The room itself was nice and clean when we arrived, but no housekeeping for a week. For the amount that you pay for the room, you should receive housekeeping at least every other day. Also, the laundry facility ALWAYS has out of order washers and dryers. For the amount of people that stay there, the washers and dryers should be in working order at all times. The pool area is really nice, but I didn't swim because the pool was not clean. Water should be tested daily. The water was very cloudy.

The room was nice and spacious. It had all the basics you needed to prepare a meal and eat. The bad; there was a trash can under the sink overflowing with trash including food. I also look for hotels with an indoor pool for my kids. They had an indoor pool here, but the water was freezing. A very BIG disappointment for my kids as the pool was too cold to swim in.

The suite for eight was spacious and met our needs well. The suite was clean and quiet. The breakfast chef (Michael) went above and beyond to take care of us. We appreciated the amenities (pool, fitness room, laundry). We will stay again if we return to the area.

Check in was fine. The room was good size and clean. However, there was no towels in the pool. Definitely got the vibe that there is a good amount of people living in the hotel. The grounds are dirty all around. There appeared to be a homeless man charging devices and smoking some glass pipe on the back patio with the fire pit(which is a mess).

Considering this was my very first trip to Philadelphia I was excited but this hotel experience was not it. The room was booked 2 weeks in advance as we would be staying in the state for over a week. I liked the fact that the room had a "kitchenette", full fridge and even a dishwasher. The room was dirty upon check in. The dishwasher was filled but no dishes were clean. Walking from the couch to the portioned bedroom caused my white socks to turn black. There was also trash under the bed! I had to wash my own sheets and towels since room service only comes once a week. on top of that the breakfast was meager and the business center was not functional. I personally had to call IT and got the computers working momentarily. The front desk was not concerned about ANYthing going on. Not to say they weren't friendly or acknowledging.. they just weren't concerned. Luckily we weren't stuck in the room and the surrounding area was accessible to things to do, see and eat. The guests were nice and courteous as most are long term guests.

Outside smells like cigarettes…inside smells like mildew. I didn’t expect a 5 star hotel but I did expect to be comfortable…I had to ask for fresh bed spread because there was hair and stains on it…there was trash in the trash can when I first got there…there was a noise coming from the vent in the bathroom making it so hard to sleep AND I put food in the freezer, fell asleep. when I woke up it was melted. Will never stay there again.

Hotel was outdated and not the cleanest. Dirty carpets. Not smelling great. No housekeeping day to day. Had to go to the desk for everything and take care of our own dirty towels. With that said, the staff was great and really helpful.

Room was ok, not super clean or updated but fine. Room was not ready at checkin time and wifi was difficult to connect to. One representative told me “I can unplug it and try to restart it but otherwise you just won’t have wifi.” This was extremely inconvenient as multiple people in my party had to do work so were forced to use hot spots.

The location of this hotel was super convienent to the highway. Tons of food options close by. Check in was easy. We had a huge 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room which was nice for the price. My only gripe with the hotel was the furniture in the room was severely outdated. I mean OLD. The room itself was clean but the couch and chairs had to be decades old. My friend and I were only staying one night so for the price and location I would stay again.

Context: We are a couple in our late forties with a nine-year-old. Visiting the area to see family. We had reservations for three nights. Staff: Staff was responsive and accommodating. Even though they don’t do housekeeping for stays under a week (we were told), they delivered clean towels when we asked. Room and other interior areas: The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Trash can had garbage and broken glass in it, and we found an intimate lubricant box in the bathroom. Breakfast area and hallways were clean. We had a king suite with a pull-out couch that we intended to use for our nine-year-old. The mattress was too beat up and sharp with springs that we ended up having her sleep in our bed. Surrounding Area: Area around the property needed some TLC. Landscaping and paving specifically. this is a very nice place to stay. The employees at the front desk are always so nice. The rooms are clean and big. Could use a little sprucing up. Bathroom ceiling fan was almost covered with dust. Tyb was looking a little aged. Bedding was really comfortable

Hotel is clean. Beds comfy. Our Double Queen room was quite large with comfy sofa. Shower with plenty of hot water. Refrigerator with freezer in the room with working ice maker is a real plus. Breakfast was mostly good except for the day when cheesy eggs were cold. Rooms on the back side of this hotel have morning rush hour noise from a very close by 422 expressway.

My stay was great… My issue is I have been trying to get my deposit back after 30 days!!! It’s been 30 days and the Staybridge hotel and suites are saying that the hold was released on 3/31 however my bank is saying that they haven’t released it… I have never had this happen to be regarding a deposit for a hotel except for when I stay at the Staybridge hotel and suites in Royersford, PA

Having traveled a number of times, when I arrived early to a destination if the room was vacant and cleaned we were able to check into our room. The woman at the front desk was terse in saying “check in is 3”. Although breakfast is included, the food was more than half empty an hour before time was up. The staff at this location were very rude and customer service was horrible ! Check out is at 11am and they’re knocking on your door minutes before that rushing you too leave because they’re short staffed and want to hurry and prepare the room for the next guest ! The housekeeper actually walked in my room while my boyfriend was naked way before check out telling us we had to go ! Checked in after check in and was told I didn’t have to check out until 12-1pm and there was miscommunication in the staffing ! There were stains on the pillowcases !

