Reception staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the room overlooked a practice putting green that became a children’s playground each day and was a far from tranquil outlook as described. The pool was in a disgusting condition and the water was green and full of dirt… We had to ask for housekeeping 2 out of the 3 days we were there as we had not been done. How was your stay at said okay?

The activity area was fantastic with mini golf, picnic tables, etc. Amazing customer service and dining options- in room or a restaurant within a walkable distance on site. Our room had a dusty/musty smell to it and it was quite cold. The tables and floors weren’t cleaned well.

Place is very good all round especially if golf is part of your itinerary. A lot of small maintenance issues need attention- such as slamming room door which is 10 sec adjustment with a screw driver. All staff were excellent in terms of training and pleasantness. We found a recreational area which was very kid friendly.

I like that the room was cleaned daily and was cleaned well. The staff were nice and friendly throughout Peppers. Parking was close to room and easy access. Breakfast was yummy and a variety of food to choose from. Overall, we had an amazing time at Pepper and felt very relaxed.

Stayed in the Open Plan room and it was stunning. So clean with a gorgeous view, comfortable bed and beautiful outdoor seating area/shower. It seems some rooms may be newer than others. Staff were super friendly. The pool could be better, still nice but quite small and not much space to sit/lay down. Overall would definitely recommend!

Average experience.. I have better experience with other 5 star resort. Wouldn't think best value for money. Staff are ok but facilities quite old. Gym area was hard to find and I could not find the games area. Breakfast really standard not much option.

It was ok, rooms are a little dated and could do with a paint job, but has good views of the golf course. The fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable so do not recommend for anyone over the age of 5. Pool was warm so kids swam all afternoon.

Highly recommended stay. Clean and stylish room with great views (open room). Great to have mini golf included too and they were kind enough to allow us to use towels and comfy robes post checkout for the hot springs which are practically next door

The room had toilet roll holder almost falling off. The decor was old and dark and not all of the light switches were working. One of the towels had holes in them. Had pretty high expectations since this is considered a 4 star hotel. Quite disappointing and not worth the price we paid.

Service was fantastic. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately, there were issues with mold in the bathroom. These issues didn’t bother us too much as we stayed there for one night only.

It was unexpected to find the room in such poor condition because of the following issues: 1. The bed mattress was sagging in the middle and the mattress was badly stained in several places 2. The carpet had stains and required cleaning 3. The chair upholstery was stained 4. The table was dirty and stained 5. The chains to operate the blinds were broken away from the wall leaving a hole exposed in the plaster 6. There was no safe to store valuables 7. There was not enough cutlery for all the guests in the restaurant at breakfast time. 8. The reception staff were inexperienced and unhelpful when I raised these issues. Perhaps my expectations were too high as I stayed at Peppers 15 years ago and the standard was much better. Based on that, I thought Peppers had a good reputation but not anymore. It is extremely overrated and not worth the charges.

Location is great. Upon checkin staff were lovely, got the VIP upgrade bottle of wine and very friendly. Resort on the surface is lovely but the rooms are getting worn and dated. Some lights didn’t work well or flickered and wood paneling chipped etc for a 350 a night room was average. The fact it’s a golf resort I guess people overlook.

It was exactly what we were looking for a night from a quick drive down from Melbourne CBD. The room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful sunset view over the golf course. The staff was friendly and an easy checkin with Expedia booking as well. We booked half an hour before arriving and all details were ready to go at arrival. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet stay when visiting the peninsula.

The property is quite nice, although it's getting to the point of needing a bit of a spruce up, as several wooden panels in my room were chipped and the air conditioner fins were broken. Most disappointing was that I requested and confirmed king bedding, and instead received two single beds pulled together and made up as a king. This left a very uncomfortable ridge down the centre of the bed. According to the front desk, all rooms are like this, so avoid if you're planning a couples retreat for the thermal springs in the area.

The air conditioner is noisy and not cold even though I turned on the temperature of 19•C. The bed for 2 people to lie down was reconnected from 2 single beds. So it was convex and couldn't sleep. After sleeping for 2 nights, my lover and I were damp. I dislocated my neck on my left hand. I couldn't bend down and turn left for 2 days

It was ok, but way overpriced for the room. The balconies are separated by thin wooden slats that provide minimal visual privacy and ZERO conversational privacy. There were spider webs with big black-widow spiders inhabiting them all along the underside of the balcony railing. This was not appreciated. The bathroom fan wails like a siren and entrance to the room is really cumbersome and tricky. Not worth the $400 p/night.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room service was also very nice if you don’t feel like walking/driving to the restaurant at night. Food selection was limited but still good. Beautiful spacious room with a large bathtub. Close to the hot springs too. Easy parking outside the rooms.

