Best Western Plus Crawfordsville Hotel

It was okay.

Room was clean upon arrival. Didn’t expect service for our stay but when we returned to room, we found that housekeeping had been in and changed out towels! Bed was made but, oddly enough, the sheet was not straightened under blanket. The body wash dispenser in shower was empty and not refilled even though I reported it and was told it would be taken care of. No soap given as an option. Biggest issue is that breakfast is only out until 9:00. Lots of folks arriving after 9 to find everything put away. This is much earlier than other hotels. Seems odd, considering that people are on vacation.

We didn’t spend a ton of time there is. It was just a stop on the way, but we were pleasantly surprised by how Great it was for the price. One of the best breakfast we’ve had, and the people were amazingly friendly.

Breakfast was great. Staff top notch. Pool wad a bit cold. Hot water issue but quickly fixed. Highly recommended the staff definately wins here.
