A séjourné 2 nuits

New hotel so it was clean. The rooms don’t have much storage or privacy though. Cubbies, instead of drawers, which leaves your stuff out in the open, which I don’t care for. There is no closet either, just an open rack to hang clothes on. Housekeeping doesn’t clean daily, which was frustrating. I had to request fresh towels and the trash to be taken out. Checkin was a long process and they couldn’t figure out how to do it and not charge my card again as I had paid through Hotels.com. Had to get multiple people involved to get it done. Then had to come back to get parking validated and that was also a lengthy process. I booked AC Hotels rather than Element and seemed to be looked down on for that choice. I booked a room with a bathtub intentionally and was given a room with a shower only. Not a great experience overall and won’t return.