Everything was great. They were running behind on our room however the receptionist ensured to make this a priority and gave us a drink card while we were waiting. Room was clean with a beautiful room. Staff were helpful and friendly and the surroundings was stunning. Kitchen was able to accomodate for our vegan diet which was a plus! Would stay again :)

Great one bedroom apartment with sufficient cooking facilities for a short stay. Wonderful resort facilities. A car is needed if you plan to travel around visiting the surrounding areas.

Great place to stay & close to all what we needed. The golfing was great, the bar was nice & staff are very nice & helpful. This is our 2nd stay here & we love the location & how peaceful it is to stay here. Highly recommend to Family & Friends for a great spot to stay when you’re on the Mornington Peninsula.

We enjoyed the surrounds but was all little to far from the main lobby and reception. We also had trees in front of our view which was different to the advertised pictures. However we still enjoyed our stay.

The property is so stunning, even if you don’t love golf, you will love the natural beauty of the place. The sounds of so many gorgeous native birds and looking out over the greens and beautifully maintained garden flora. We stayed in the ‘Open Plan Room’ and it was just stunning with a large deck area featuring a beautiful view. Really terrific quality of food! Most of the sauces seemed house made - really tasty menu.

Moonah links resort is a great location with beautiful surroundings. However the accommodation is getting dated. Most disappointing was the buffet breakfast was very limited and poor quality. We have been to Peppers in Daylesford and their resturant was world class with a multicoarse breakfast menu as standard. So we were so disappointed about the Moonah links resturant menu on this occasion.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. We stayed in the Open Plan room which was well worth the extra dollars. The bed is comfy, tv huge and the shower is fantastic. Parking was very easy and convenient. The only thing I would recommend is that the breakfast (pricey) would be better with real coffee not tiny cups out of a machine.

Room was clean and tidy, price reasonable. Nice to have a sliding door to outside overlooking the gold course. Breakfast wasn't included so we paid $35 each and the food options felt a bit like school camp. Sloppy scrambled eggs, cold roast tomato and coffee you have to make yourself at a machine in a hallway (also luke warm). Only one milk option, no chai or hot choccy. My Mother asked for a Chai latte and they wanted to charge extra for it. A bit tight considering the calibre of the property. Quite underwhelmed.

The Room was luxuriously finished in a high quality fitout and was very clean. The only things that let it was the buffet breakfast was limited not many choices of fruit and lacked quality control as the croissants were burnt. It would have been nice if the fridge in the room had a small freezer section.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room service was also very nice if you don’t feel like walking/driving to the restaurant at night. Food selection was limited but still good. Beautiful spacious room with a large bathtub. Close to the hot springs too. Easy parking outside the rooms.

If you are golfers, with the purpose of this being a golfing venue it will be perfect for you. If you are looking for basic accommodation close to hot springs also fine. It is tired. Some mould on bathroom ceiling, exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like jet turbine, weird marks on ceiling in bedroom. Bed comfy enough and certainly very peaceful with golf course view. Dining. Pebbles food was lovely although decor tired. The lounge bar area would perhaps be nice to enjoy happy hour but you need to know it’s a golf club first and foremost and on a Friday at 5pm it was extremely busy and loud, so many club members having a great time, and right they should be, but if that’s not your scene then it will disappoint. It would be great for the purpose of gold socials, but I wish I had known going in that it was not quite what I had hoped for in terms of appointments and places to walk. Skip the breakfast buffet and go to one of the nice places locally as the food was really poor at breakfast. Bacon like leather. It was fine, and if you are a golfer it would be perfect as the course looked beautiful. It’s not a non golfing couples getaway venue.

This is the second time I stayed at this facility. First time I stayed with my husband and we stayed at the open bedroom overlooking the fairway. The second time around I came with my daughter and we stayed at Room 52. It has a putting green just outside the room. My husband would have loved it but he was in Tassie playing at Barnbougles. We had a nice dinner at Strike bar but I was hoping The main restaurant was opened. We went for a run around the golf course. I wished there was a trail around the area. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in an open plan room which was lovely. The only thing was the shower was not amazing as the shower head must have been clogged and water when in different directions, so the shower did not feel relaxing as water sprayed in your face. Also we ordered the cheese board and we would not recommend that. It was sadly one of the worse cheese boards we have had. They gave us two cheeses, which seems like the same soft cheese, but one had herbs. Also the crackers tasted stale.
