This was an amazing hotel! We were able to check in early, did to an upgrade to the most spectacular view. The room was immaculate, and the decor was impressive. Perfect location to many activities. Loved being right next to Table Rock. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location, but disappointing service and Fallsview experience We stayed in a premium two bedroom, two bathroom Fallsview suite, primarily because of the advertised views of the American and Canadian Falls and the fireworks. Unfortunately, the exterior windows were dirty, and the following morning window-cleaning workers and cables were directly outside the room. We had to keep the blinds closed for privacy, which meant losing much of the view we had paid a premium to enjoy. We were not informed about this work in advance. The hotel also felt overly focused on charging for additional services while basic assistance was inconsistent. At checkout, we were directed toward paid bell service while waiting for a luggage cart. The P6 parking gate also failed to open, requiring us to find an employee for help. Numerous luggage carts were visible in P6, but there did not appear to be an effective system for returning them to guests. The location is excellent, but the coordination between front desk, parking, luggage, and other departments needs significant improvement. For a hotel charging premium rates, I expected more proactive and guest-focused service.
