It was a bit of a shame that both the lifts were out of order, but the staff were able to accompany guests through to a service lift which was fine. It dis raise a question about the general maintenance programme though.

The car park is a good distance walk away, possibly a problem in bad weather! There is no valet. Fantastic breakfast worth paying in advance for.

Great stay, facilities, room was a great size and the view outside the room was amazing! Depending on your trip it’s a bit quiet and not really a lot happening in or around but I went for different purpose! The best bit is you have access to a massive gym which has pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna and it’s all included and free with the booking! I would overall rate this hotel 4star purely because of the price and what you get with it! Location is quiet so if your willing to compromise that and happe to travel a little than all good. Staff where also good and it had a massive reception and would be phenomenal for game days hence it’s in the rugby ground it’s self. Free parking to so all boxes ticked of for me apart from one but this is not something they are to be rated down for. So it all depends on what your travel purposes are.

We booked this hotel after missing our flight from Heathrow, and upon explaining that to the front desk they massively helped us by allowing us to check in early. Hotel was great, though the pool and spa aren’t great for kids! Overall, would definitely stay again.

The room is superb, clean and neat. Bed is very comfortable as well. Have a nice recharge there. About the pool as it is not located within hotel, i think its better mentioned as additional to hotel guests and prepare one-time lock for hotel guests so we can also enjoy the experience better.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and was very pleased with my stay. The lift was broken when I arrived so they took me up in the service lift, which gave me a different view of the stadium which was great. The staff were really great at bringing my takeaway order up to me. The gym and swimming pool is next door rather than in the hotel itself, but it has great facilities and was a really great addition to my stay. The steamroom and Sauna was very relaxing. The hotel is a short bus ride my local train stations and tube stations.

Nice stay. The swimming pool is next door to the hotel in the Virgin Active and children can’t swim until 9.30. But hotel staff were really friendly and helpful.

The staff were so nice and rooms a great size. The only negatives would be the housekeeping, as they only changed towels and teas/coffee station. We had to ask them to change sour bed linen and clean the whole room. And then finally there was renovations so the common areas were not as comfortable as I’m sure they will be when the renovation is complete. I would stay again as long as housekeeping improves.

Unfortunately the TV was not working and we called reception to report it. No one came so we couldn’t use it. When we challenged this the following morning we were given a bottle of water as a sorry. When we opened the curtains in the morning you couldn’t see out as the window was covered in bird poo to the extent we closed it again. Not a section of clean window to look out. We were told it would be 5 mins for more hot food on the buffet breakfast but none came. Then we were told the area closed in 10 mins and at this point my husband did get quit short with the restaurant staff and they brought us what we had been waiting for. I think the room must have not been checked as we only seemed to have one persons portions of the biscuits and tea between 2. We rarely stay away and were deflated by the experience. We had chosen the hotel to experience all the rugby and atmosphere and the room let it down.

The hotel is going through a reception refurbishment so it was a little discombobulated at points during our stay. Whilst parking was plentiful, it is in what can only be described as an overflow carpark at the rear of the rugby ground, the furthest point away from the front of the hotel, having to walk the perimeter of the rugbyground to get to reception. On a dry day this was ok, but not one i would relish on a wet or windy day! All staff, from security, reception and bar staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. Checking in and checking out was an easy process. Our room was on the 5th floor at was a VERY long walk from the lift. Whilst the decor is fitting to the rugby world, it was somewhat dark, which made seeing used dumped white towels/bed linen left outside bedrooms, much more noticeable. The room itself was clean and spacious. Nothing spectacular, despite being a more superior room. We had booked the stadium tour, which was good, as was the rugby merchandise store and the museum is worth a visit. We visited both Richmond and Twickenham which are both easily accessible via public transportation. The hotel bar was pleasant enough, the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was a little chaotic. Tables were not cleared quickly. Food items not checked or replenished frequently enough leaving guests having to ask for replenishments. Where to begin? I have been coming to this property since it opened in 2009, when it was a Marriott hotel. In April, Marriott backed away, possibly because of the high rent demanded by the RFU and Radisson took up the reins. It is convenient for me to stay here but, man, does it need renovating. It is old and tired and I honestly believe nothing has been touched since 2009. I have complained in the past out of kindness as I wanted to see improvements. Sadly, nothing has changed although I believe they are proposing to renovate it. About time too!! From the threadbare carpets to the discolouration in the shower, the damaged, marked and OLD furniture, it is not good enough any more. A big plus though was the much-improved Wi-Fi speed. Thanks!! Staff were friendly but this 'old lady' badly needs a makeover.

The whole experience was great as we were staying for the RWC Final. Simple check in, great service and very spacious and comfortable rooms. Decor is good and in keeping with the Radisson Red theme throughout. Overall a great stay for myself and my group.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds, for 2 adults and a young child, our room only had one double bed. Reception quickly changed our room to one with 2 x queen beds, with no problem. Tried to call for room service 3 times before someone answered, previous attempts the phone rang off after about 2-3mins. When we finally got through, food arrived in about 15 mins and was good. Not great sound insulation, clearly heard conversations of people walking past the room We knew we were paying a premium for the location, but given the number of small issues, didn’t feel it was worth the money

The room we stayed had good beds, decent size love really big windows, but they need black out curtains. In London, sunrises as early as 5:30ish in the morning and day light stays longer. Light comes thru even with fully closed. Unable to sleep slightly longer. Nothing other than Wimbledon is close by.

