This is an old coaching inn in a small country town with independent shopping along the high street , which is where the hotel is located . Parking is at the rear of the hotel easily accessed from the high street . Our room ( the Broadway Suite ) was a good size with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower and was well heated . Breakfast was good with a nice choice and we had dinner there on two of our three nights , which speaks well to the quality of the food . Last but by no means least , all of the staff were friendly and couteous .

It's easy to find with great parking. Lovely room comfy bed, warm, spacious. New shower room. Meal was lovely. Super staff from check in onwards. Would stay again.

Really nice welcoming clean hotel. Dog was made very welcome, even had a bag of treats waiting for him in the room. Hotel next to the main eateries and pubs etc. Food and drink available in the pub which is very good. Will stay again.

Friendly and efficient staff. The hotel has attractive cosy interiors and a super outside bar area. The twin room is large and very well appointed, with a large & bright bathroom. We had probably the best steak and ale pie we have ever eaten, and the starters and desserts and other main courses also looked very tasty.

They were flexible and helpful, welcoming our dog with bed, bowls and treats. The room was very pleasant and the dinner and breakfast were well above average. We look forward to staying at the Angel Inn Hotel again.

All very good! Room/bathroom lovely and very clean. The ambiance around the hotel felt good. I ordered room service, my food was very good. Bar prices are also reasonable, I must say, cheaper than around Oxfordshire! so that was very well received by myself and good quality alcohol it was indeed.

I stayed for 2 nights at The Angel and the service was great. I ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was very good. A good choice of meals and the service was excellent. My room was very comfortable and clean. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others.

Such a warm welcome from all staff for our overnight stay. My daughter and I will definitely rebook next time we’re visiting Malvern for the flowers show. Very clean and modern, excellent breakfast and dinner. Polite and cheerful team -excellent all round !

Our bedroom was tastefully decorated and clean. It was a spacious room, with a good ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding. The breakfast menu was exrensive, with some great options. Our food was well cookwd and tasty. All of the hotel.staff were friendly, professional and helpful

Really enjoyed our one night. The only criticism I have is there’s no Wi-Fi in the room Bredon and maybe needs a mat in the bath as it can be very slippery otherwise no complaints.

The Peopleton room was small and dark, not at all inviting. We did have a small dog, for which we paid an extra £15.00 per night. However, I wonder if because of the dog we were given a lower standard room? Our friends had a lovely room and were upgraded. We were not given this option. We walked into the room and the curtains were closed. I opened the curtains and was so disappointed with the room. It was tastefully decorated, but very small and dark, also uninviting.There was a wall opposite our window, and it was most unpleasant as there were 2 windows in this wall, both looked like store rooms. Maybe some window coverings to give a more pleasant outlook. The staff were lovely as always.

We stayed for one night. The lady who checked us in was very polite and friendly. The garden bar was beautiful, again with friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. The shower was unusable as would go from freezing cold to extremely hot and keep flickering between both no matter how much we tried to adjust it. The bed was very soft, not to are liking but that a personal preference. Evening meal was average.

The room was spacious and warm but must have been very close to the boiler it was noisy. I stayed for two nights but it was strange, the biscuit was not replenished. Breakfast was served and it was very nice but I would have thought cereal, fruit and yogurt would have been left out. Also one glass of juice and toast served but no jam or marmalade.

Hôtel plein de charme, pas de doute on est bien en Angleterre. Seul gros bémol, l’isolation de la fenêtre de ma chambre qui donnait sur la rue. Impossible de dormir après 4h du matin avec le passage des voitures.

Decent sheets and good sized room but unfortunately not a 5 star hotel by any stretch. Booked 2 hours ahead online and informed reception of my arrival time. Arrived to a freezing room with no heating on. Assured that it would quickly warm up but it sidnt leacing me with a 3 star nights sleep at best.

Very nice hotel. Staff were very attentive and understanding of the reason I wanted to move rooms. Wasn’t an issue. Very helpful staff in the restaurant. Receptionist was as lovely as they come and the new manager was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Close to shops and other restaurants. The hotel restaurant served amazing food. I had the seabass. Stunning.

