The room was beautiful it had everything we needed and more. The staff were very polite and helpful both pools were clean and beautiful. Our room had a lovely sea view as-well as the view you could see the camels and horses. The rooftop bar gives you a great view of the sea and sun set. The food is also great

Hôtel très bien pensé. La literie y est confortable. Les chambres côté jardins sont au calme. En revanche, le petit déjeuner n’est pas adapté à recevoir autant de monde. Beaucoup d’attente, manque de place.

My stay at Palm Hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I had to complain several times throughout my stay about issues that should have been handled without having to ask. Towels were not replaced regularly, there were power outages, and there were several other problems that made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I expected much better service and attention to basic housekeeping and maintenance. Instead of enjoying my stay, I found myself repeatedly following up on issues that should have been resolved promptly. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and poor service meant I would not choose to stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
