The rooms were dirty and in disrepair. There were holes in the walls and smoke detectors missing. The pool was closed due the health dept. We had rented 3 rooms and made the best of it, but the entire motel needs a renovation. We will never recommend this motel.

It was just OK. The breakfast was subpar and the coffee was just brown water. No fruit. The staff are non smiling and often no one was at the front desk. The pool was closed both days we were there. They are trying hard to renovate the rooms and they are ok but in our room there was no luggage rack and the no closet just a rack with hangers. The TV controls were from the 70s.

Was clean and the bed was great. But the sheets had spots, the refrigerator was broken, the outlets where loose. Not enough lights and room smells. Breakfast area had no toaster or microwave. Under renovation so hope the fix the problems

The room was clean, but the shower rod was curved and coming out of the wall, so the curtain kept sliding to the center, so water was going every where. All i wanted was to sit out by the pool and read my book. There was a closed sign on the gate and the gate was locked. The only chairs outside were in the pool enclosure, so there was nothing to sit on if you wanted to be outside. There was actually a guy laying on the concrete outside his door, next to our room! The property is pretty with rolling lawns and big trees, it would have been nice to enjoy it.

For the Price of $200 a night -it was a very Bad experience !!!!!. My room (#131) was dirty and smeled bad. Bathroom had dirt on the floor in the corners and the shower curtain and tub appearance prohibited me from actually using it. The bed sheets had brown spots (!!!!???). I elected not to have breakfast after just one look at a dingy breakfast area. Please stay away from this Days Inn by Wyndham.

This place was so dirty. The room smelled like moldy mint, like something was being covered up. The dead bolt was missing in the door. There was a hole in the wall behind the door from the door knob that was covered up with cardboard. The shower curtain rod was broken so water just ran out into the bathroom with obvious water damage because it’s been like this for a while. Bathroom was dirty. The microwave still had a blinking on it like someone had just used it. Terrible.

The room was dirty and smelled of rotten something. No hangers in the room and had to ask for them. Found bugs in the room and mice droppings in the bathtub. I was informed that breakfast was from 6-9am but when I when to the dinning area at 6:20 am because I needed to leave early the breakfast had not been put out yet. Window was not locked and did not discover this till later. Don't know how Windham allowed their name to be used in this property. Shame.

It was affordable and in the area I needed to stay in. Bath room door didn't close, shower water pressure was very weak, entry way door jam was damaged,tv was discolored, tv console has a broken drawer and sheet cover has a cigarette burn in it. Pros: had waffle maker in the lobby, HVAC system worked bed was clean and comfortable.

The TV didn't work. I was kicked off the Wi-Fi after an hour and blocked. Blankets and bathroom were dirty. The shower was disgusting. Room had small beds - Doubles? Outside door - easy access but lots of road noise. No breakfast at 6:30 am. I asked about extending the stay by 1 night and the deskman had attitude about it. Staff smoked just a couple doors down so couldn't leave the window open. Not a good experience. For the cost 2 stars is extremely generous.

Electricity was an issue, Wall heater needed to be pluged into another outlet. Took hours to heat up the room. Desk lamp has a internal reset. Lamp went out on high setting after 2 minutes, waited for an hour before it would turn back on. Desk personal are very friendly. Hotel needs upgrading desperately!

My front door locks were broken and the door was wide open when I checked in as was told that I should have reported within the first 45 minutes and the whole time I was trying to contact front desk but manager was not in so they made me pay anyway and with no refunds or courtesy or nothing . "free breakfast" was scant. no coffee, juice...a few pieces of bread but no toaster. had to cross a busy highway to a gas station to get coffee in the morning. pool was not open (end of June for gods sake). awful, awful, awful

Room smelled weird. The "breakfast included" was not ready when I needed it to be, coffee machine was broken. Both mornings of our two night stay. The night attendant that (maybe) should have been setting it up looked like she just rolled out of bed. If having breakfast included was part of the reason you were looking at this place, keep looking.

Stayed at this hotel with a family group, lots of kids. By 9:30 on a Friday night the front staff was threatening to kick us out for “being too loud”. Meanwhile one of our family members had people next to them that were awake and yelling until 4:30-5 in the morning and the front staff suggested we call the cops. All of the rooms smelled like smoke, laminate wood flooring was pulled up and a fall hazard for the kids and our one disabled member. We left in the morning for a new hotel and an experience 10x better.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff and clean. Owner is soon starting process of renovating one building the other to follow. They were accommodating and respond quickly to any request.

My front door locks were broken and the door was wide open when I checked in as was told that I should have reported within the first 45 minutes and the whole time I was trying to contact front desk but manager was not in so they made me pay anyway and with no refunds or courtesy or nothing . No front window gates or protection.

So i am traviling from arizona and im here visiting my sick father and i stayed at 2 other hotels that were upsetting and gross, then i got here. Days inn, the room was super clean, comfy bed, clean bathroom, EXCELLENT WIFI 5g. Staff at the front desk has gone beyond and above! So friendly and helpful honestly i dont know the last time ive seen true, kind customer service. If your looking for a hotel for the nigjr seriously stop here. Fair price!