The only positive during our stay was the woman and man who were at the desk to help us check in and quickly and effectively work through an issue with our booking on Expedia. However, even then, nobody was at the front desk to check in when we arrived. From here it was all downhill: 1. 95% of the time there was no one to be found at the front desk. 2. The hall carpets were covered with crumbs and debris. 3. The garbage in the hallways was overflowing. 4. The chairs in our daughter's room were covered with stains. 5. The "do not disturb signs" were completely pointless because our room was not serviced once. 6. When we asked for a new key to our daughter's room, the front desk attendant gave it to us without asking for ID or even who we were. On another occasion the front desk attendant fixed my key so I could get into my room, but again, didn't even ask for my name. This was particularly alarming-- it seemed that anyone at any time could ask for a key to any room they wanted. 7. Each of our keys was nonfunctioning at least once. 8. Some of the front desk staff wouldn't even look up when you were standing there. When they were missing they could regularly be found outside smoking. 9. In the gym, the water cooler was empty and there were no cups. I stepped up on the elliptical to find a paper towel with dried blood in the cup holder. 10. Our room smelled like a bar the night after St. Patrick's Day. My brother warned me not to stay at this hotel. I should have listened.

The stay was nice, the issue that I had with this location, has to deal with the direct management of this location, and the lack of service all together that the general manager would not give to me, which I can only assume is given to everyone because I never spoke to them. This location places multiple holds on your accounts funds, and this makes your financial institution to hold those funds in error. I brought this to the front desk attention the day before my departing date of 9/8/25. As of today, 9/12/25, they still had these hold on my account and I had to have my financial institution remove them. There were as many as 5 holds on my account for a variety of amounts, when the first hold was to cover the stay and incidentals. I had to call the location 4 total times, and never received a call from the general manager once. I also had to open a ticket with the corporate office of IHG to leave a complaint. I just want to know the reasoning of these issues, and I wait for that call back. This is hard to leave this type of review, when I enjoyed my stay at this location, but have been treated so poorly as a person who travels for work for the last 14 years. And to think I knew where I was going to stay my next time out in this area in the first weekend in Oct., but now need to find another location. Sad.

Since I was going to Paracon at Pennhurst it was a convenient place to stay at. I truly enjoyed my stay, and it helped for me to get Outback since it was nearby the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here, the staff are a joy too.

Me and my friends have been going to a convention in Oaks PA for the past six years. We've tried 3 different hotels and this has been the best. The mini-kitchen, the size of the rooms, the amenities, and the cost all made it a great stay! And the morning breakfast!

Everything from check in to our clean room and helpful staff great pool for the kids. This is our family go to hotel they has a 2 bedroom suite that is perfect for us.. Im sure after Covid and inflation I feel they really cut back on the free breakfast. Waffle machine was broken nothing like before. The server put out berries that had mold. Did even look at them before putting them out? I got the feeling he didn't want to be there. No selection. Breakfast is where we meet to start our day

Property outside and all internal public areas were beat and dirty. Very disappointed. Also, the breakfast promised, was cancelled due to it was Christmas morning. That was part of the offer. I asked where we could go for breakfast and got I shoulder shrug.

The hotel and staff are generally nice and attentive. Property is nice. My biggest disappointment is the breakfast and happy hours they offer. These are very close to better off not having. The good is darn near inedible. The cereal from the box are ok but the pre-made eggs where ever they vome from should just be thrown in the trash These are gross. The turney bacon , sausages whever lese they vook up also darn near inedible. I wont go near the crap. Grab a yogurt or a pudding and go to Wawa across the street for a decent cup of coffee. The Happy Hour offerings just as bad. Grab a free beer and go to McDonald's.

Everything was very convenient and location was perfect, love the room and especially the breakfast, that was a plus! Staff was super friendly and personable. Made you feel like it was your family. Will definitely stay there again. The only thing I didn't get a chance to do the rewards because their computer were down. I'd like to become a member. But all in all it was a great stay

This place is well kept, rooms are clean, great condition, staff is friendly. Overall a great value. DO NOT stay for the Free Breakfast or the Happy hours.... Tho food is absolutely aweful. Grab a coffee, maybe a bagel, but the hot food is disgusting. Grab a breakfast sandwich across the street at Wawa. Still worth staying everything. A very good value even without the free breakfast.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Very accommodating to our needs. Upgraded our room with no additional cost due to medical condition. Also, the amenities were excellent. The only drawback I had was the cleanliness of the rooms.

The room was a bit dirty with spills on the walls not cleaned up and a sink that didn’t turn on fully. The 2nd floor has a musty smell to it that I didn’t sense on the first floor. The room served the purpose I needed as a single traveler but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there with my family. Breakfast was good.
