Hyatt Place Salt Lake City Airport

Parking was safe and easy. Staff was kind and friendly.

The hotel is so clean and the check in process was quick. The hotel was very quiet.

Clean room. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Annoyed with surprise parking fees. Website says self parking available but nowhere did it say there was a charge. Other than that, overall positive experience

As soon as I got off the elevator a nasty smell was overwhelming. The entire third floor stunk so bad. I went down and asked for another room. She said they were full and that the smell had something to go with construction in the building. I put a towel at the bottom of the door and that kept missy off the smell out.

It was a great room and facility. Only wish they had a hot tub but wouldn’t prevent us from staying in the future