Toilet would not flush, asked for another room, they said that they were booked. I did not stay there that evening and the hotel said that they would cancel my reservation and return my money. As of today I have not received any money onto my charge card.

We booked days Inn, we had to travel one extra day. We have stayed at many Days Inn across the country. This is the first place I have felt unsafe. The clerk, a large unkempt man behind the counter, never stood up or addressed me. He just took my info and gave me my key. We went through a heavy metal door, swinging loose, across tile coming up, hallway to 4 rooms behind the counter. Had soft spots on the floor. The room was very planned. The Inn looks like a converted motor lodge

Hotel was close enough to Legoland. The rooms need total upgrade. Bathroom were dingy stains on walls, rusted bath knobs, broken paper holder. Stains on sheets. Cigaryburms on Blankets in a non smoking room. Room smelled of cigarettes every night. I spread with Lysol and the smell lingered. Non working dirty pool. My kids were very upset. Plug outlet not working blown out. The AC made loud clanking noise all night. We found blood stains on most pillow case.The staff was nice. But both rooms in bad condition s. Never returning again to Days Inn. BTW over priced for what we endured.

We just had the worst stay at a Days Inn in New Hampton, NY. We were there for two nights due to its proximity to Legoland. When we got there the room was dirty. The tub was rusted, and the tub didn't work. So my 6 year old had to shower. On the first night, my husband and I were woken up at 4am due to a commotion outside. The next day the front desk agent told her there was a stabbing! The first morning there was very little left when we went to get breakfast, but we managed. The second morning we did not get breakfast at all! They had bagels and no condiments. When I asked if I could get some I was told no! The pool was not open on Memorial Day weekend! When my husband and I expressed out concerns to the manager he dismissed our concerns, especially about the stabbing. He said there was nothing he could do, that it could have anywhere! He was not fazed by a stabbing in the least, like it happened everyday. We will be leaving multiple reviews on any site possible. This location should be closed!

This property is clearly not being overseen by anyone from Wyndam or they are blind and don't care about their customers safety. Rented a room for my daughter and grandson and the room had no key lock where the cylinder should be. Numerous drug transactions and transient guests using drugs in the open and public areas Called Wyndham and they told me not an issue for them and to call property manager very poor customer service and assistance Don't stay there !!!! Will have to by wary of wyndam assocations going forward

For the Price of $200 a night -it was a very Bad experience !!!!!. My room (#131) was dirty and smeled bad. Bathroom had dirt on the floor in the corners and the shower curtain and tub appearance prohibited me from actually using it. The bed sheets had brown spots (!!!!???). I elected not to have breakfast after just one look at a dingy breakfast area. Please stay away from this Days Inn by Wyndham.

person at reception was nasty to us for no reason. we were put in a room that was so gross, stained towels, sticky floor, bad smell. it seemed to be a room that was not longer used. broken security lock. door had to be shoved to be opened. room next door had cardboard covering a window. it was not part of the main motel rooms. in a basement of sorts. seemed like drug dealing location and rooms by the hour. thoroughly disgusting. pictures on website totally misleading. It was just OK. The breakfast was subpar and the coffee was just brown water. No fruit. The staff are non smiling and often no one was at the front desk. The pool was closed both days we were there. They are trying hard to renovate the rooms and they are ok but in our room there was no luggage rack and the no closet just a rack with hangers. The TV controls were from the 70s.

Room smelled weird. The "breakfast included" was not ready when I needed it to be, coffee machine was broken. Both mornings of our two night stay. The night attendant that (maybe) should have been setting it up looked like she just rolled out of bed. If having breakfast included was part of the reason you were looking at this place, keep looking.

The TV didn't work. I was kicked off the Wi-Fi after an hour and blocked. Blankets and bathroom were dirty. The shower was disgusting. Room had small beds - Doubles? Outside door - easy access but lots of road noise. No breakfast at 6:30 am. I asked about extending the stay by 1 night and the deskman had attitude about it. Staff smoked just a couple doors down so couldn't leave the window open. Not a good experience. For the cost 2 stars is extremely generous.

Adult with 3kids 7-9 yrs old. I was only able to get 2 towels, I had to go to the office to get the towels which is in a different building. The TV didn't work at all, that was inconvenient with 3 kids. We were woken up to a couple having sexual relations in the next room and now I have 2 kids asking what's that noise so I bang on the wall. The hotel was decent and the woman who checked us in at night was lovely. My issue is with the room and the morning staff. First off, the room was ok, nothing special. However, the walls were so thin I could hear every syllable spoken by the people in the next room. Those people, decided to smoke weed in their room and the smell was so bad in my room, it woke me up. Now, I do not care about weed, I do care when I’m with my 5 year old and he can longer sleep because of the smell. Secondly, the “curtains” on the window were too small for the size of window and I had to use a blanket to cover the light from coming in. I went to the front desk to voice my concerns and the woman was so incredibly rude, didn’t offer to help, and lied to my face when she said her manager wouldn’t be there until Monday morning. Lo and behold, she goes in the back and the manager comes out. He told me he would contact his supervisor about getting me a refund and would call me back, he still hasn’t called me back with any update. I paid full price for a room and we were there for less than 10 hours, I want my money back and I will wait as long as it takes to get it. If you have small kids, stay at the hotel down the rode.
