Modern and Luxury DFW Mansion with Backyard Oasis

We enjoyed our time in this home. It was clean, well stocked, and the pool area was fantastic. Very close to Ft Worth and the stockyards. If you are looking for a spacious home in the Ft Worth area this checks a lot of boxes.

Ants in the bathrooms, no rugs in the bathrooms, had to step out on a slick ceramic floor, very few cooking utensils, delayed responses from “host”. They don’t send you the code to get in until you let them know you’ve arrived and then had to wait 20 minutes for a response. Couldn’t get a WIFI password until late into the second day of our stay. Dried food on the outdoor patio, cigarette butts on the ground outback. Overall a negative experience and way, way overpriced. The worst part of all is the lack of communication with a live host. Seems to be AI customer service. Will not be back.

Where should I start? The pool was filthy and not running. The hot tub was filthy and green. Most of the outdoor furniture was broken at best. It’s a middle class home not a mansion and there is no backyard. Paradise. If you want to use a spoon to eat anything with bring your own because all they have is serving spoons. Way too many emails and text about telling me the rules. I read the rules agreed to them and got another 10 or 20 emails or text reminding me of the rules. I’m an adult. You only rent to adults. If I agree to them I will stick to it. It was a decent house, but not worth the amount of money charged for the stay. Way overpriced for what you get.
