The Presidential Apartments- Kensington was the best stay I have ever had in London. The location is right off Earl's Court station. There are restaurants, pubs and markets in the neighborhood. Now to the room...oh my goodness! You could not ask for more in a room! There was a TV, dishwasher, wash machine, stove, microwave, oven, sink, half fridge, dvd player. I have never seen so many amenities in a room in my life. Not to mention the patio and comfy bed. It was all good here and we will be back!
The Presidential Apartments- Kensington was the best stay I have ever had in London. The location is right off Earl's Court station. There are restaurants, pubs and markets in the neighborhood. Nice, quiet, clean and spacious apartment nearby Earl’s Court tube station. Grocery stores and a variety of restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens. Apartment is well-equipped with washer in the apartment. We stayed with our 2 young kids (6 & 10 years) and had a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The Presidential Serviced Apartments in Kensington, London were great. We enjoyed a spacious environment with comfortable beds, and a fully working kitchen. The washing machine was a bonus. They really should let visitors know that the radiators are controlled manually, and that one must remove the ‘wall’ in front of them to get to the control knob. The best part of our stay was interacting with the kind staff, especially Peter and Lenka. We needed assistance with the radiators, and with finding a special sized box to carry an awkwardly shaped item home. They went above and beyond trying to help us find one, and succeeded in doing so. They followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and they made sure we felt we were well taken care of. Thank you Lenka and Peter!

The Presidental Apartments are located one block from the Earl's Court Tube Station. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores within 2 blocks. The one-bedroom was spacious. It had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bed was comfy and there was daily maid service. The front desk and security were friendly and helpful. They are staffed round the clock. I would highly recommend this location for anyone but especially people who need more than one room with a full kitchen.

A really nice place - wonderful big room with all the amenities of a little flat. One min walk from Earl’s Court tube and a nice high street with a marks and Spencer. Highly recommended

This was just what we were looking for. The hotel was close to Earl's court tube station in a nice neighborhood and had plenty of shops close by to pick up something for dinner. Although some of the cabinets and the floor were rather worn, the room was clean and it spacious by UK standards and had all of the amenities that we were looking for, kitchenette, washer, and a decent size closet for our clothes. The hotel and surrounding area were quiet, so we were able to get a good night's sleep after spending the day sightseeing. My one recommendation would be that they install a grab bar by the tub. The side of the tub was a bit high and there wasn't anywhere to easily grab hold of getting in and out. The glass door swings both ways, so you have to be careful walking onto the wet tub floor. They do provide a rubber mat for the tub, but it doesn't go the full length of the tub. We would stay here again.

Excellent location for short stay: quick arrival from Heathrow & short walk from Earl’s Court station and its thoroughly gentrified neighborhood. Staff is helpful and responsive. The room we were moved to (on request) was well equipped with new washer, dishwasher, fridge. Unfortunately this is not the establishment we remembered on 2 previous stays. Upkeep is uneven: the first room we were given was horrendous. Dirty, torn curtains, crud on all the plumbing. This should NOT have been rented out. The staff was accommodating in moving us to another family studio when it became available. Still showing age but was fine. Still, fluorescent ‘soap’ and ‘shampoo’ (dish soap?!) is not acceptable at a place of such web self-presentation.

On a trip to London with our adult daughter, the "apartment- style" hotel worked well - full kitchen - including washer/dryer- was very convenient, nice elevator and the 24-hour staff was kind, helpful, and so pleasant. They made it welcoming to come "home" after busy days. Earl's Court station was very close and several very good restaurants and two groceries right nearby.

The hotel staff were very kind and very helpful. The rooms were always kept clean. It was safe and the restaurants in the area were excellent and tasty. However, there were days when I couldn't sleep because of the construction noise early in the morning. I would like to use this hotel again next time.

The studio room was dirty and neglected. I invited the reception manager (?) to see the state of the room when the toilet lid and toilet door handle fell off. The curtains were filthy, torn and with large holes. The dishwasher drawer wouldn’t open easily and the rack wouldn’t move. The freezer was completely frozen over so it couldn’t be used. There wasn’t a plug for the bath. The fabric lounge was stained and dirty. The good news: close to Earles Court underground, which is on the district and circle lines.

