Orocco Pier

Stayed in this hotel a number of times. South Queensferry is a beautiful wee town to visit. The restaurant is excellent with good food and lovely surroundings. Let’s also not forget the view of the bridges and the Firth of Forth. Staff are friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough for you.

We had a wonderful overnight stay here and would stay again. Staff very friendly although room small but clean. Food was delicious and an excellent efficient manager in the restaurant.

Comfortable rooms with great view over the Forth.

I booked this hotel mainly for the view but there's only about 4 or 5 tables in the bar area with the window view (which we asked for but didn't get). We had to dine in the bar for our evening meal (VERY busy) as we were told the restaurant didn't open on a Monday (this was not ideal). As I booked through hotels.com we didn't get the breakfast as part of the cost (which apparently we would've if we'd booked direct with hotel). The room was quite small with a small window overlooking part of the roof and side lane. The meal was tasty (no need to consider a tip as the service charge is added whether you want to or not). I did receive half dozen chocolates as it was my birthday which I thought was kind. And,not that the hotel can do anything about this, but the bridges didn't light up (like on my previous visit) and when I googled why it said cost and environmental issues. Quite sad as it was indeed a sight to see.

Tudo estava impecável na estadia, vista muito bonita da ponte, banheira grande e cama confortável. O bar em anexo é uma delicia e a vila completa a estadia ser perfeita.
