The front desk check-in person was amazing! I don't remember her name but I believe she works the 2nd shift. The room was very nice, clean & spacious. Parking was good and well lit. The lobby area was also very clean as was the hotel. The continental breakfast, however, was just mediocre. Otherwise I would have given it 5-stars.

The room was clean and the shower was nice. The bathroom door knob was broken and would not lock. We let them know immediately and it was not fixed during our 5 night stay. Breakfast was not great. One day we came back and our room reeked of weed, but it wasn’t in the hall. It cost like $10 to wash and dry a load of clothes. Also, they tried to charge us an extra $17 when we checked out but could not explain why. She said I could wait for a manager but she didn’t know if she would be in that day. Eventually, she texted her and said we wouldn’t be charged. I would recommend going to the Homewood Suites. We visited and it was really nice, same price with free laundry available.

The front desk was very welcoming when we arrived. I had booked 2 suites for one night en route further south for a family vacation. The gym and breakfast were better than most hotels I’ve stayed in. A huge variety of stores and restaurants within a few minutes or less drive. Overall very pleased.
