The accommodation was first class; very clean and a decent size with quality furnishings and excellent washroom. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of choices. Car parking was fine and the premises are located in a convenient location for visits to the Castle, Legoland and other local tourist locations. A very enjoyable stay and I would have no hesitation returning.

Excellent accommodation. Made to feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. Every thing was spot on! Very clean, parking right outside of my window. Breakfast in the morning (free) was again excellent, full english, or continental. Pub across the road which was handy for my evening meal. Would definitely recommend this and will stay again when in the area. 10 out of 10. Couldn't find a fault.

I chose this B&B to be near the airport as I had a rental car to return and an international early afternoon flight. It ticked the boxes on everything I needed. In addition, it was clean, quiet, and safe which as a women I really appreciated. There was on site free parking and served a lovely choice at breakfast again included. All in all a great place and I will be using them again.

Perfect for my nights stay that I needed near to Windsor Town Centre. Easy to find Caroline the owner was very welcoming stayed in The Deer Park room overlooking the front of the house On a main road but didn't hear any traffic noise. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Slept really well. And lovely cooked breakfast the next day. Just what I needed Good value for money. Especially compared to some of the hotels where there is no parking or high parking charges Would highly recommend. Ample parking Easy to find Near to town centre Great breakfast and variety Room was very comfortable

We stayed in the long walk room, which had a comfy bed, the room was clean with quaint furniture. Caroline was very hospitable and allowed us to use the room ahead of time. Easy onsite parking, with many options to get to Windsor Castle, walking, by bus or by taxi. There is a convenience store and the Prince of Albert Pub across the road, which served up good pub grub. The full English breakfast was exceptional and mouthwatering. Caroline answered any questions we had and would go out of her way to assist you. We would definitely stay there again!

This was one of the best b&b's I have ever stayed in. It was the most beautiful room, clean and comfy. It really gave off a homely vibe. The breakfast room was gorgeous, and the breakfast itself was perfect in every way. I can't wait to stay again :).

Caroline was a wonderful host and has created a beautiful place at Park Farm. She was very welcoming and helpful as we needed to leave our luggage there for several hours after we checked out. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean, although the bathroom had an overpowering air freshener that made it unpleasant. The bed comfortable and had a wonderful snuggly duvet. We will definitely return.

A beautiful gem! This B&B is truly a delightful find — very clean, beautifully decorated rooms, and just a pleasant walking distance from the city. Caroline, the host, was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making our stay absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

We stayed two nights at Park Farm and we were given the warmest of welcomes from Caroline. We felt that nothing was too much trouble as we were shown to our most comfortable and throughly clean room. A makeup mirror was a very thoughtful addition to the room. The breakfast choices were excellent and plentiful. Again nothing was too much trouble. We would wholeheartedly recommend Park Farm B&B and fully intend to return.

Lovely one night stay at this B&B. Cute room, nice facilities and very cosy bed. About 20 min walk into Windsor centre, or a longer but more scenic route through the park onto the Long Walk. We stayed in the Garden Lodge and there was some road noise (along with the plane noise which is unavoidable in Windsor) but didn’t affect us. The host was fantastic. Great service at breakfast and was kind enough to do a breakfast to go as I was in town for the Windsor half marathon. Thank you Caroline!

The room was nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable - not too soft and not too hard. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Location was great. All within walking distance. Breakfast was good. The only downside is check-out is at 1030am. On the positive side, the host waa ok for us to leave our car for a few hours while we walked around Windsor!

Very enjoyable stay. The owner, Caroline was very helpful & when we booked she allowed us to arrive earlier than the normal booking in time. Our lovely room - The Long Walk, was duly ready for us. Plentiful breakfast in the morning. Would not hesitate to recommend

