The floors were unswept, the shower basin had hair and dirt in it, the bedding had hair and some kind of dirt in it, the pool and other amentities were closed due to construction yet i wasnt told that until after i paid. Woulsnt recommend.

Wouldn't have stayed if i known the pool was in repair feel like that should have been stated on the website wanted to go swimming

Room needs updating. Not enough usb plugs. Pool area was very dirty. Hot was covered and not being used. We specifically picked this hotel for hot tub. Very disappointed that it was closed. You need to update your website on this location.

The hot tub was broken, the Heated Pool was cold, the exhaust fan was broken in bathroom, dead bugs in the hallways

The staff were friendly, rooms clean, the gym was dirty and most equipment broken, obviously for quite a while.

First had trouble checking in, took us 2 hours to check into the hotel. Rome was very dirty and unclean. They said they had a hot tub and swimming pool on a fitness center. They didn't have none of that available.

Advertized a hot tub on Hotels.com, but it was closed since 2020.

The breakfast was great but the room was dirty, sheets were dirty, the tub had warm water at best and we went for the indoor pool which was closed

The pool was out of service and it does not list that on its website. They don’t expect it to be fixed for a year.

Garbage cans were falling in the floor all garbage cans to. Our furniture in the room was all stained up bad to when u look at all the stains on furniture and floor it was discusting. Place hasnt seen a mop in yrs! Stains all over the walls.. looked like our sheets hadnt been changed there was big dirt stains on one side. All in all this place was down right discusting i think it needs to be taken off expedia for sure. I paid extra for breakfast and they didn't offer it!

We came for a concert in town. As soon as the door was opened the smell of just filled your nose. Checked the bathroom and small black hairs were in the shower. There were crumbs in every drawer and window seal. Under the bed has not been swept, you could see the build up of dirt and whatever else was sitting on the carpet. Under the chair in the corner there was a sock cardboard sleeve tucked underneath where someone else had left it and the chair was not moved to clean. The bed looked okay but still slept on top of the covers with our own blankets and pillows. Also the hallway to our room had trash in the hallway, there was a used Q-tip right by our room door. Was not happy with the cleanliness of this room at all.

Have stayed here in the past years and had a great experience, however it is starting to look rundown and is need of the carpets cleaned or replaced, and bathrooms doors need painted. The room was clean but could use a good deep cleaning.

Upon check in front desk attendant was very nice but new...i had to go back down because neither key card would work...the chair in the living area of the sweet had some pretty scary stains on it...the ice bucket had water in it and mold on the lid and rim...the shower had mold around the outside edges of it.

This entire property was very dirty, from the elevator, hallways to our room. House keeping did not do their job. I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned our bathroom. A hallway ceiling tile fell down while we were there and layed there for a entire day. Piled up trash by the elevator was their for a very long time.

This was the nastiest hotel that I have ever stayed in.. The carpets in the hallway were black and gross, the elevators were even filthy. When we went into our room, the carpet was so disgusting and black that I wouldn’t even take my shoes off. I told my husband that there was no way I was staying in that room. There was something that had been slung across the headboard of the bed also. I picked up the room phone and it wouldn’t work, so I called the front desk from my phone. I told the receptionist that I either wanted another room or I wanted my money. Sick and I would go some place else. She was very nice and told me to come downstairs.. she gave me a door card and had me go check out a different room. It was cleaner than the first one but still wasn’t the best… the carpet wasn’t the cleanest either. I went into the bathroom and there was a rust spot by the drain in the tub and the bottom of the tub was stained black. I told my husband to take a shower w his socks on… the trim around the top of the door was rusted out with holes in it. Holiday Inn’s used to be one of the top of the line hotels but apparently they have all went to hell now, at least this one has. My husband and I would never let our bare feet touch the floors , during our stay. We wore out shoes the entire time, if we got up in the middle of the night, we slipped our shoes on. I would never recommend that anyone stay here, it is absolutely gross… I am very very disappointed in this Holiday Inn….

Dirty

When we got there people outside the front door were spooking pot, and I have asthma and had to breathe and smell that, skunk farm, and just not a good look for a property for decent people. Front desk lady was very pleasant and friendly, and also very welcoming. Got up to the room and it was very run down and toilet and shower had peeling and just very old to step in. Slippery. Furnace vent was disgusting, looked like no one clean the vent in 10 years. The bathroom door was so dirty, just black all over the side as you open it. They provide a kitchenette with no silverware, and a filthy old coffee maker. For 2 people only gave us 1 bath towel each, that was very cheap and rough, felt like I was wiping with sandpaper.

Great stay . Im used to lovinf in the country so the noise of nieghbors affer 2 am was bothering but what can u do lol also the room phone was unplugged. Over all great place clean and decent

This hotel was okay. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The issue was there was no toilet paper and only one set of towels. When I went to the front desk they were polite and gave me another set of towels and toilet paper but they were out of tissue paper. They said the hotel is short on towels. A hotel of this size should not be short on towels or tissue paper. And the cleaning staff should know people use toilet paper. Other than these issues, my stay was okay.

