Het is een heel mooi groot hotel, dichtbij het centrum. Mooie kamers, zwembad en spa. Zeer goed ontbijt. Het hotel is iets verouderd, maar toch nog mooi. De vriendelijkheid aan de receptie kon beter.

Es ist hier schwer eine Bewertung abzugeben, da diese vermutlich durch den Gesamteindruck geprägt ist. Insgesamt bröckelt der Putz an ziemlich vielen Ecken im Haus und auch aussen und der Aussenbereich war leider nur eher schlecht gepflegt. Das Personal an der Rezeption unmotiviert und eher mittelmässig freundlich. Sehr vieles könnte mit einfachen Mitteln aufgehübscht werden, aber es macht auf mich doch eher den Eindruck, dass der Hotelbetreiber kein Interesse mehr an der Immobilie hat. Oder aber das Management ist unfähig und sieht die einfachen Möglichkeiten nicht - ebenso scheint auch das Personal blind durchs Hotel zu laufen. Positive Momente: Die Betten waren sehr bequem, Das Servicepersonal an Bar und beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und das Essen recht gut und preiswert. Die in die Jahre gekommene Poolanlage sehr gut gepflegt und unterhalten und angenehm temperiert, auch wenn es gemütlicher sein könnte. Eher negative Momente: Instantkaffee aus der Maschine zum Frühstück, Rezeption geht über eine Stunde nicht ans Telefon (ca. 6 Anrufe bis Ende durchklingeln lassen) und ist nicht sehr kundenorientiert.

I was there for a conference and then stayed on a few more days - it's a beautiful hotel with so much personality! The staff is great! The few frustrations I had were because it went from being a conference center to a much quieter hotel, so some things were no longer available and that hadn't been explained to me. Also, I had booked a massage in the spa, but they ended up cancelling through no fault of their own. They were gracious about it. Great pool and sauna experiences!

Super lækkert hotel midt i byen. Fine parkeringsforhold mod betaling 11 Euro pr. dag. Venligt personale ved indtjekning. Nøglekort var ikke aktiveret, men det blev løst. Fik oplyst, at der var morgenmad til kl. 11, men det er til kl. 10. Chefen for restauranten skaffede morgenmad. Kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Vi reserverede ophold kort før vi ankom sent om aftenen, og personalet gjorde alt i deres magt for at gøre værelset klar til os med babyseng og ekstra opredning. Personalet var søde og ydede høj service. Værelset var meget fint - stort og rent. Morgenmadsbuffeten var også fin.

Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, obwohl das Hotel doch sichtbar "in die Jahre gekommen" ist. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ruhige Lage am Kurpark. Stadtzentrum bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Hotel hat seinen besonderen Charme, auch wenn es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Atmosphäre strahlt Wohnlichkeit aus. Es war alles sauber. Frühstück für 10,-€ günstig und sehr gut (bis auf den Kaffee). Bett war gut.

Very nice and spacious hotel, in beautiful surroundings. The nature surrounding the hotel is gorgeous. The hotel is centrally located in Bad Nauheim, with almost everything within walking distance. The hotel itself has an 'old Europe' vibe. The breakfast is excellent, and it's a real plus that you can sit outside. The garden is lovely. Hotel service in general is very good. At breakfast, I was checked various times, and asked for my room number repeatedly. This was a tad too much. Parts of the hotel, including the room I stayed in, as well as some of the hallways, would benefit from some renovating / restyling. Not that it's problematic by any means though. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Hotel Dolce and would heartily recommend it.

Das Hotel würde ich als okay bewerten. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von einer Suite in einem solchen Haus hätte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet, als ein Klappsofa als Beistellbett. Altersbedingt ist dieses Haus jedoch in Ordnung.

Dejlig by og selve hotellet var udmærket. Dejlig rummeligt værelse og gode senge. God pool. Personale virker ligeglade med om man har det godt. Intet spørgsmål blev stillet under hele opholdet. Morgenmad var så dårlig at personalet burde skamme sig. Tørt og kedelig mad. Spis et andet sted end på hotellet

Pleasant stay at a historic hotel in Bad Nauheim. Everything was great except for one big fail by the staff: I had an early Saturday morning train to catch to get to the Frankfurt airport. When I asked at reception Friday evening to reserve me a taxi for the transfer to the BN train station, I was told I only needed to come to reception in the morning and it would take 5 minutes to have one come to the hotel. That I did. After 15 minutes of waiting and train departure time getting closer, reception called back & the taxi company said they couldn't get anyone to come. With suitcase & backpack, I had to practically sprint to make the train in time. Not very impressed by this major lack of local knowledge.

Utmärkt service och vänlig personal som verkligen lade sig vinn om att ge oss en fin upplevelse. Vi firade en födelsedag och de trollade fram en bit tårta som de bjöd på och efter en dag på stan väntade bubbel och fint kort på rummet. Väldigt uppskattat!

Der Empfang war bei höherem Gästeaufkommen überfordert. Der Frühstücksservice war unterirdisch. Das Hotel schien ausgebucht. Das war dem Restaurant wohl nicht bekannt. Wartezeit fast 15 Minuten… Service erneut unvorstellbar unbeholfen.. wichtig war lediglich, dass das Buffet pünktlich um 10 Uhr an beiden Wochenendtagen abgeräumt wurde! NoGo! Sorry!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Hotel Dolce and would heartily recommend it.

Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, obwohl das Hotel doch sichtbar "in die Jahre gekommen" ist. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ruhige Lage am Kurpark. Stadtzentrum bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Dejlig by og selve hotellet var udmærket. Dejlig rummeligt værelse og gode senge. God pool. Personale virker ligeglade med om man har det godt. Intet spørgsmål blev stillet under hele opholdet. Morgenmad var så dårlig at personalet burde skamme sig. Tørt og kedelig mad. Spis et andet sted end på hotellet

Property was very good. We paid for breakfast, went to breakfast ones. It was very bad and not appealing at all. Poor selections, area with food was dark. I would not recommend to pay for it in the hotel. So many nice places in the area.

Pleasant stay at a historic hotel in Bad Nauheim. Everything was great except for one big fail by the staff: I had an early Saturday morning train to catch to get to the Frankfurt airport. When I asked at reception Friday evening to reserve me a taxi for the transfer to the BN train station, I was told I only needed to come to reception in the morning and it would take 5 minutes to have one come to the hotel. That I did. After 15 minutes of waiting and train departure time getting closer, reception called back & the taxi company said they couldn't get anyone to come. With suitcase & backpack, I had to practically sprint to make the train in time. Not very impressed by this major lack of local knowledge.
