This expirence was a nightmare orginal booking was for 3 nights, then extended it for another 3 nights. The first room We had was no issue, standard 2 hard beds, clean enough (the floors were disgusting in my opinion, I had to clean them for us, but my husband said they are "standard motel floors" and not to knock them for it. You decide) and we had a quiet few nights. When we extended the booking is when the issues started. First and foremost, any time I have ever extended a booking at a hotel/motel/resort exc. I have just made the booking, paid and went on about the day. Not here. They came pounding on the door at 11am (we were sleeping, I am here for a sick kid, so rest when we can) I was groggy and confused. The woman said you need to get out of this room. I said we are staying. I extended the booking. She huffed in my face and said oh really. She stomped away and I shut the door. Ok. End of that? Nope. Next thing I know she is back, and DEMANDING we pack NOW. I was still confused and again told her we were staying over. She said nope you have to check out then back in later. What the hell? Ok. Fine. We pack up load the car sit in the parking lot for 2 hours. Check back in and the room we got was horrible. The ac leaks, the toilet seat is broken, the light dosnt work. When we contacted the front desk we were told its in perfect working order. No its not. After some back and forth over the ac with my husband i thought we were moving rooms. Nope they kicked us out.

While the room itself was updated with nice, modern furniture, my overall stay was highly disappointing due to severe maintenance and guest service issues. The bathroom was in poor condition, featuring a persistent leak coming through the exhaust vent. Even worse, night crawlers were emerging from the bathroom tile whenever the lights were turned off. I reported the leak to the front desk immediately upon check-in, hoping for a quick repair or a partial discount if it couldn't be fixed. Unfortunately, management deflected and made every excuse to avoid offering any compensation. By the time it became clear the issue wouldn't be resolved, it was too late in the evening and all surrounding hotels were completely booked. I ultimately decided to just push through the night rather than fight for a midnight cancellation and refund. I will absolutely never return to this property and cannot recommend staying here under its current management and upkeep.
