Sleep Inn & Suites Manchester near Arnold AFB

Everything was very nice. Clean, friendly staff. The only problem was the elevator wasn’t working. We were given a room on the 2nd floor so only one flight of stairs and only one night we were staying. So it wasn’t a big deal.

This is a nice place and we stay here often, just an fyi they are remodeling right now and the elevator is out of order. Otherwise our stag was great as usual! The night clerk was super friendly and welcoming and breakfast was good. Coffee was super hot!

Elevator out of order. Took over 10 minutes for staff to appear from back to check us in. Parts of hotel under renovation. Area very dirty. Maybe this property is the exception but will be hard pressed to consider staying with this chain again.

By far a disappointing stay. We booked because it had an 8.8 rating but this hotel was nothing short of a 3.7. It was a dirty, stinky abysmal room. The carpet was damp and smelled of urine. The light blinked on and off like a strobe light and the bathroom door did not close or lock. Not to mention the elevation doors were broken and they put us on the third floor. The only reason this is not an1 or 2 is because the shower had very good pressure and the water was hot. That was the only goood thing about this hotel. We don’t expect much for $120 these days but that is a lot Of money for staying in filth. We would have been better at a motel 6 I believe.

Elevators were broken throughout the whole hotel. They had a water flood on certain side of the hotel. Breakfast was average could have a diversity of items to eat and no boiled eggs.