I was allocated a Lower Ground Floor Studio Flat. It has a Kitchenette. Useful for cooking and preparing food. You should bring your own cooking oil and salt and pepper. Buy your own food to prepare. Bring your own slippers because the Studio has a wood Floor and Tiles. Management should redecorate the Studio in brighter Blue and Grey, Green shades. As the decor is currently a dull Brown Wood shade. I had to inform Reception Staff that the Bed Mattress was badly stained with old Stains. Very dirty underneath the Mattress Cover. I advised Staff to replace the Mattress. The whole Studio needs Redecorating and needs to be Updated. Needs a new table and chairs. New Window Blinds. A new Bed Mattress. Suitable Accommodation for Solo Travellers and Couples. Accessible to the City centre of London.

images of apartments are nothing like the actual state of of the 2 units I was offered. Went up to the 1st flat and was dissatisfied with the ripped sofa, peeling walls, furniture, moludy smell, etc 2nd a couple of hours later was an 'upgrade' 1. There was a crawling insect in the kitchen which is on the video 2. The sofa this time around had a big hole on the at, stains and blotches all over 3. Black mould patches in the bathroom bad for my allergies 4. Peeling wood all over LEFT AFTER 2ND ONE AND BOOKED ELSEWHERE. LOST 6 DAYS PAID FOR. DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURES POSTED!!!

Fairy clean rooms but condition is not kept up well. Cabinets were peeling, there was mold in the bathrooms. Some rooms have fans for the bathroom, some don’t. Our room had a ground floor window which didn’t fully close or lock! No screens on the window either, so anyone could have just pushed the window up and got right inside our room. Staff were friendly and area was great.
Fairy clean rooms but condition is not kept up well. Cabinets were peeling, there was mold in the bathrooms. Some rooms have fans for the bathroom, some don’t. Our room had a ground floor window which didn’t fully close or lock! No screens on the window either, so anyone could have just pushed the window up and got right inside our room. Staff were friendly and area was great.

This property is perfectly situated, walking distance to the Earls Court tube. The staff is very friendly and the units are very clean and well maintained. It is a quiet area and there are lots of restaurants, museums and parks close by.

I get putting people in room 5 but then the receptionist needs to ensure that the noise from the reception and corridor is moderated. A lot of chat and a beeping noise, maybe a phone, pretty much all night. This coupled with the door opening and closing and the chat from visitors who fail to realise they are walking directly past people’s bedrooms - I get the latter is the guests and not the hotel but the receptionist could remind people. A really poor nights sleep

Perfect for transportation and close to the tube station. Nice grocery store near by with plenty of fast food and pubs right down the road. Room was clean, and staff were helpful and friendly and always interacted with us to make sure our stay was perfect. Only downside was the windows are thin and you can hear traffic from outside. Wasn’t super loud but something I noticed that could be improved. Overall great stay would definitely come back!

I was allocated a Lower Ground Floor Studio Flat. It has a Kitchenette. Useful for cooking and preparing food. You should bring your own cooking oil and salt and pepper. Buy your own food to prepare. Bring your own slippers because the Studio has a wood Floor and Tiles. Management should redecorate the Studio in brighter Blue and Grey, Green shades. As the decor is currently a dull Brown Wood shade. I had to inform Reception Staff that the Bed Mattress was badly stained with old Stains. Very dirty underneath the Mattress Cover. I advised Staff to replace the Mattress. The whole Studio needs Redecorating and needs to be Updated. Needs a new table and chairs. New Window Blinds. A new Bed Mattress. Suitable Accommodation for Solo Travellers and Couples. Accessible to the City centre of London.

Location is unbeatable to tube station earl's court (Piccadily line direct from airport) and M&S foodshop. The basement initially felt a bit in a labyrinth but once I got down two flights of stairs and get used to the warm temperature (they actually do have lifts) there is a terrace which gives fresh air to the room (and to check the blue sky and temperature). Wooden floor means no carpet dust which is great. Little kitchnette with microwave works. Engineer Peter helped me regulate the temperature (lovely warm radiator for the cold people and aircon for the hot people) and reboot the internet. Once I settle in, it is a cozy little appartment. Love the bathtub. Toilet seat is small but I snug in fine. Staff at reception are helpful. All in all, I can make it a cozy stay for way longer than two days.

This was just what we were looking for. The hotel was close to Earl's court tube station in a nice neighborhood and had plenty of shops close by to pick up something for dinner. Although some of the cabinets and the floor were rather worn, the room was clean and it spacious by UK standards and had all of the amenities that we were looking for, kitchenette, washer, and a decent size closet for our clothes. The hotel and surrounding area were quiet, so we were able to get a good night's sleep after spending the day sightseeing. My one recommendation would be that they install a grab bar by the tub. The side of the tub was a bit high and there wasn't anywhere to easily grab hold of getting in and out. The glass door swings both ways, so you have to be careful walking onto the wet tub floor. They do provide a rubber mat for the tub, but it doesn't go the full length of the tub. We would stay here again.