Called on the day for parking, advised fully booked and were advised to use the Allianz website to book paid parking. Did this at £35, then when arrived was advised it’s free and just to register reg plate. No option for refund. On arrival to hotel, long queue for lift with no air conditioning. Had to queue again for check in, which was slow and staff had no customer service skills. Had to then queue again for lift (again with no air conditioning in lobby). Room was clean and spacious, but no tea and coffee making facilities. We booked a second room for our friend and he had no TV remote. Had dinner in the hotel restuarant - one member of bar staff was very rude and walked off when we were trying to order a drink. Limited food menu and very low quality food at restaurant. No customer service skills from restaurant staff. In the morning, we rang to reception (had to guess the number as no information in room) to ask for tea and coffee making facilities. Were provided with a kettle, but had to call again for tea bags, mugs etc. This was meant to be a birthday weekend celebration with a visit to England Rugby, and sadly the hotel experience was really disappointing. I would advise anyone staying at this hotel to read this review. Such a shame as the location is perfect for Allianz Stadium. Very surprised given that this is a Radisson hotel - not to their normal standard at all.

The whole experience was great as we were staying for the RWC Final. Simple check in, great service and very spacious and comfortable rooms. Decor is good and in keeping with the Radisson Red theme throughout. Overall a great stay for myself and my group.

Staff are exceptional, so personable and engaging. Phoned up to the room to check and make sure we had settled in okay. In conversation it came up that it’s my birthday this weekend and after I came back from dinner, they had brought up a complimentary dessert and card which was a nice touch. Highly recommend and will be staying again

Our stay was 50% excellence, 50% poor, with nothing inbetween. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were wonderful. The shower was powerful and easy to use, but leaked through the shower screen, and the bath was super slippy to stand in (as was the floor once the shower had leaked on it). We were only given two bath towels for a four person room and couldn't get in contact with anyone in the evening for more. Some of the reception staff were excellent in person, they couldn't do enough to help and advise us both before and during our stay. However, our attempts to call down to reception went unanswered on every one of the three separate occasions we tried to speak to someone (to ask for towels, a menu, and report broken air con). One woman on reception was dismissive of our inquiries for a room service menu and when we went down to ask in person. The windows did not open and the climate control was broken. As mentioned, no one answered when we called down to report it. When I reported it on check out, I was told the air con could be quite hard to use and set, even though I know I had set it correctly and the issue was there was no cool air and no fan. It was annoying to be implied to be too stupid to use it, when it was broken.

It was terrible - on first day, we ordered crib and the staff brought a folded baby crib and she said she did not know how to set it up and simply left it there. When we asked if there was a blanket for the crib, they said there wasn’t one and that a staff member would take care of it the next day. Unfortunately, that night the infant fell out of our bed because we could not use the crib. Even the next day, the crib was still not set up. We went to the front desk again, but even after a couple of hours, no one brought anything. Eventually, the staff brought but he claimed he had delivered it to the wrong room number. On the third day, the room was not made up at all. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had, and we will never stay here again.

This property is close enough to London to enjoy getting into the major locations, yet outside of town that it was more relaxed and not full of people. Not a lot of dining locations right next to it, but just a short bus ride away or car drive was plenty of options.

Great location to stay at which is no more than a 10 minute walk to the train station and then 20 mins to Waterloo. Hotel clean and tidy with polite staff throughout our stay.

The stay at this hotel was perfect for our needs. We were there for a Rugby match in the area so the location of the hotel suited us. From the moment we checked in to checking out the next day, we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very friendly. We were given 2 of the best rooms in the hotel with view of the pitch at Twickenham stadium. This was a pleasant and welcome surprise for us. We had a few drinks in the bar pre and post the rugby game and had some food too. The bar staff were just as friendly and very attentive. Overall an excellent experience and will look to stay here again for our next planned trip to London in a few months time.

The hotel is going through a reception refurbishment so it was a little discombobulated at points during our stay. Whilst parking was plentiful, it is in what can only be described as an overflow carpark at the rear of the rugby ground, the furthest point away from the front of the hotel, having to walk the perimeter of the rugbyground to get to reception. On a dry day this was ok, but not one i would relish on a wet or windy day! All staff, from security, reception and bar staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. Checking in and checking out was an easy process. Our room was on the 5th floor at was a VERY long walk from the lift. Whilst the decor is fitting to the rugby world, it was somewhat dark, which made seeing used dumped white towels/bed linen left outside bedrooms, much more noticeable. The room itself was clean and spacious. Nothing spectacular, despite being a more superior room. We had booked the stadium tour, which was good, as was the rugby merchandise store and the museum is worth a visit. We visited both Richmond and Twickenham which are both easily accessible via public transportation. The hotel bar was pleasant enough, the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was a little chaotic. Very friendly and helpful staff - the perfect choice if visiting the area - not just for rugby! The prices at the bar were incredibly competitive - infact several drinks are cheaper than the local Wetherspoons!

