Very dingy. Room smelled like smoke. Lobby walls have holes. Shower surround has holes. Was informed at check in that they no longer offer airport shuttle which was primarily why we booked this room. They offered to change us rooms but passed and went to a different hotel.

Bed sheets were used and not clean. Parking lot was not safe. Elevator did not work. Staff barely spoke to me when I walked in.Thee only thing good about this hotel was the washing machine. That's it.

This is the third time I booked this hotel in the last month. The first time, correct room, no issues other than trying to locate the hotel. 2nd time, room that I booked was unavailable, I had requested an accessible room as I have mobility issues., None were available on the first floor. I asked if there was an elevator, there is but is out of order. I cancelled my reservations, and went to another hotel. 3rd time, I had reserved was not available, they moved me to a room with 2 queens. When I opened the door, there were no sheets on the bed, trash was not emptied and the table by the door was out of place. They did put me in a different room, again this one was not accessible and once again this one was not on the first floor and the elevator was still out of order. The week prior I did speak to them about this and 2 future reservations because of the issues I had at that time. I have since cancelled any future reservations and have no plans of making any reservations at this hotel. In addition to this, it is hard to find when it is dark and the large sign outside the building is not illuminated. I told the clerk on the first visit how difficult it was to get there, they asked if I saw the sign. I told them the lights were not working in the sign. 3 weeks later, they still are not working. The street is not marked well for the road going to the hotel

I'm handicapped, use a rollator to get around. I can't stand without hanging onto something. We booked an Accessible room after being told that this meant it was handicap accessible. Well the bathroom had a shower chair but no handicap bars to assist getting off the toilet. This was not safe for me. We tried to contact the front desk but there was no answer despite 3 tries. My husband went to the desk. He offered to give us access to the next room that did have bars by the toilet, but only one bed that would not accommodate both of us. He gave u8s a key to that room but the next day gave it to someone else without informing. Side door into the building did not have a ramp that made it handicap accessible. . . I should say the side that had a working door did not have a ramp. The room temperature was so warm we had to put the air on, the temperature outside was around 30 degrees. The breakfast was acceptable, but there were no donuts or such that could be brought to the room.

Grateful for the airport shuttle, as my flight arrived quite late after storms. It looks like the rooms used to open to the outside, but the walkways have now been enclosed, like a the building has been wrapped in another building. Room was dark.

Definitely needed snow removal in the parking area. Elevator out of service which is very inconvenient to get luggage to 2nd floor. Room was cold and unable to change thermostat. Phone cord was damaged and no instructions how to contact the front desk.

Our stay was super short, ended up not using the shower because the caulk looked very dirty and moldy. The walls throughout the bathroom and room were all peeling and had cracks and holes. The tub itself was very discolored and chipped. The floor had a bunch of deep scratches on it next to the dresser Our main door was also not working when we first checked in and the lady mentioned it might be dead, later we had to go to the front desk 3 times to reactivate our door key. All in all, I would have expected a nicer, more up to date, and better presented room for spending almost $300 for just 2 nights.

Breakfast was not prepared at the proper time and when asked when it was going to be ready was told when it's done rooms are musty and sheets were dirty . When I checked out they said I had been smoking in the room . I don't smoke so the kept my deposit. Do not stay here it's full of extended stay locals. The front desk clerk is also a extended stay guest. I complained to quality inn and was told the y are a franchise and they didn't know if I would get my money back. Stay clear of this motel.

The place did not look like the pictures online, The carpets in the hallway were dirty, the stuff in the rooms were older and not well cared for. The hotel seems like it is older, run down and dingy. It had good reviews about how clean it was, but our room had sticky stuff on the floor, there was hair on the bed, in the shower and overall the place was very run down. Also, each vent in the room (there were I think 3- were so caked with dust and dirt- it didn't appear that they had been cleaned in years, It seemed as if this was more of a place locals lived rather than a hotel. If we had been staying for more than the night- we would have never stayed.

Everything was great except the shower. Visible mold that needs to be addressed. Rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable, we loved the blackout curtains and the breakfast was better than most.

While the check in went well, the room was bad. While quality is in their name, it certainly isn't in their hotel. The furniture was stained by who knows what, the bathroom was disgusting. The tub had peeling paint. The caulking around the tub had mold. The ceiling was sagging. I won't stay at another "Quality" Inn.

Check-in was ok, the room door was very sticky and was difficult to open. The blanket had a blood stain, the bathtub had been painted, the paint is peeling, the shower head was clogged and had low pressure. This was a guys trip, so it was a place to sleep and shower, my wife would not stay there.

Our room was 80 degrees and the outside temp was under 30!!! This was with us having it down as low as we could!! Couldn’t use the fan setting on thermostat because it evidently isn’t turned on in the winter unless we wanted to make room even hotter! The floor by the door felt nasty! The elevator did not work! Beds were clean & comfy and bathroom were clean. The outside parking lots good use a good cleaning too! This isn’t a hotel id visit again no mater how convenient it was to why we were in Moline.

There for a conference in town. Room was clean, refrig didnt work, called front desk and we had a replacement within half hour. A/C worked well. Quiet. Darkening shades on window. TV worked well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower head sprayed water all over room, even over the curtain. Hot and cold breakfast...good selection and coffee. Would stay there again, but would use another app or book the stay myself after finding out I was chgd more than the everyday price by app.

