The property is located in the center of everything, very busy place. As soon as you drive through the gate, the property is gorgeous. Quite very peaceful. Landscaping is amazing. The exterior massage area is very peaceful as are the two hot baths. The steam room is also very cool. There are definitely many more modern hotels around, but this place is special.

This hotel was average the customer service was OK we arrived around 12 and they said there weren’t any rooms available and to come back at 2 when we came back around 1:45 they said there wasn’t ain’t rooms available and around 2:15 they said the same but allowed two other families in a room. I confronted the front desk and she wasn’t very nice but still gave me a room . I was just confused on the available because it kept changing . The bathroom was dirty as well.

I liked everything, I thought the price included breakfast but it didint however everything else was pretty amazing we enjoyed it and everyone was super friendly, we will be back :) Room was pretty spacious, clean very clean, even the pillows smelled clean which was great.

The property on the outside was beautiful but the inside was a bit disappointing. The t.v. reception had alot of static. It's pretty close to the street so the fumes from the vehicles seeps into the room;also, it is very noisy and the curtains let in alot of light making it challenging to sleep. It's a great place if you plan on staying out most of the day.

Tamascal is at an additional cost, and it is ok but I did ask for eucalyptus and they didn’t have any. I had a cold and was looking forward but did not end up using the Tamascal at all. Service is poor overall.

The property was wonderful. Beautiful gardens and hot tub experience. The staff were very helpful and kind and the location was excellent. The street was quite noisy, so a streetside room was difficult to sleep in. When we asked to change rooms they were very accommodating. Everything else was great! :)

Good location. But the owners penny pinch for everything. They accused us of breaking the mini mirror when we told staff right away what happened and the manager said not to worry and later that night we were told the owner wants us to pay for it. For that reason I won’t stay here again we’ve lost trust

What a beautiful hotel! The food is delicious, the beds are comfortable, location is close to everything. After long days touring, the thermal pool is just what we needed. The customer service is wonderful too. We will be back!

The grounds are beautifully kept and the front reception area friendly and efficient. A delicious breakfast was included. Water pressure in the shower was adequate and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is convenient but overall quiet. A great combination!

The rooms are older, which is fine, but they were somewhat dirty and damaged. The beds were extremely worn out. The staff is very friendly. There are no services for food or drink most of the day; even asking for a cup of hot water outside of dinner or breakfast is a very hard task. There is no lunch on the weekends, even though their information says there is. It is in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants around. It is also quiet on the property even though it's a busy area. There are not a ton of good options in the area, so this is a decent choice based on all the other hotels and prices compared.

Staff denied me a drink voucher and said it only had to be redeemed the day of arrival despite nobody in the bar or restaurant when I went there to redeem my drink the day of arrival. Beds super old and sheets felt and smelled dirty and couldn’t sleep all night - too hot and lights shinning into the room. Very disappointed with almost everything except for the hot water baths.

Staff denied me a drink voucher and said it only had to be redeemed the day of arrival despite nobody in the bar or restaurant when I went there to redeem my drink the day of arrival. Beds super old and sheets felt and smelled dirty and couldn’t sleep all night - too hot and lights shinning into the room. Very disappointed with almost everything except for the hot water baths.

Its a really nice place. Its in the center of panajachel everything is close by. The port is about 10mntes walk to go take the lanchas.
