Mill Rythe Coastal Village by Away Resorts

Unser Mobilhome war sehr neu und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Türen haben beim Schließen ein bisschen geklemmt. Es gab sogar ein Willkommenspaket für unseren Hund. Check in und Check out hat super geklappt. Für die Kinder gab's sogar Gummibärchen zum Abschied. Der Park liegt direkt an der Bucht, wobei aber keine Möglichkeit zumBaden besteht. Zum Strand mussten wir mit dem Auto fahren, was aber kein Problem war. Wer direkt dort parken möchte muss mit saftigen Parkgebühren rechnen (3 Std. 5,10£). Ansonsten kann man in den Seitenstraßen parken. Alles in allem sehr schön dort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The caravan was very nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We found the beds comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The swimming pool was good and my children really liked the play area. The location is excellent as bus stops to the seafront and Havant are very close by as well as a Lidl to get any supplies needed. We were unable to get in the swimming pool much as it was always fully booked. Not sure if it was closed or if we should have booked sessions more in advance of our stay. The splash pad was out of order during our stay which was a bit disappointing for the kids as it looked fun. We ate a few times in the restaurant. The quality was nice but we found it pricey. The menu advertised main meals from £10 but we could not find anything available for this price during our stay. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would return/recommend.

The staff at this property were friendly, professional and available. The mobile home was clean, and reasonably well maintained. No air conditioning- be aware in summer. NOTE: this is a self-catering property which means if you use up the 2 rolls of toilet paper provided you must buy more at $2.50 per roll or take the bus to town to buy more there. This is unbelieveably poor- expecially when you get travellers diarrhea and don't have any other option!

I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night bar stuff slow and came across rude like couldn’t be bothered to serve rather be chatting with other staff also I put my dirty glasses on the bar that was still there 45mins later when we left. This site could be lovely

Quiet location ideal for pets apart from steps entering into caravan. Our elderly dog struggled due to a mixture of being slippery and steep.
