Homewood Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Downtown-Southbank

The breakfast was shockingly good! I wasn't expecting that. I think they were blueberry muffins that were great!!! The staff was polite and friendly. Room was cleaned spotlessly. I personally am not a fan of carpet in any hotel, so that would be suggestion for them on their next upgrade. Remove the carpet and replace with LVP floors. The more Homewood Suites we stay at the more we look at them for future stays. You are getting consistently good stays.

Tout était parfait, rien a redire , ils nous ont même offert deux bouteilles d'eau dans notre chambres

Very clean and quiet, breakfast was ok. I had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths. They clean your room every 4 days.

The parking and incidentals fee is steep.

Thought it was close to river walk but really isn’t, Charged $3 for a bottle of water. Had to pay for parking in a municipal garage where I think our rental car got a major dent. Had to ask for hand towels.