This is the third time I booked this hotel in the last month. The first time, correct room, no issues other than trying to locate the hotel. 2nd time, room that I booked was unavailable, I had requested an accessible room as I have mobility issues., None were available on the first floor. I asked if there was an elevator, there is but is out of order. I cancelled my reservations, and went to another hotel. 3rd time, I had reserved was not available, they moved me to a room with 2 queens. When I opened the door, there were no sheets on the bed, trash was not emptied and the table by the door was out of place. They did put me in a different room, again this one was not accessible and once again this one was not on the first floor and the elevator was still out of order. The week prior I did speak to them about this and 2 future reservations because of the issues I had at that time. I have since cancelled any future reservations and have no plans of making any reservations at this hotel. In addition to this, it is hard to find when it is dark and the large sign outside the building is not illuminated. I told the clerk on the first visit how difficult it was to get there, they asked if I saw the sign. I told them the lights were not working in the sign. 3 weeks later, they still are not working. The street is not marked well for the road going to the hotel

I'm handicapped, use a rollator to get around. I can't stand without hanging onto something. We booked an Accessible room after being told that this meant it was handicap accessible. Well the bathroom had a shower chair but no handicap bars to assist getting off the toilet. This was not safe for me. We tried to contact the front desk but there was no answer despite 3 tries. My husband went to the desk. He offered to give us access to the next room that did have bars by the toilet, but only one bed that would not accommodate both of us. He gave u8s a key to that room but the next day gave it to someone else without informing. Side door into the building did not have a ramp that made it handicap accessible. . . I should say the side that had a working door did not have a ramp. The room temperature was so warm we had to put the air on, the temperature outside was around 30 degrees. The breakfast was acceptable, but there were no donuts or such that could be brought to the room.

Shower curtain stained, rust on tissue dispenser, bathtub surface deteriorated, grout in poor shape in shower corner. Floors “appeared” clean, but when I wiped up a small water spill the washcloth shone black with dirt. In room 2031, the the swinging door safety latch was broken off. Hopefully next page will allow me to post photos. The problem at this Q-Inn appears to be with their corporate headquarters failing to invest in upgrades to the physical interior of the two rooms I experienced. I’m also guessing the equipment required to do deep cleaning of the laminate floors is not provided to those that clean the rooms. I say that because I witnessed all the staff cleaning common areas with the utmost attention to thoroughness. THAT SAID, excellent like-new towels, comfy beds and pillows, sufficient selection of TV channels. My experience is largely because of the person who picked me up from the airport. He came fairly quick to pick me up, got me checked in right away, and seemed like a really nice guy. The room and hotel seems like it is ran well and everything is very clean.

It was booked solid, but staff was very helpful! Several people were having trouble with room keys, and we needed a cot. The sheets for the cot were queen, not single, but we made do. Quiet room, good air temp. Comfy bed!

It took several days to get our room made up. Once when I asked, I was told it wouldn't happen because there was only one cleaning person. When I asked if I could have clean towels, the person at the desk said no, because the laundry person had quit. Two of the desk people were very helpful, but one was not.

There for a conference in town. Room was clean, refrig didnt work, called front desk and we had a replacement within half hour. A/C worked well. Quiet. Darkening shades on window. TV worked well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower head sprayed water all over room, even over the curtain. Hot and cold breakfast...good selection and coffee. Would stay there again, but would use another app or book the stay myself after finding out I was chgd more than the everyday price by app.

Breakfast was not prepared at the proper time and when asked when it was going to be ready was told when it's done rooms are musty and sheets were dirty . When I checked out they said I had been smoking in the room . I don't smoke so the kept my deposit. Do not stay here it's full of extended stay locals. The front desk clerk is also a extended stay guest. I complained to quality inn and was told the y are a franchise and they didn't know if I would get my money back. Stay clear of this motel.

The temperature in our room was perfect, but there must have been a small leak in the drainage for the AC because the carpet outside the bathroom was wet. I notified the staff and they apologized and offered to relocate us the next day. (It was late when we noticed and we left the next day) The breakfast was great- much better than expected!

It was quiet, but the room (in a non-smoking hotel!) smelled strongly of smoke, hand soap had not been refilled and breakfast ran out of food and was not restocked. Beds were comfy.

Everything was great except the shower. Visible mold that needs to be addressed. Rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable, we loved the blackout curtains and the breakfast was better than most.

I felt like the price was too high for what we got. Front desk staff was polite. Our room was outdated. Needed a thorough clean as well. The doors to get into the building were open to anyone at any time of the day even though it shows card was needed, felt unsafe. The light in the hallway was visible in our room all night even with the curtains closed. Breakfast was not the best but not horrible. It was a quite night.

I had until 3 pm to cancel my reservation. When I called at 1 to see if I could get an early check in. I was told 2 pm was fine. When I got to the hotel. There was a water boil notice saying no water until 6 pm. I told the guy at the front desk that it would have been nice if he would have mentioned that to me when I called at 1 and I would have made other arrangements. I kept the room because I just drove an hour from Iowa City and I didn't want to drive another hour back. As I had to drop off my son at the Moline airport in the morning. The room itself was very clean. The AC system in the room was like from the 70s. The carpets in the hallway needed to be cleaned or replaced. The elevator was out of order as well. As they say you get what you pay for.