The location itself is really good as we were 2 mins away from the closest tube station. The area feels really safe too and we were close to amenities. The biggest let down was being placed underground where we had no elevator. The staff at the property did assist us with our lugggage but I wouldn't recommend the lower floor. The room was okay. The facility is quite outdated with older furnitures and appliances but still it was okay.

I booked the room based on images supplied by the property and availability, of course. The rooms appeared modern, clean, and uncluttered, as did the bathroom. The previously mentioned property pictures must have been taken immediately after renovation or were supplied to visualize what the completed work would like. Our room had the same flooring, cabinetry, and color scheme, but everything looked abused and worn out. Cabinet doors did not open or close properly as the hinges were pulling out of the frame. The floor was heavily marred and sticky. The bathroom was so small your elbows hit everything while trying to squeeze between the sink and door frame to the toilet. There appeared to be past water damage to wood work in and around the bathroom because it looked splintered and rotten. The bed filled most of the living space in the separate bed room, leaving little room for luggage. We were unhappy with the state of everything as it seemed like a bait-and-switch; so we grabbed our luggage, went out the front lobby, handed them the room key and told them we were not staying. We left and immediately found a fantastic hotel nearby with comparable pricing and only 20-minutes notice. Expedia reached out a number of times to Presidential Apartments staff, but had difficulty reaching someone with authority to discuss a potential refund. Ultimately when Expedia did make contact, management refused as we were past the cancellation deadline.

The Presidential Serviced Apartments in Kensington, London were great. We enjoyed a spacious environment with comfortable beds, and a fully working kitchen. The washing machine was a bonus. They really should let visitors know that the radiators are controlled manually, and that one must remove the ‘wall’ in front of them to get to the control knob. The best part of our stay was interacting with the kind staff, especially Peter and Lenka. We needed assistance with the radiators, and with finding a special sized box to carry an awkwardly shaped item home. They went above and beyond trying to help us find one, and succeeded in doing so. They followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and they made sure we felt we were well taken care of. Thank you Lenka and Peter!

Excellent location for short stay: quick arrival from Heathrow & short walk from Earl’s Court station and its thoroughly gentrified neighborhood. Staff is helpful and responsive. The room we were moved to (on request) was well equipped with new washer, dishwasher, fridge. Unfortunately this is not the establishment we remembered on 2 previous stays. Upkeep is uneven: the first room we were given was horrendous. Dirty, torn curtains, crud on all the plumbing. This should NOT have been rented out. The staff was accommodating in moving us to another family studio when it became available. Still showing age but was fine. Still, fluorescent ‘soap’ and ‘shampoo’ (dish soap?!) is not acceptable at a place of such web self-presentation.

The hotel met all our needs. The concierge stored our bags until check in time and transported our bags to our rooms. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is wonderful. Earl's Court tube stop a block away, multiple pubs and restaurants nearby, Marks and Spencer (grocery store) half a block away. You can take the Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to Earl's Court and you're right there. Pretty much everything else a tourist likely would want to do is also on the Piccadilly/District line, so this hotel is ideally situated for that. Other reviewers complained about the condition of the cabinets or drapes. I suppose one could say that, but they were just fine and did their job. You will want to open the windows so the rooms don't get stuffy, but that's just personal preference. All in all, we had a great 6 night visit and would happily return.

Waited 10 min and the staff came from outside - empty reception at night even for a moment does not feel completely safe. Small apartment as expected in London, doors had marks from handles as they have crashed into each other, this could be fixed. Still, because of rate and location I would recommend. Thumbs up for wooden floors.

Nice, quiet, clean and spacious apartment nearby Earl’s Court tube station. Grocery stores and a variety of restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens. Apartment is well-equipped with washer in the apartment. We stayed with our 2 young kids (6 & 10 years) and had a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located and short walking distance to Earl’s Ct. station. Just like any city, it can feel a bit unsafe. We had an encounter with an aggressive homeless man asking for cash and literally asking for a piece of our food while eating at a fast food place at night when we first arrived. We were hungry coming out of an 8-hr travel and needed to have something quick to eat. Overall, as long as you are aware of your surroundings and practice caution— you should be fine.

Excellent location!! 2 minute walk to the nearest tube station, safe neighborhood, lots of rest and amenities nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and had a kitchen.

This apartment is good for long-term residents. I stayed with my family. It has a washing machine and a kitchen (including dishes and a refrigerator), so you can save money on a long stay. It is not a hotel, so there is no restaurant for breakfast or dinner. A supermarket (M&S, Sainsbury, and Waitrose) is nearby, so it is easy to cook your own meals. The Earl's Court station has a lift, so bringing a stroller with you is safe and convenient.

