and very clean with a beautiful, peaceful view. The complimentary breakfast was a very pleasant surprise with buffet of cheese omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, cereal, and so much more. The coffee was very good too.
