Great value for money. The room was bigger than what we expected and had big windows with nice view. The design was calming and modern. There was tea available in the room and free to use coffee machine in the lobby. The location was convenient for us as we wanted to be bit outside the touristy citycenter, but still within walking distance. The staff was helpful and nice.

This place is brand new located off a main road surrounded by residential buildings. It has convenience stores located two blocks away. The inside of the hotel is brand new. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room a slightly larger than Japanese standard rooms. Overall I’d stay here again. Cons are it’s not located in the action. Pros are its modern clean.

Chambre spacieuse avec literie confortable et climatisation. Bon emplacement pour visiter la ville. Machines disponibles gratuitement pour laver/sécher son linge. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester le petit déjeuner mais nous avons pu utiliser la salle commune lors d'un déjeuner "kombini" que l'on avait ramené. Et des distributeurs sont à disposition notamment pour l'eau, les glaçons et les boissons chaudes.

We are a family of 4. Two adults 1 tween 1 teen. We had 3 beds in our room. One was a sofa bed. All were very comfy. The shower was excellent plenty of hot powerful water. Free tea/coffee/matcha latte etc Free ice and water. Hotel was spotless. Very very clean. Walking distance to Geisha district. Lovely naigbourhood to walk around. Quiet and safe.