The room we stayed in was excellently equipped and bathroom was fantastic. Staff were friendly,helpful and I can not find any faults apart from the lack of taxis from the station to the hotel. That certainly is no fault of the hotel and they were amazing in finding a taxi for us to travel to a funeral early the next day. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Staff were so friendly and Ros particularly - she couldn't have been more helpful. Stand out feature too was how hot the food was - breakfast and also at a busy Sunday lunch... It's something you don't always realise (unless the food arrives cold!) but it was so noticeable we both commented on it - lovely - thank you

Service on Sunday was pretty bad. It wasn’t overly busy when we arrived, maybe 5 tables. Waited to check in and was shown to our room. Went down for food. Barman was flustered getting drinks out for tables, with just one person serving and doing drinks. Ordered food. Was ok, but I had to get my own cutlery from the waiting station. When plates were cleared we were asked if we wanted pudding. We said yes but no one came to take the order and then the kitchen closed. Room was a great size, and perfectly adequate given its a 400 year old building….although I wasn’t counting on getting an authentic mattress from the period. I travel a lot for business and it’s rare to find a spring only mattress. Awful and uncomfortable, like I was laying directly on springs! Breakfast was ok. Wife had avocado on ciabatta with poached egg. Avocado was from a pot. I don’t mind paying for a premium experience. I don’t like paying for the appearance of a premium experience. Can be much better.

This is an old coaching inn in a small country town with independent shopping along the high street , which is where the hotel is located . Parking is at the rear of the hotel easily accessed from the high street . Our room ( the Broadway Suite ) was a good size with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower and was well heated . Breakfast was good with a nice choice and we had dinner there on two of our three nights , which speaks well to the quality of the food . Last but by no means least , all of the staff were friendly and couteous .

Really nice welcoming clean hotel. Dog was made very welcome, even had a bag of treats waiting for him in the room. Hotel next to the main eateries and pubs etc. Food and drink available in the pub which is very good. Will stay again.

Hôtel plein de charme, pas de doute on est bien en Angleterre. Seul gros bémol, l’isolation de la fenêtre de ma chambre qui donnait sur la rue. Impossible de dormir après 4h du matin avec le passage des voitures.

I stayed for 2 nights at The Angel and the service was great. I ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was very good. A good choice of meals and the service was excellent. My room was very comfortable and clean. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others.

Very nice hotel. Staff were very attentive and understanding of the reason I wanted to move rooms. Wasn’t an issue. Very helpful staff in the restaurant. Receptionist was as lovely as they come and the new manager was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Close to shops and other restaurants. The hotel restaurant served amazing food. I had the seabass. Stunning.

Staff were so friendly and Ros particularly - she couldn't have been more helpful. Stand out feature too was how hot the food was - breakfast and also at a busy Sunday lunch... It's something you don't always realise (unless the food arrives cold!) but it was so noticeable we both commented on it - lovely - thank you

Friendly and efficient staff. The hotel has attractive cosy interiors and a super outside bar area. The twin room is large and very well appointed, with a large & bright bathroom. We had probably the best steak and ale pie we have ever eaten, and the starters and desserts and other main courses also looked very tasty.

Service on Sunday was pretty bad. It wasn’t overly busy when we arrived, maybe 5 tables. Waited to check in and was shown to our room. Went down for food. Barman was flustered getting drinks out for tables, with just one person serving and doing drinks. Ordered food. Was ok, but I had to get my own cutlery from the waiting station. When plates were cleared we were asked if we wanted pudding. We said yes but no one came to take the order and then the kitchen closed. Room was a great size, and perfectly adequate given its a 400 year old building….although I wasn’t counting on getting an authentic mattress from the period. I travel a lot for business and it’s rare to find a spring only mattress. Awful and uncomfortable, like I was laying directly on springs! Breakfast was ok. Wife had avocado on ciabatta with poached egg. Avocado was from a pot. I don’t mind paying for a premium experience. I don’t like paying for the appearance of a premium experience. Can be much better.

Our bedroom was tastefully decorated and clean. It was a spacious room, with a good ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding. All very good! Room/bathroom lovely and very clean. The ambiance around the hotel felt good. I ordered room service, my food was very good. Bar prices are also reasonable, I must say, cheaper than around Oxfordshire! so that was very well received by myself and good quality alcohol it was indeed.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and there was a good atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The stay was let down by the breakfast. The bacon was excellent, my sausage was pink in the middle so I only ate half, the mushrooms were tinned or something similar, the tomato wasn’t cooked and the potato things were frozen. The eggs were probably good but I don’t eat eggs. The cost of this very poor breakfast for the two of us was £40+. The service wasn’t good. The toast was brought at the same time as the cooked breakfast so was cold to eat. We had to ask for preserves as these weren’t offered. Sauce to accompany the cooked breakfast wasn’t offered either. We definitely won’t return because of this which is a shame. I also was taken aback when I was called ‘babe’ by the receptionist. Not very business like!
