Wildes Hotel Kangaroo Valley

Wonderful staff, surroundings and meals in their dining room. If I had to give any critique it would be the intrusion of the balcony lights on all night, seeping into the room for those of us that need absolute darkness when the curtains are pulled. Apart from that...5/5! Definitely going back with an eye mask.

This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint was that we were told we had to go down to the local cafe for breakfast. A breakfast which we had pre booked online. We were given a a voucher for this and told they were not operating on that day for breakfast in the hotel. The cafe was not too far away, but required a set of steps to get up to there which was painful for my knees and the breakfast while adequate was not served up in a particularly nice setting and was certainly not up to the standard of a five star cafe. It should be made clear on their site that in certain days the restaurant is closed, so that patrons have the option of going to a cafe of their own choice for breakfast.

Very good service. All staff very friendly and attentive. Good parking and excellent food. Thoroughly recommend this property for a stay in Kangaroo Valley

There was nothing to fault, this was one awesome place and experience. I seriously cannot recommend highly enough. From cleanliness, comfort, customer service and over quality. Nothing short of exceptional.

We were upgraded to a larger room with a lounge suit around the TV which was great to be able to watch the NRL! The pool needed a clean unfortunately so I didn’t put my head in ! Overall the location was fantastic! Opposite the pub & surrounded by cafes & shops!