Nice, quiet, clean and spacious apartment nearby Earl’s Court tube station. Grocery stores and a variety of restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens. Apartment is well-equipped with washer in the apartment. We stayed with our 2 young kids (6 & 10 years) and had a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

I hate to even review this to give it away. But this place was spectacular!!! Full kitchen, including a washing machine. There was a small grocery right down the street where we would stop at to stock up on breakfast items and snacks. Close to a ton of restaurant’s and pubs, and a hop skip and a jump to the tube. Its kind of in a residential area so it felt like a nice quiet break from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. Our room was very roomy and the staff was superb. One of our best hotel stays!

The stay at presidential was wonderful, the people who work within it are very helpful and considerate too. The area is nice and quite with only a short walk away from a good few choices of restaurants. If you are touring using the big bus, the stop is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, the ONLY slight comment i have would be the outdated decor, but it didnt impact my stay! Thats more of a personal preference/opinion. The kitchen, washing machine and dish washer were a fantastic addition to feeling more at home!

The hotel met all our needs. The concierge stored our bags until check in time and transported our bags to our rooms. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is wonderful. Earl's Court tube stop a block away, multiple pubs and restaurants nearby, Marks and Spencer (grocery store) half a block away. You can take the Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to Earl's Court and you're right there. Pretty much everything else a tourist likely would want to do is also on the Piccadilly/District line, so this hotel is ideally situated for that. Other reviewers complained about the condition of the cabinets or drapes. I suppose one could say that, but they were just fine and did their job. You will want to open the windows so the rooms don't get stuffy, but that's just personal preference. All in all, we had a great 6 night visit and would happily return.

On a trip to London with our adult daughter, the "apartment- style" hotel worked well - full kitchen - including washer/dryer- was very convenient, nice elevator and the 24-hour staff was kind, helpful, and so pleasant. They made it welcoming to come "home" after busy days. Earl's Court station was very close and several very good restaurants and two groceries right nearby.

On the positive - Regarding the Staff - extremely helpful and professional. On the negative ...we had continuous issues with our room door lock and had to ask staff for their help - very frustrating. The washing machine was old and extremely loud and needed to be replaced. The cover for the rad heat was not secure and fell down,

Jeg har bodd her flere ganger opp gjennom årene, men nå begynner rommene å bli ganske slitte og utdaterte. Fordeler: romslige rom og deilig med kjøleskap og mulighet for å lage egen kaffe og frokost. Nydelig og sentral beliggenhet. Negativt: det elektriske systemet er fullstendig utdatert og det er nesten ingen uttak for å lade/hårføner/styling osv. Ingen uttak på bad feks. eller ved speil noe sted, som er et minimum man kan sette pris på. WiFi har svært dårlig rekkevidde og fungerte bare i visse soner. Ingen dekning for 5g og nesten ikke for 4g heller. Møblement er slitt og det er tydelige fuktskader på badet. Rengjøringspersonalet var veldig hyggelige og gjorde en god jobb med det utgangspunktet de har. Men nå bør det gjøres en oppgradering av rom og utstyr etterhvert, og da kommer vi kanskje tilbake

The location is fantastic, close to Earls Court (I’d highly recommend Pippin’s restaurant nearby). The room was clean and had a large, comfortable bed. There was aircon, blackout curtains, high ceilings, plenty of storage and a small kitchen area. The shower’s water pressure and hairdryer’s air pressure were both great. Unfortunately, the ground floor room was immediately next to reception, so it felt rather exposed and a little noisy. The wiring was bizarre/unintuitive, with many switches that didn’t seem to do anything. The unusually tall built-in bed frame and shelving (with precariously placed glass vases) made the single bedside socket difficult to access, so unplug the lamp and bring a long cable to charge your phone beside you! The bathroom was confined/impractical: the narrow sink meant water splashed everywhere, the towel rack was crammed above the toilet, and there was no rail for a hand towel. Toiletries seemed to be cheap refills, despite being in (worn) branded bottles. The wardrobe wasn’t full length, so I had to drape my long dress over the side with the door open to prevent it from creasing, and the small foldaway tabletop ironing board was unsuitable. Some little touches would make a big difference - e.g. coffee machine, full-length mirror, slippers, earplugs, conditioner, cotton buds and tissues. Overall, the room was perfectly acceptable and well located, but felt rather old/tired in places and would benefit from some upgrades and redecoration.
