The hotel was changing ownership and did not have supplies for breakfast (which was a reason we chose this hotel) or cups for coffee in the rooms. They did offer some Marriott points for the inconvenience but were unable to give them to me as the GM needed to do it. The GM would apply them when he came in Monday. It’s Wednesday and I’m still waiting.

The property outside was not maintained and looked like a month since anything was done. On the inside the carpets need changed in foyer and hallways. Our room was very clean and staff does awesome in this area. The most disappointing part of our stay was no breakfast or even coffee in the morning and one of the reason we stayed at this hotel with 2 boys so we had to go out both mornings for breakfast and was not anticipating this. The one elevator in service was dirty and it did work fine. We will not go back to this hotel again.

Noisy room near the highway. No toilet paper in the lobby bathroom. Asked the desk clerk to replenish and he handed me a half-used roll from somewhere behind the front desk. No coffee available in lobby in the early AM. Saw so many guests heading out looking for a cup for the road, only to be disappointed. When they did put coffee out, the cups & the lids were not a match so you had to walk around with an uncapped cup. Just terrible customer service all around with the exception of an average check-in experience. Never again.

This hotel was wonderful!. What a difference our stay was peaceful, and safe. Thank you for allowing us to book last minute and having rooms available. I look forward to staying here again.