Caroline was absolutely amazing, so accommodating and friendly and made us feel right at home, we had absolutely everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and looks after each and every tenant, she showed interest in our stay and tended to anything we asked for! Lovely place, very well kept and food was delicious- and it’s in such a good location- only five minutes away from Legoland! Worth the stay and price, we would come back in a heartbeat.
Caroline was absolutely amazing, so accommodating and friendly and made us feel right at home, we had absolutely everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and looks after each and every tenant, she showed interest in our stay and tended to anything we asked for! We loved our little stay at Park Farm, Caroline our hostess was amazing, so personable, and welcoming, and she did so much - definitely will be coming back - the town was so close and walkable, we did so much - great breakfast in the morning too,a my Husband had a full breakfast, I had poached egg all included in the price, and Caroline was such a workhorse / super woman seeing to us all

I stayed at Park Farm my first night in England. It was an easy bus ride from Heathrow, although I went past the stop and ended up getting lost. It is within walking distance from the town of Windsor and the castle but just outside the hustle and bustle. The following morning, I enjoyed a very large and delicious English breakfast. They kindly kept my luggage for a few hours after I checked out so I could see Windsor.

Lovely one night stay at this B&B. Cute room, nice facilities and very cosy bed. About 20 min walk into Windsor centre, or a longer but more scenic route through the park onto the Long Walk. We stayed in the Garden Lodge and there was some road noise (along with the plane noise which is unavoidable in Windsor) but didn’t affect us. The host was fantastic. Great service at breakfast and was kind enough to do a breakfast to go as I was in town for the Windsor half marathon. Thank you Caroline!

Caroline was absolutely amazing, so accommodating and friendly and made us feel right at home, we had absolutely everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and looks after each and every tenant, she showed interest in our stay and tended to anything we asked for! Lovely place, very well kept and food was delicious- and it’s in such a good location- only five minutes away from Legoland! Worth the stay and price, we would come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent B&B with the owners personal attention to detail. 25 mins walk to Windsor centre along the road or 45 mins using the scenic route along the "Long Walk" to Windsor Castle.

Great position for visiting Legoland and Windsor Castle . Room was beautiful, clean and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed in the long walk room, which had a comfy bed, the room was clean with quaint furniture. Caroline was very hospitable and allowed us to use the room ahead of time. Easy onsite parking, with many options to get to Windsor Castle, walking, by bus or by taxi. There is a convenience store and the Prince of Albert Pub across the road, which served up good pub grub. The full English breakfast was exceptional and mouthwatering. Caroline answered any questions we had and would go out of her way to assist you. We would definitely stay there again!

The accommodation was first class; very clean and a decent size with quality furnishings and excellent washroom. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of choices. Car parking was fine and the premises are located in a convenient location for visits to the Castle, Legoland and other local tourist locations. A very enjoyable stay and I would have no hesitation returning.

Caroline was a wonderful hostess, accommodating and friendly, and went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay. The room was beautifully furnished and warm, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was out of this world! We spent six hours walking around and didn’t feel the need to stop for lunch as our breakfast stayed with us so well! Will definitely be visiting again the next time we’re in the area.

This was one of the best b&b's I have ever stayed in. It was the most beautiful room, clean and comfy. It really gave off a homely vibe. The breakfast room was gorgeous, and the breakfast itself was perfect in every way. I can't wait to stay again :).

We loved our little stay at Park Farm, Caroline our hostess was amazing, so personable, and welcoming, and she did so much - definitely will be coming back - the town was so close and walkable, we did so much - great breakfast in the morning too,a my Husband had a full breakfast, I had poached egg all included in the price, and Caroline was such a workhorse / super woman seeing to us all

My wife Suzanne and I stayed at Park Farm BnB for two nights as we were visiting Windsor for a wedding. Park Farm has a really homely feel about it. Our room was spacious with a very tasteful en suite toilet/shower room . Caroline is the most charming hospitable host and could not have been more attentive and helpful. I had the full English breakfast on both mornings. So good.

This is a fantastic B&B just a short bus ride or 25 minute walk to the centre of Windsor. There’s also a lovely scenic route into town which joins the Long Walk midway. The owner is super knowledgeable and helpful and the guide in the bedroom has lots of useful information. The accommodation is very tasteful, comfortable and quiet and has everything you need including parking. Brilliant range of breakfast on offer. Can’t fault this place at all.

We had a lovely stay here while attending Royal Ascot. The room was adorable and well presented. The breakfast was perfect after a long day the day before. Hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend!