Very old and unkempt. Carpet in hall dirty, elevator floor needed mopping. Beds so high, you almost couldn't get in. Will not pay that price there again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the room overall needed to be remodeled. The bathtub dripped all night long and the tub needed reglazed 9r replaced one. The carpet had several famage spors and also needed replaced

The outlets in the bathroom and coffee pot were not working thus redering the hair dryer, coffee pot and iron unworkable. The bathtub had a big stain on the bottom.

Great stay, nice decor and comfortable beds

There are a few reasons why i would not stay here again. 1. The first night we had no bath towels, the hotel literally didn't have any left for a day 2. There a pool, and people track their wet dirty feet into the hotel and so you see dirt tracks on the floor 3. Usually, I prefer to sleep in a room facing the back of a hotel, because it is quieter, but this hotel is right off I-75, so the sound of traffic was loud at night 4. On the 3rd F, the cleaning staff left a pile of garbage by the laundry room, for at least 1 day.

The staff was superb! The staff was short handed however handled everything very nicely. My mom has early stages dementia and wandered out of her hotel room. The staff say with her several hours through the night until we realized she was gone and found her in the lobby with staff

This was an experience so terrible that we left without even checking in! Earlier in the day we had a couple questions, and called multiple times, but no one ever answered the phone. When we arrived, on a busy Saturday evening, we entered the hotel to find no one at the desk. There was a small sign saying they stepped away, so we waited behind the three other groups ahead of us who had been waiting longer. After 15 minutes, a staff member arrived outside in a car, and came in and started helping the first guest. The associate was extremely rude to the guests ahead of us, telling them that she had other things to do, and that was why we all had to wait. Another guest asked if anyone else was working and their question was ignored as she shouted at all of us again that she was to do other things too. There was never any type of apology for our wait. After the way she treated those ahead of us in line, and after she yelled at us very rudely and rolled her eyes at us, we left. We refuse to stay anywhere that treats their guests so rudely. I recommend staying anywhere but here unless you don't care how you're treated.

We popped in for rest and breakfast on a long trip back home. The night time gentleman checked us in very late and took very good care of us. The room was very clean, large, and comfortable! The morning front desk manager, Aimee, was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great stay!

The #1 reason for staying here. They advertised having a pool. We couldn't wait to swim after 12hrs of work. Get to the hotel, and the pool is closed 😡. Immediately just wanted to leave. But we stayed. I walked into my room to find the carpet in terrible condition. The window absolutely filthy with greasy hand prints. Take a shower to find a slow drain, in five mints the water was almost to my calfs. I could swim in the pool, but another few minutes in the shower, could have taken a dip in the tub. The only positive to the stay was the guy at the front desk.. We called to request someone enter our room to make sure the AC was set. He went above and beyond to accommodate our request.

I selected this property to observe the 2024 Eclipse. Although the sky was filled with light clouds, I was able to set up my gear in the parking lot, which allowed me to talk with other guests. All-in-all, a great stay.

I selected a handicap room when I booked because the price jumped if you didn't. The bathroom was very large but had few places to hang or sit your personal belongings. Some more hooks would be appreciated. Breakfast was not included (unusual) but they had a sit down restaurant/bar downstairs. I noticed more than one person walk out when they realized they had to pay for breakfast. The hotel could have included a coupon or voucher to offset the cost as the breakfast was no feast.

Very comfortable but the dining room apparently was just gearing up as menu was limited and waitress was busy talking and smoking outside

I did not like the fact that the front desk would not add on the breakfast plan for us. Said because we did reservation on line that they could not do it!!! We went to the restaurant there for breakfast costing $20 and I did a chat with holiday inn and they said to ask front desk when we checked out for a refund and that clerk would not authorize it either!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not plan on a future stay at this location when in the area again.

We rented a suite. It was clean, updated with quiet surroundings. What I didn't like was the fact that breakfast wasn't free like most hotels. We did not eat breakfast there but went down the street to LULU'S Diner and had a great meal there

My issue is with Hotels.com Using their filters, this hotel was an option for a hot tub and breakfast included. That is why I booked this hotel. When we got there, the hot tub was out of service & found out breakfast is available as an option and extra cost in the restaurant but not included in the room cost. The hotel offered everything we needed but nothing that we wanted as an upgade. Disappointed.

Hot tub was broken, no towels at pool. Asked for towels in our room at 10, they said they were backed up none available. I had the “do not disturb” on the door and house keeping came twice. The second time they asked to look in our freezer for a prior guest. Breakfast was not open at 7am, I was told they were waiting for the server to show up. The third floor and wreaked of marijuana. The tile floors were cracked and in need of mopping.
