Wyndham Lake Charles

Check in was easy. Hotel was fully booked. Only complaint was Our room Polly had 2 towels, we had 3 people and asked for another towel and they told us they were out of towels until the next day.

OVERALL THE FACILITY WAS OK WITH A FEW MINOR WEAKNESSES. The bathroom door was so squeaky it actually woke us up if used by the other person during the night, in addition the A/C was very difficult to set a a lower temperature to be comfortable, again causing us to waking up several times during the night because of the temperature.

Our initial room had bed bugs. The front desk accommodated us by giving us a different room. The new room was an upgrade and very clean. Both rooms had older looking restrooms. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Bath tub was clogged in Room 230.

Pool nor bar was open. Elevator needed to be tricked to work
