This was a nice hotel. We booked this because of 24 shuttle advertised. Unfortunately, the shuttle driver did not show up at 4 am time and multiple people were left stranded. Hotel called for lift drivers, but not enough available for the guests. We ended up paying for Uber

I called ahead several times to schedule a shuttle to an airport which is the main reason we stayed here. The desk attendant assured me that we would be able to schedule a shuttle no problem the night we arrived. We arrived, checked in and there were no shuttles available so we had to uber to the airport. Then since we paid to park our car at the hotel for a week when we were gone for spring break I called again the day before to schedule a shuttle for pickup at the airport and the desk attendant said they can’t schedule in advance so when we had our luggage call and they would send a shuttle. So we called and they kept giving us other numbers and no one would schedule a shuttle so we had to uber again! It was a waste of money and poor service. Not to mention a bunch of lies by staff who had no intention of helping us with a shuttle! Save yourself money and stress! Do not stay here!

Restaurant is literally a bar counter with about 6 seats. If you’re hungry stay at a different Hotel. Room was nice (King bed with couch, room 532)but almost no water pressure in the shower at 8 pm at night. No reason for that to happen. Breakfast was good! Shuttle to airport was good.

The sheets were all wrinkled and had body fluids stains, an unequivocal sign they had not been changed from the previous guests. Totally disgusting! We got no refunds or discounted rate, just an apology and new sheets. The day of check out, the cleaning person started banging loudly on the door at 8:30am. The check out time is at noon. Very poor customer service.

Staff was great rooms were clean superficially. While it appeared clean when I went to use the restroom there was hair on and around the toilet, floor and shower. There was also a lot of dust and crumbs by the bed on the floor. Sheets were clean but had a stain on them.

They did not have ESPN on the TV, nor many other stations. That was a bummer, and to be expected. The shuttle was right on time, which was great. The front desk guy was SUPER nice and helpful. The place just feels a bit worn out.

A “cardboard” hotel. You hear guests walking in the rooms around yours, you hear the airplanes taking off and landing out your window, and the extremely bright parking lot lights facing your window prevent you from darkening your room for a good night’s rest. Never again!

Our stay was just ok. Our room key was deactivated every night and we had to go to the front desk for 3 nights to reactivate it. The front desk staff was rarely at their desk and we had to wait every time for someone to come to the desk and help us and they were not as friendly as they should have been. Breakfast was just ok. I would stay elsewhere next time.

Property seems very nice and new and clean. However the staff/service is extremely unorganized and downright DANGEROUS. We checked in and were assigned to a room and given keys. We went to the room and opened the door to find.... another family already in the room! We totally barged in on them which is extremely dangerous. The hotel had assigned two families to the same room. The next morning, the airport shuttle was full and the hotel had pre-arranged a Lyft for our family of 5 (including 5 suitcases). The Lyft ride they ordered for us was a "honda fit" which could comfortably fit 2 people and 2 suitcases. The hotel then re-ordered our ride 2 more times with no ride showing up until we finally gave up and ordered our own rideshare. Their computer system is completely unorganized and disfunctional.

Convenient to airport. That’s good and bad. You hear planes taking off all night. A small mini menu of burgers and pizza prepared in house, with a counter top to eat in the lobby, or eat in your room. Pizza was very good! A nice perk when we arrived about 7:30 pm. There was no microwave in the room but did have a refrigerator.

Close to the airport. Friendly staff. The hotel lobby and our room were very clean and smelled clean. We didn’t have to worry about or pay for parking, unlike staying downtown. It was only 10 minutes from downtown for many dining options.

Easy to get to and from the airport. Now - A few things here - If you do not have a rental car, you will need to Uber it to restaurants if you want decent food. The menu at the in-house restaurant is very limited and the food is...well, just OK. The staff were friendly enough but I stayed for a full week and my room was only turned over twice. They took used towels but didn't leave a new shower mat and didn't refresh the room coffee. Also, when I would ask at the front desk about coffee or getting the room handled or really any questions, they seemed kinda helpless...not rude...not terrible...just...really unsure... I also asked for a receipt because I had charged food to my room. The lady at the front desk told me she couldn't give me that because I booked through expedia...She said all that would be on my expedia receipt. It's not. This was a business trip and I really needed those charges listed to be able to expense them. Now I'm out of pocket on those. Not helpful. Not what I was expecting from a Hyatt property. Now- the room itself was perfect, the property is nice and clean and reasonably quiet. Even the noise from the airport really wasn't bad at all. But next time, I'll be staying downtown. I hope someone from Hyatt actually reads this.

This experience was quite the let down. Having had a long travel day, I didn’t want to leave the hotel to find food. I looked at their food menu in advance and decided that would be just fine for a one night stay. They promote their menu as “thoughtfully sourced and prepared.” Turns out the pizza is just Dijorno (the desk man told me this) & the only thing the staff would recommend was the burger. Otherwise they pretty much suggested not to eat anything else on the menu (it’s all frozen and “they wouldn’t eat it”)…. So the menu on their website is false advertising. I wanted some vino and checked out their wine list. They had none of it. They “just had barefoot”- which I said yes to as there was no other option. They charged me $45 for the bottle which was more than the cost of the basic “house” bottle listed on their menu/website. They had no beer or spirits either. They had absolutely nothing listed on their menu. The hotel staff also felt highly judgmental about alcohol consumption in general. This hotel is in the middle of no where, so at least I got to eat something? Ugh. I’m glad I didn’t get sick. The beds are comfortable and the AC is nice. Website says check is at noon but house cleaning knocked on my door at 8:20. Also, the airport shuttles are NOT always available. They had to cancel my morning shuttle reservation and reschedule for an earlier time for their own convenience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

They had an airport shuttle which was nice even though we didn't use it. This hotel is practically on the runway, but you couldn't hear the planes at all. I was amazed! We had fun watching the planes land from our room. Breakfast was awesome. The pool was fantastic! Love that it was indoors.

Restaurant is literally a bar counter with about 6 seats. If you’re hungry stay at a different Hotel. Room was nice (King bed with couch, room 532)but almost no water pressure in the shower at 8 pm at night. No reason for that to happen. Breakfast was good! Shuttle to airport was good.

My experience there was good overall. The only issue I had was that the restaurant (I believe the name is "The Placery") was not operating, despite the fact that it's advertised in their website. This forced me to try to find food elsewhere, which was a little inconvenient.

Everything was good, only problem was the Placery shows they have premium alcohol drinks on menu and website but they only serve beer and wine, they need to update menus and website, if you want an alcoholic drink you have to go to a nearby hotel

Overall, the hotel was okay, but there were several issues that need attention. The AC was very loud, and the shower head had barely any water pressure. The breakfast was good and was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, the elevator on the far left needs to be repaired we rode it twice and nearly got stuck both times, which was concerning. Another disappointment was that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room for the coffee machine. Instead, they charge $6 per bottle, which feels excessive. With some maintenance and better attention to guest amenities, this could be a much better stay.

Check in was simple and right next to the airport. Scheduled a shuttle to the air port for 4am and it was right on time. We stayed on the 4th floor and it appeared it was recently renovated and the room was very nice.

Car chargers. Is that what they are. Non-ev’s used the spaces. They acted entitled. Kinda better than the rest. Parked out of convenience. Really conservative but honestly quite out of control. Makes one wonder. I had equipment malfunction.
