Location is excellent. Overall clean property. Only drawback was there was no AC and only 2 small fans in the entire apartment. Not enough for the summer months.

We stay here frequently and it’s the perfect base for Hradec Králové. The apartment is clean and spacious, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.

Beautiful property. Excellent location. But be aware that some rooms might be near the late night bars. Is was loud until early in the morning. I will stay there again but will ask for a room further away from the activity.
