Limited parking at the front. Had to park in the rear carpark which wasnt very lit up. King bed could not sleep in the middle as it was 2 beds joined together!! Automatic deduction of $200 plus surcharge for bond which I found to be very steep and was not advised when it would be put back in to my bank account. This was taken incase anything was eaten at the mini bar. Absolutely ridiculous amount of money to be taken out for potential use of mini bar. Coffee was at best average.

Beautiful modern accommodation. Spotlessly clean & well appointed. Quiet location & great parking provisions. . We didn’t dine in, however menu & prices were inviting. Good mini bar. 4.5 stars - would of given 5 but the cleaner persistently knocking on our door at 830 am asking was the room ready to be cleaned was not welcomed. Then we almost fell over the vacuum cleaner sitting outside our door when we left (about 9-930). Well within checkout time. Overall a very enjoyable stay - will stay again.

All staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. Very happy to accommodate my disability and help when needed. Property was very neat, had all what we needed and best of all was well worth its money, with breakfast included in the price. Definitely a place to stay at.

We had to ask the front desk numerous times to have fruit tray brought up to our room. On the 2nd day there we ended up cancelling it because we went and bought our own fruit, but it would have been nice not to have to worry about this. We found 1 hair in the bath tub but besides this the accommodation was really good.

I needed to stay in Dandenong for work and was looking for a place that seems safe secure and clean. This place took all of those boxes! The staff at the front desk are absolutely outstanding. Without going into detail they went above and beyond to help me out with something, they were incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. They definitely need a raise and some acknowledgement from their bosses for the fantastic work they do. The Hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic, quite a spread of food, I had scrambled eggs, sausage, hash brown, grilled tomato and mushrooms. Room was exceptionally clean, really good value for money when staying in Dandenong.

The property is nice and the option of the brewery is really good. I had a bad experience with checkin that ruined my stay, I was kept waiting a very long time and the staff were bad. Apart from that it was fine and I will give it another chance when down here in business.

We were given a room with a shower and no bath as we had booked a room with a bath. I had to have a full on disagreement with the man at reception and he kept telling me they didn't have a room with a bath. eventhough they still had rooms available online with baths. After an hour he magically found a room. Not impressed by attitude of the office staff.

Fabulous, friendly and efficient front desk service. We were able to secure an early check-in in order to change before attending a funeral, which was great. Ample parking, very clean room and an absence of traffic noise. Nice ambience, breakfast and areas in which to relax in. Lovely Atura Hotels scent in the lobby.

We had a very enjoyable stay with the options of on the property dining. Didn't like the late 7.30 am breakfast start on Sunday. We had to for abandon the free breakfast on that day to leave at 7.00 am for the return to Adelaide. It was disappointing as we really enjoyed the great breakfast on the Saturday.

I enjoyed this stay, the buffet breakfast was really good. The overall facilities was clean and neat, probably just inside the apartment a bit of dusting.

The breakfast in the restaurant excellent. I was only expecting to see tea and toast but was amazed to see and enjoy hot breakfast, cereals, pancakes, pastries, fresh fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The check in was ordinary but damm, that included breakfast will see me coming back again 👌

I needed to stay in Dandenong for work and was looking for a place that seems safe secure and clean. This place took all of those boxes! The staff at the front desk are absolutely outstanding. Without going into detail they went above and beyond to help me out with something, they were incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. They definitely need a raise and some acknowledgement from their bosses for the fantastic work they do. The Hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic, quite a spread of food, I had scrambled eggs, sausage, hash brown, grilled tomato and mushrooms. Room was exceptionally clean, really good value for money when staying in Dandenong.

Unfortunately, an unexpected incident occurred shortly after we checked in, and we had to leave the property on the very same day. We informed the duty staff, who handled the situation with empathy and professionalism, promptly documenting the incident and assisting us throughout the process. We subsequently requested a refund, which was approved within a few days. While our stay was unexpectedly cut short, we were genuinely grateful for how fairly and compassionately the hotel handled the situation. Their understanding and excellent customer service made a difficult experience much easier, and for that, we are truly thankful.