Food was passable at best and some of our meals got sent back (one meal got sent back twice). Staff in the restaurant were disinterested, didnt know anything about the food they were serving, and none of the food is fresh, it is all frozen and grilled or heated. The room was big, very big, the beds however were quite small and very uncomfortable, my wife and I both ended up with bad backs after sleeping in one, which is unusual for my wife. The TV in the room didn't work and once they had sorted that the remote didn't work, so required a new one. No streaming services and minimal tv stations from what we could discover on the limited time we had with the TV. Front office desk were helpful when contacted, but the whole place felt like it was understaffed, and nothing was quite right.

Excellent hotel, we ate in the restaurant food is great, we had the chicken tikka as starter and that was really good, attention is great, staff are so friendly, only think get another draft beer as madri is not the best one, drinking in plastic cup is not great too when we are drinking procceco, but the rest was amazing, comfy bed, big rooms, I will come back for big events in there

Away day for the team so hotel was almost empty. Very nice attentive front of house staff, took my luggage to my room while parked - it easy to find, but managed it. Room was larger and better appointed than I had expected. Bar and restaurant were both really very good, great staff, nice beer, very good food. Oh and breakfast was excellent!! Most places have powdered scrambled eggs, oh no these guys went proper old school!

Check in was incredibly slow - there was a long queue and they didn’t have all the check in desks open. Also, one of the staff seemed more interested browsing on his phone. When we went to our room, it was a very long walk from the lift, which isn’t great if anyone has mobility issues. The room had a broken tv and a soaking wet carpet. When we rang about it we had our room changed, but it took the reception staff a long time to come up to the new room, so we had repacked, walked there and still had to wait quite a while before she appeared, sauntering and browsing on her phone with no urgency whatsoever. The new room also had a broken tv - we reported it and were told someone would come and fix it, no one ever came. The new room also had a broken bedside reading light, and the floor of the shower was uneven and spongey - the tiles moved when you stood on them and it looked like the floor had been repaired using plasticine. When used, the shower just leaked huge amounts of water all over the floor requiring all the spare towels on the floor to soak it up. We ordered room service of two starters (no snack items on menu). It took over 1 hr & 2 chasers for it to arrive and we were trying to cancel it when it finally arrived. Everything tasted fake and chemically and it was very expensive - they charged £8 delivery and didn’t even bring two sets of cutlery, they brought one we had to share. The staff were disinterested - they didn’t even ask how our stay was. I wouldn’t stay again

Lovely stay. We were slightly early for check in and, apart from thee not being enough Reception staff to deal with the arrivals, once we had checked in our luggage to collect later check in eventually was friendly and efficient. Dinner service and quality left lots to be desired. The soup was thin and probably no seasoning never mind under-seasoned, the wine was expensively very ordinary, the calamari was quite a large portion and was delivered with just a dip and no garnish, the menu stated that the steak doesn't come with chips, we got chips (we don't like chips particularly) and they tasted stale, the salmon salad was delivered without salad and, after the waiter apologised and would have it "delivered in two minutes" by the time it was delivered (over fifteen minutes later) it was over-cooked and dry and the other party had practically finished their steak which was pleasant if under-seasoned. The salad with the steak was very small and somewhat tired. The staff didn't appear to have a clue! Breakfast, however, was in total contrast. Apart from being buffet style rather than cooked fresh there was plenty of choice. The toasters are always very inefficient and slow but the staff were very friendly and attentive. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Marriott again but dinner arrangements will be made elsewhere which is a shame because when we had dinner a few years ago the quality was excellent with a good wine list which is what should be expected at a Marriott!

Checking in and checking out was an easy process. Our room was on the 5th floor at was a VERY long walk from the lift. Whilst the decor is fitting to the rugby world, it was somewhat dark, which made seeing used dumped white towels/bed linen left outside bedrooms, much more noticeable. The room itself was clean and spacious. Nothing spectacular, despite being a more superior room. We had booked the stadium tour, which was good, as was the rugby merchandise store and the museum is worth a visit. We visited both Richmond and Twickenham which are both easily accessible via public transportation. The hotel bar was pleasant enough, the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was a little chaotic. Tables were not cleared quickly. Food items not checked or replenished frequently enough leaving guests having to ask for replenishments. There was no toaster, later establishing this was by request only. Overall, a comfortable but standard stay!

Room poorly maintained, aircon not working in first one so moved rooms. Safe not working. Shower so limescaled up there was only water coming out of some of it and that was in random directions. No soap in dispenser. Communal areas finished very well, great breakfast and service.

My air con wasn't working very well, I'd hoped it would kick in but didn't, I didn't report it until the morning, which was my fault as I didn't think they would do anything late at night

Such a lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Super clean and the room was beautiful, we also had quite a nice view. Lots there with the pool, bar and restaurant and great location to uber to a tube station and head into central London :) will be back thank you!! Great price for area too.
