The Phoenix Hotel Zermatt

Nuestra experiencia fue desagradable. Son tantas las reglas para el uso de sus facilidades que hacen sentir al huésped como si fuera un favor alojarse en ese lugar. No corresponde la calidad con el precio pagado, y la actitud de la administradora del lugar es discriminatoria y ofensiva para los extranjeros. Deberían colocar una nota solo para europeos, ya que entienden que solo en Europa se tiene educación. Hubo invasión de privacidad por igual. La administradora entro a la habitación mientras uno de los huéspedes se bañaba a tocarle y apagarle la luz por hablar alto en un momento y porque había pasado la hora de checkout.

Good location. Delicious buffet breakfast. Huge gym. Great service. Convenient ski room.

We stayed in Phoenix hotel in Zermatt for 4 nights. I really can’t think of anything negative. From the location to check in to our room and hotel cleanliness, the fabulous breakfast, the Swiss hospitality, all helped us have a flawless ski vacation in Zermatt. I have no doubt I would stay there again. Thank you to the staff especially Dennis and Lawrence. Everyday they were available to answer our questions and guide through our daily needs.

Came here on our honeymoon and wow did the staff make you feel like family and welcome. We got there and talked to the woman at the desk about our plans and she helped us reroute our trip to a way that made way more sense ! Woke up the next morning and she had a whole map highlighted and ready to go for us. We can’t wait to come back and visit. Truly phoenix hotel was amazing to us.

Great breakfast! Beautiful location, staff was super helpful and gave great recommendation’s. Very clean, great balcony! We loved it!
